Parking was super easy, products are neatly placed. Staff is always very friendly and helpful at the bakery and meat counter. Things are easy to find and locate. I love coming here to shop, because service here is far better than asian supermarket.

Usually the lines are very long and it takes a long time for couple items. Tonight there were no lines and I’ve come here to talk about one of the cashiers who I think she is a very good worker and she was very pleasant. She made my night, just by being kind to me and I really appreciate her energy though she’s been working with people all day, I’m sure . Her name is Rosa and I believe she’s a new employee. She’s a shorter Mexican woman I believe and she is beautiful inside and out !

Pretty good service all around the store. Although everything seems to be moving fast paced once getting to the cashiers thats then it slows down. There isnt enough cashiers to get people in and out of the store efficiently.

I hadnt being at this store location because of an experience I had at the meat location with one of the attendants there, she was rude and I shared the experience with the so call store manager on the day the little incident happened.So anyways, has any one else ever bought the marinada carne ranchera preparada here ?We always buy a lot of lbs at a time so we dont have to keep going back( we just put some in the freezer and take it out as needed )So when we buy it I have to come home and clean it because it has a lot of fat, not a little bit of it but in an exaggeration fat.Which means that if I buy 10 /12 lbs at least a whole pound is nothing but fat,so I feel like Im being robbed $9.99 plus tax for it, because that is the price per pound.The meat is great but it has waaay to much fat.Images of this picture dont do its justice for the fat taken out of the meat 🙄

El super doesnt does not have a decent selection of American food its almost a Mexican food in there they have a horrible selection of products of food I wont shop there no more I go to the stater Brothers they already have everything you need

Not enough parking and when you need to park half the time you have to remove the shopping carts to park and sometime you have to go back to get that shopping carts because there are none to get in the evening.

Good deals I appreciate this store it has almost everything in a discounted price it is my main store for food shopping and also 99 cents store.

The staff and store security guard are very well organized when it comes to social distance and proper mask covering for themselves and the shoppers. The problem is the lack of common sense the customers should use...keep your damn mask on like the way it is intended to be use.

Thank you El Super for having employees who actually are about the customers . I witnessed a act of kindness that is rare now a days. This cashier bagged an elderly mans groceries without asking. He was so appreciative. I thanked the cashier and her response was if that was my dad, uncle, brother or grandpa I would want someone to them . I didn’t get her name but she was on register 6 around 2. I offered her a gift to Starbucks since I’m a manager there. She respectfully declined. I hope my employees Carry the same humanity while serving the public . This was Amazing and touching .

I haven’t been to this El Super in few months due to a bad experience I had last time I came . However I was beyond satisfied. The whole store was clean and most importantly well stocked. The store had everything I needed. I didn’t spend more then 5 minutes in the check lanes . My cashier was named Krystal she was quick and friendly . This visit earned El Super 5 stars from me . Keep up the Amazing job Everyone.

They have mexican items but they didnt care about having long lines of the cashiers. I personally asked to open more cashiers and they said in a minute but nothing happened

I’m getting tired of this place actually, I’ve been a costumer for quite a while and it’s getting to a point where I now have to write a review. Not a good one but a horrible one. Today the lines were extremely long, so I got in a line to buy two sodas, hence I was waiting 20 minutes in this line, this older lady that appears to be manager turned off the line which was not something I cared for since I was in line before she even did that.. I was almost ready to put my two sodas, TWO SODAS down when she told me it’s close and to go to another line! Like what? The other lines where huge, I told her how I’ve been in the line but she didn’t care and told me to go to another one because she closed it. So I put the sodas back, and as I was leaving, she got in front of me. Very unprofessional and dumb of her to do, either the manager talks about her being unprofessional or I call HR about this store because I have seen so many things happen and with this lady it has been way too much now.

Good price on produce

Pros: really good quality vegetables, cheap beer and large variety of meat and cheese.Cons: long wait time in check-out, extremely busy and awkward parking lot and the fish odor is quite pungent.

I have been at this grocery store several times, when I used to live in Claremont area. It is a nice grocery store, which had most of the items, that I had needed in daily life to survive. The place, from what I remember, was clean and spacious. The lines, usually, were not long. Furthermore, most of the items were fairly priced. So, definitely, if anyone lives in the area, I would recommend to shop at this store.

They have a large array of food choices and have freshly baked products along with the Staff being extremely helpful.

I always shop this store i never had a reason why to write a review.But today was the exception,The cashier was great she provided great customer service friendly from the start til the end of our transaction.She acknowledged each customer in the matter needed Spanish or english and that is awesome .Not all cashiers do that.Thank you Carmen G.for taking the time to try and speak spanish to help those people that dont understand that language.You are a great example of Great customer service.Thank you again & Keep up the great customer service.

Good place to shop low prices

Had 3 items to purchase, left them there. They had three cashiers five deep and all carts were full. No Express lane open nor did they call anymore cashiers when asked. Went to super king they always have enough help.

Pick all you need from here, they fresh and taste great.

A good place to get sweet breads and sometimes there are good deals for food and produce. However, be careful when some of the meats theres been times where things are close to expiring and the chicken I bought didnt taste good the following day. Also when going in for the deals ALWAYS check your receipt since there are some cashiers that overcharge on food and drinks/soda/milk etc.

Nice prices and everything is organized very well. Employees are very polite and kind. The fresh produce section is neatly organized. Some of the items have great prices. I knicked off one star because the parking lot wasnt very clean. The front of the store was also a bit dirty.

This was the biggest Super Ive been to..it was clean and the fruit and veggie were in very good condition. the aisle were spacey two carts could be going through at tge same time.. The reason why i didnt give 5 stars was because of the length of the lines.. it was mid afternoon on a Friday and only 3 cashiers... we waited in line way longer than needed to..

As of today I used to shop here with no problem. However I left an item I had just paid for in the basket. I returned less than an hour later with receipt in hand and these fools tell me that I cant replace it because I walked out. So they have my money but I dont have the product for my kid. WOW! The cashier even had an attitude. Nice customer service (sarcastically speaking) You lost a long time customer El Super. All thumbs down for this one.

Great deals and great quality of food but what makes me want to avoid this location is that the cashiers are really SLOOOWWW and moody. They talk more than what they do with their hands.

This place looks unsanitary and dirty. Their produce doesnt look fresh at all. The whole place smells like old meat and there are flies everywhere flying around the store. This place is disgusting and people shop there like it isnt. I will never purchase anything from this market.

Im keenly aware of the price of items and this store I expected them to be lower here as stores of this format i.e. bag your own items etc. tend to be lower for the lack of services offered,, but was disappointed as on average most of what I had on my list was exactly 50¢ more on every item over any another store in the local area.The staff if your non Spanish speaking tend to be rude and/or non helpful, creating an unpleasant experience on my one and only visit, which may or may not be a typical experience?

I went with someone to buy coke. The store is not impressive or the people working there. Not friendly especially the security guard. I asked him a question and he was texting on his phone.

Great variety/selection. Some of the produce is a little too ripe. Just a little bit pricey in comparison to the other groceries stores in the area. Very crowded.Costumer service: many of their employees are great, friendly and helpful, then theres a handful that could use a talking to.Overall good store with a wide variety of products. I recommend their Bolillo.

Walking into this place, the first thing I noticed was that Fuego Takis are a staple within the Latin American cuisine. And for good reason... Very clean, friendly employees who seemed to know the stores product placement very well, always willing to point you in the right direction, sometimes in English sometimes not, but it gave the environment such authenticity that I couldnt help think of all the times I passed by and never for a second imagined I would develop a huge crush on the girl who helped me check out ... Happy hunting!

Worst place to shop at. 1st- we get there and no carts inside. I had to walk the parking lot and dodge drug dealers trying to find one. 2. Prices are way too high compared to Superior. 3. Cashier was too slow. It took us 20 + minutes to be checked out and there were only 2 people in front of us (with 15 items or less). She did not greet us, had the worst attitude with her posture and facial expressions, counted the $14 we handed her 4 times and punched it in the register at a sloths pace. Everytime I go there I know Im going to get the worst customer service. Only positive its the nearest shopping center near me since Jimenez market and Cardenas closed.

One of the worst grocery stores Ive been to. Constantly running into people because of the setup. Employees are soooo slow and untrained. You need to set aside at least an hour of your day when you go here even if youre just buying a soda. Limited store selection, hard to find products.

The store was really in bad shape and had a really bad smell as well. The cashiers were really slow and only 3 or 4 lines were open, our cashier was Cecilia she was really slow in checking the stuff and she even looked so out of the place. She didnt even greed us and she was just throwing our groceries including the bag. Yall should clean this store and hire better people.

The rudesst cahiers. They dont greet you or givr you your total. They act like theyre better than their customers. I had the privilege of being checked out by a cashier named Esmeralda. She was the rudest talking to someone else and didnt even acknowledge me as she gave me my receipt. So of the people whom work shouldnt be in customer service. I work in customer service/ retail, never would I allow my cashiers treat our customers like this. Management needs to retrain and dicipline rude cashiers. Remember the public is who keeps you employed.
