Outstanding service very friendly and professional workers. I ordered fried Chicken and was told they were making a fresh batch in about 5 minutes. Of course I chose to wait the 5 minutes and got the most amazing fried chicken imaginable. Great store great people.

When the pandemic hit and everyone was hoarding toilette paper, Stater Bros was the first place I was able to get some from so they will forever hold a special place in my heart. They have good deals also and the staff is friendly as well

Hardly ever do I have an issue at this Stater Bros. I went in today after picking up my nephews from school. Grabbed a Cleo and Leo Rossiter chicken but it didnt have the price, and two cartons of eggs. When I went to pay, Patty B was the cashier, she rang up the chicken and it was priced twice as much as it usually is, which is understandable since everything is going up in price, I was just puzzled and asked if the price was right, she shrugged her shoulders . She replied in a condescending manner that everything was going up, when she rang up the eggs it rang up a different price than what it was marked and I said something about that as well and she once again repeats what she had said prior. I must say though, for the eggs I misread the price. When she handed me the receipt she didnt even look at me, she was just rude. The young lady that bags the items was kind.

My son went to the store today to get a drink. The cashier (nice gentleman wearing a Hawaiian shirt) noticed the drink was warm and asked if he wanted a cold one. He took the time to go to the refrigerated section and grab the coldest one he could find. This place always has great customer service.

Looks a lot better inside than like years ago. Employees no whats expected of them which shows theyre being trained properly to meet customer expectations. I believe its a well managed store. A great grocery store to shop at if u dont mind the high prices on some items. I always like to go here if Im in the hood haha. Happy shopping

Favorite neighborhood grocery store. This store provides the best meats and salmon cuts. The employees are friendly, very helpful, respectful and always there when u need them. They also bag ur groceries for u, which is very convenient for my disability. I highly recommend them.

Staters Bros was in stock on the items we needed. Overall better quality brands then the Walmart Neighborhood Grocery that I have gone to mostly before they started having issues with multiweek out of stocks on items. Hard to believe that Staters has more clout with warehouses than supergiant corp of Walmart, but I guess maybe Staters is better liked. Anyhow store was clean and produce section was stocked with 1st class produce. They let a checkout line build up for a minute, but then called another checker. Overall a good experience, a little pricier than Walmart, but much better in stock condition, and crew seemed happy and polite.

Not bad this market seems to be very well stock and overall not bad. Was an emergency stop looking for coffee creamers and they had plenty to choose from. Friendly staff as well.

Nice store. Clean. Friendly. A little high priced but its the only store around with traditional American foods you find at places like Krogers, Ralphs, Safeway, etc. All other store are Mexican markets so certain items they dont carry.

Greg G. is the cashier who got my friend and I checked out, and I was very impressed with how well he represented Stater Brothers. Greg G. was very professional, attentive to my needs as a customer; he was fun to talk to, and he was very courteous. Because of how Greg G. conducted himself, I have a much higher esteem for Stater Brothers, and I will definitely be back. Employees can make or break a business, and Greg G. was an excellent example of the ideal employee—someone give the man a raise! Kudos Greg!

I enjoy shopping at the Pomona store. Their market is well kept and the entire staff is awesome and I really feel at home at that store and everyone from the boxboys/box girls to the Butchers to the Managers.and even the Security guards are fabulous and they deserve to be recognized and appreciated in my opinion especially through these trying times because they display themselves very professionally and it must be a great place to work . Thanks for the great service and my hat is off to each and every one and I hope they get the recognition they deserve. Good Job

This store has the worst customer service of any staters ever...the employees are lazy ghetto and completely untrained..I always hear them fighting with customers..its a disgrace...they dont want to help find items..I dont know is the ready answer for these ppl.completely useless.

This is the closest Stater Bros store to where I live and I visit this store few times every month. My main problem with the store is, it looks really old and outdated, The aisles are narrow. The meat counter looks somehow dirty. On one of my last visits, about 6 PM at night, I had to wait 20 minutes for a box of fried chicken. C;mon. which store doesnt have continuous flow of most sold deli item around dinner time ? And I was not the only one waiting for that chicken batch to come out of the fryer. This store, just doesnt have the appeal of some other stores that go to. It is one of my last ditch efforts if I am going there, not my first choice.

This is definitely one of the better places to shop for me. The employees are respectful, helpful, and almost always smiling. Im pretty sure with the way things have been lately in this world we can all use a little happy, and smiles in our lives. Also got some fantastic info to help me with my best bud Cody (my dog) from an employee here so thank you Stater Bros, for your great employees, and a super shopping experience.

A little over a week ago, I put something down on a soap dispenser in their bathroom, realised it about 10 mins later and ran back, but it had been taken. As the staff had to personally let customers in, and since there were only 3 employees there, who all said theyd let no-one in during the ten mins or so between my 2 visits, and since they were seemingly too dismissive of my claim, I assumed it mustve been one of those three employees. I wrote a (now deleted) rather poor review here, in my frustration and anger, despite my absent mindedness having ultimately been the cause. I was surprised to see a prompt response from the company, assuring an investigation, and inviting me to call them. I was further suprised, upon calling, that they seemed sincere. They reviewed their security footage and found it was a customer who somehow had gleaned the lock code and let herself in, and I believe them; other businesses will only review footage of a customer sustaining theft if the police .force them to.So, I tossed the previous 1 star review to replace it with this 5 star one, as their apparent sincerity and honesty plus commitment to fairness and doing the right thing, was a welcome suprise.Especially in this time of paranoia and mistrust, and especially on the part of a corporation. Still missing my $100 item, but I was duly impressed with their customer service I hadnt even asked for.

It has a long history of southern California. It is the OG of all the other markets in the area. They have everything you might want at decent prices. But the meat department is the best. The best meat around bar none.

My son liked the frozen food section which had more variety.

Always some kind of activity happening in the parking lot or people outside harassing for something. I did notice however the manager does try to handle the problems outside often. Also, a lot of the items I shop for are never in stock. I do appreciate the store workers for being there everyday though.

Stater Brothers Pomona need I say more.Ive just had bad luck at this store. Lost my wallet there, ex-girlfriend caught me there with another girl, paid for my groceries and left them with the cashier as I used the restroom, when I get back my groceries are gone. You would think the cashier would notice...no she was to busy thinking about the joint she wanted to smoke

Last night i went to Stater Bros. has nearly every grocery item I want. The meat department has excellent service, competitive prices, and high quality products. Stater Bros. is where I get tenderloins to put on the grill, and its the best steak in my lifetime. Very helpful young lady name Laura extremely generous and super helpful. Kindest Employee by far :)

I use to shop at the Stater Brothers on Grand and Garey and now i highly recommend this location. i keep seeing reviews about this Laura Gal so i checked it out. she is the sweetest doll and super helpful and seems to be busy constantly. I was amazed to find the shelves fully stocked with fresh produce, meat, canned goods, pasta, etc. Just 5 days ago was at another store where most shelves were bare at 7am! I was told that the Stater Bros.company is we organized, and it shows. Bravo, Stater Bros.!

There is a Sign at the entrance that says to wear a mask and if u dont have one they can provide one for u if u ask for one.I also Saw an Employee disinfecting freezer doors,Thank you stater Bros.market for the safety precautions to keep us safe.
