Lady was not helpful when ask what favors they were when stickers didnt match she seemed bothered. No one was there but I. Open ice cream in care and melted only thing hold ice shape is the wrapper.

Really BAD SERVICE😡😡. The girls on the afternoon bad attitude, terrible service. The ice cream paletas were saggy they melted really fast. Dont recommend at all. And we were the only customers at that time.

I love all La Michocana stores. The ladies here were kind enough and wore gloves to serve us food. They follow covid protocols. Even though the area is not the best, they try to keep the store neat. The only thing we didnt like is the mango ice cream, which was not milk based. It tasted watery. If not, Id probably give it more than 4.

Everything here is so good,dont get me wrong,but when I asked for a michelagua today is a 50% off $2 dollars if regular price is $4 thats what the screen says,I was told that I needed to buy 2 to get that discount but I wanted only one,another customer wanted the same drink and came closer to me to talk abou it,I said it was false advertising and I asked for the owner to come out,she came out with a bad attitude,I asked her if there was another place where it says about the daily special(mining in the store)she said in San Fernando,I told her this is Pomona and it didnt say anything but in the screen,she was like take it or leave it this is my store and I put the prices,then she asked us to leave and she will call the police,she when inside the kitchen supposedly to call the police,I paid my order and left very upset,she shouldve respected the advertised prices,I wont come here anymore,there are like 4 other stores nearby.

I just went to the Michoacana Plus, I absolutely love their ice cream and service. And this is my go to treat for my nephews. However, I am very upset about today’s visit. A homeless man came in asking if they sell water. He didn’t speak Spanish so I asked if if they had bottled water that I would be personally be purchasing for him. The lady walks up to me, telling me to ask him to wait outside for his water. I don’t know know what kind of inhuman treatment this is!!! You should never deny anyone service, hence he was only asking for water and not money. I am very disappointed sad to say this will be my last visit at this location. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Really good lots of options. My fav is the strawberries and cream w everything. My man is the mangonera yummy as well and our son likes the hot Cheetos with a load of cheese messy looking lol but obviously delish. Highly recommend.

The ice cream was delicious, but they take forever to do the orders, all the tables were dirty and on the main entrance has a major problem the floor es cracked and my daughter in law almost fall because of that I got scared because shes pregnant. You need to fix that asap.

I loved this ice cream parlor! It has the best aguas frescas Ive ever tried! I come here many times the employees are kind and very helpful they let you try anything so you can be satisfied with your purchase especially a guy who works there ive never caught his name. And a young lady evelyn i think her name is. But there is another young lady whose name tag said lely. Not the quite attitude i expect shes always complaining about how she hates how customers arrive late and how theyre about to close and now we are holding them back. Its uncomfortable because my wife gets out of work at 9 so we try to go before closing and when she complains makes me not even want to go anymore, so please work on that. I give 4 stars because its truly amazing! But i hope this young lady stops complaining so i can come back and give a 5!
