Terrible service. Originally called to request a quote on pallets of varied sizes. Alex enthusiastically offered to make customize pallets, said it would take two days to generate a quote. It’s been more than two weeks and all I’ve got are lame excuses. The last time I followed up on the quote he said his system was rebooting and would send it over immediately afterwards. Promise was void. Go elsewhere if you have your own customers waiting or if you care for any sort of efficiency.

I have been a customer of Apex Pallets for years now. This review is long overdue. They have the best prices in town for good quality pallets. Also, a big plus to me is that Apex offers same day delivery. The owner is friendly and quick to respond. After all these years, they continue to be fast and reliable. Overall, excellent service.

They delivered my pallets same day. I know I can count on them. Great source for all type of pallets including GMA, Grade A, HT. They also have great turnaround when ordering custom pallets.

Picked up pallets here and some looked like they pieced up pieces of wood back together and others had wood boards missing. Bad quality bad pallets.
