From the appointment scheduling through the receptionist for the work, to the mechanic who discussed the work needed, the driver at the gate for reception of our bus, and the explanation of work needed and receipt of invoices was done in a curious, polite and professional manner. The level of care, professionalism, and quality of work done by Express Plumbing Service is phenomenal. Everyone from the receptionist, the technician, to the general manager truly made me feel like a valued customer. Their communication was excellent throughout the entire process.I had an overwhelming plumbing emergency, and I was fortunate to get technician Kyle Smith out to my place right away. I had a blocked sewer line that needed to be cleared and repaired immediately. To say that I was impressed is an understatement. Kyle was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated to taking care of the issue at hand. I was not expecting to learn that our problem was more serious than I had initially thought, however it gave me peace of mind to know that I was in good hands this Express Plumbing. Kyle was able to provide several recommendations on how to remedy the situation, and he really took into consideration what was best for me & my family. I am proud to say that they have made a customer for life.

Joe Galli is outstanding. His staff are fantastic!Im an older guy now in late fifties so I have seen a lot. I assure you Joe Galli and his staff have been A+ outstanding for several years for us. My wife runs a mobile grooming truck and when her truck is down, it cost her and it is really unbelievable to me how fast Joe gets her F350 in and out and back on the road. I run a boat dealership and know how difficult it is to do what Joe and his staff do. I do not believe you could find another company that could come close to the excellence we enjoy. Thank you all.

Good day Mr Richard Yusem.Sir, your reply is UNACCEPTABLE. First we are a minority start up company and would not say anything to bring a bad name on a company that offer EXCELLENT SERVICES and as large as your establishment... it would not be in our best interest to say these things if it were not true. Sir these are ALL FACTS and can and WILL be supported by my staff, family and insurance company. We resent the fact that you do not have the honor or integrity to call us to resolve this manner but instead would rather make a reply to a public freedom of speech post and not speak the TRUTH, and that clearly show us start up and minority companies again to whom you chose to do business with, and that should warrant a report to the BBB. Mr Yusem again sir, if you would carefully reread the review we left we said all we needed done was the bus painted with the company logo, new tires, new window, and change the thermostats those are not MAJOR repairs sir. Sir, when we was bringing you the bus it was over heating because the thermostats were sticking. After we placed the transmission fluid in the oil we had the oil changed at st Lucie tire and battery, we also had the radiator flushed at loves truck stop that’s how we knew the thermostats were sticking so we drove down to your establishment knowing you had our backs. We spent 2 days on the road with our GPS’s locked on your location, our insurance company Marci Macinnes, our families and other employees watched and prayed on the trip before we left they watched us on the gps counting down the hours until we reached Atlantic bus sales and service, you was our home sanctuary destination we locked in on, then, we literally broke down 10 minutes before we reached you ...then joe called while we was broke down crossing the railroad tracks on Dixie Highway he then told us DONT BRING YOUR BUS WE DONT WANT THE WORK! I literally cried because we came so far. Yes we told joe they said 12,000 in repairs but that’s a repair shop off of 95, that included 8 new tires at 400 a piece and all new parts in which was not needed joe said bring it don’t worry about that so we proceeded to you.

Takes forever to get the work done, amf they are pricey. But they do good work.

Greetings. I would like to personally thank Guy and Joe for the motivation to dominate the industry. I have learned the way to defeat unprofessionalism is to use it as motivation. We just started our company and had been communicating with Atlantic Bus sales for over a year so they told us to bring the bus, we brought the bus down from Va to them and literally 10 minutes before we arrived Joe called like the grim reaper in a rude voice saying don’t bring your bus here we found out it’s old we don’t want the work then hung up. ( all we needed done was paint, company logo, new window, change thermostats and new tires) We broke down 10 minutes from them In front of CRUISE N COOL a diesel shop (thank God) they rest assured us we were in good hands and Richard Lieberman the owner is now officially Xclusive Tours service shop we now have 6 motor coaches. When the pandemic hit it opened opportunities for start up companies however as a start up company Atlantic Bus sales didn’t respect our company or take us serious so we changed our mission statement and have decided to use what Atlantic bus sales did to us as motivation to be the dominate company in our industry and not only that to also assist other start up companies that have the same services as Atlantic bus sales to offset their future sales. It’s a shame because they have good services we desperately needed. Atlantic Bus Sales knows they are major supply and demand company in south Florida and their attitude reflects it they pick who they want to do business with, which questions their integrity and also raises an eye to who are their preferred customers they are servicing. If you are a start up minority company I don’t recommend them, because they will discourage you by literally telling you that you are not worth their time. I work for a local non profit and Guy and his team did a fantastic job at working with us and our budget in purchasing new 14 passenger bus. I would highly recommend ABS to anyone, especially in the non profit world, looking to purchase a new or used bus for their organization.

Richard and the rest of the team at Atlantic Bus Sales are so helpful and friendly! I helped my dad find the part he needed for his Eldorado bus and it was much cheaper then he anticipated buying through Atlantic Bus Sales.

My business purchased parts for a bus that we were repairing due to an accident. We purchased the parts via a credit card on February 24th and were told we should expect to see them no later than Monday the 29th. I called on the 26th to confirm that the order had been processed and that our items were out for delivery and received a confirmation from Dawn in parts. By the end of the week the parts had still not arrived and when we called to find out what happened we were told that the parts had been sent to the wrong state and wouldnt arrive until after the repair was scheduled to be completed and delivered to the customer. At this point in time we asked to cancel the order as we were not going to need them if they werent going to arrive in time. Dawn told me that they would cancel the order and refund our credit card once the items made it back to them. When the refund was applied to the card it was short $23.01 of a $54.86 bill. When I called to find out why we were paid short on the return we were told that they refused to refund the shipping as it wasnt their fault, it was UPSs fault and UPS wasnt offering them a refund so they werent going to offer us one. I replied saying I dont understand how it is our fault that you had items shipped to the wrong location and that I felt we deserved a full return I was quickly denied. When I made the comment that this was bad customer service and I would write a review Dawn told me to go ahead she didnt care. So here I am, I understand you dont care how your customers feel so I thought I would share with your potential customers the type of service that they can expect to receive. I get that some people will think it’s only $20 bucks but personally in my business we would take a $20 loss if there was a mistake on a customer’s job. I know company’s typically will not refund shipping if you ordered the wrong item/size but this was a situation out of our control and yet we were held accountable and had to pay the price for somebody else’s mistake. I don’t recommend this company strictly on customer service standards alone.

I cannot thank the team over at Atlantic Bus Sales enough. they will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase and guide you through the process.
