James in Pro Auto Body is a very nice and decent guy, with good experiences in body repair. I had my car and other drivers car repaired recently. Both of us are satisfied with the result. In addition, James asked for lower price than other shops which I quoted, and done jobs faster with good quality. The shop is located in a convenient place, easy to find.

I had a wonderful experience with Pompano Beach Auto Body! My car had been rear-ended by an uninsured driver and had a huge dent in it for months (because I didnt want to pay the outrageous fees quoted by my dealers auto body shop). Pompano Beach Auto Body came to my house, fixed the dent and a couple of other issues I had in less than an hour for less than half what I had been quoted by the dealer. It looks great! Other people in my neighborhood saw the good work they were doing and asked them to also work on their cars. I highly recommend this business.

James and Larry did a good job at a fair price...while I waited. I have an older car with low value but in good shape mechanically...hope to get more years out of it, but Im not gonna spend multi-thousands to make it look new. I was glad to get the dents and dings taken care of for a three-figure price tag. I will go back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is by far the most unprofessional auto body shop I have ever used. They took my insurance money and promised to pay my deductible. My car was not repaired ... They spray painted many parts of the car. They left it filthy full of paint and shavings. It was missing bolts to hold peices down under the hood. Many parts were not properly put back on. When I asked them if they could align the parts that werent aligned and if they could plug up my sensors they left unplugged or if they could give me a receipt stating what they did, I was told no. I feel like they took advantage of me and it wasnt their first time. PLEASE GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE. The waived deductible isnt work the time, money and disrespect you will have to endure.

The worst experience and horrible repairs on my car. Im Filing a claim with the state. They received money from insurance company for repairs and did not complete the job. Calling and emailing and they just ignore you.They had my car for 5 months and as one mechanic said after seeing their work looks like they threw it together in 2 days sloppy work . Then they tell me to come get the car or it might get stolen off their lot.Stay away!

Initially I got what I thought was a great deal, but the day I left the shop I was told and promised by the store owner that they would complete the job. I had a rear bumper that needed to be fixed, in which they did, but the color did not match, the owner then proceeded to tell me I could come in two weeks from that day, so they may apply the proper color.To this day the fix(proper color) has not been administered by this company, I brought my car in the October 11th and it is now November 17th you do the math. To add insult to injury I have been in constant contact with the owners son(the one who actually performed the fix), I have text exchange showing proof that I was promised a date and time on multiple occasions, but each time warranted an excuse(anyone interested in this exchange please contact me).I for one a student have been duped of good service, which I thought I had at first, but with a work incomplete as such and no way to get a refund in the proper manner will be filling suit, and I urge those coming after me to do your research before paying companies like these.I will be sharing this on all my social mediums, and advise others to do the same.

Very good work definitely recommend them cant tell where the damage area was and thay gave me a loaner car which was great I did it have to rent one

I had great experience at pro auto body they repaired my 2010 Toyota Camry front fender one shop wanted to replace it at a coast of $950 James at pro auto body repaired it for $650 and it looks like new very happy I found them definitely will use them in the future

Pompano Beach auto body is by far the best experience Ive ever had with a shop I hit my car and cannot afford to pay my deductible one of their workers approached me and told me that they could waive my deductible within 1 weeks my car was packed and ready to go and it cost me nothing I highly recommend them
