Was waiting over 2 months to get my car back, on pick up I found that painting terrible. Left door was damaged and rear bumper scratched. Owner overreacted and make me cry. 😥. Now should to go to another service again and pay twice. Waist of time and money. Keep you save and never stop by this body shop.

Hopefully, youll never need the services of a body shop but if you do, this is the one for repairs. The work was completed when promised and the price was excellent! Karen runs the front office and she couldnt have been nicer. Everything was handled promptly and professionally. I recommend very highly!

Wow! What a let down. I walked in expecting a great experience due to all the great reviews; these all must have been written by family members. Not friendly at all. The owner could not be bothered to walk out and look at my car. I needed my front bumper repainted, as it has been peeling. No body work was needed except to remove, strip, prime, and repaint the front bumper. I also asked them to buff out the whole car. Price quoted was $2600.00 ! Dont waste your time making the trip to this body shop; there are no good deals, or friendly service. (And to the customer who suggested I was a competitor, no I am not a competitor.)

I have had three personal experiences with Rick the owner of Procar Auto body and Paint. The first was when I needed to have my Red Lexus SC430 Hood repainted. Great price and outstanding quality. The second time was to have some rear bumper damage repaired, again great work, fast repair and good price. My third time was to have the front end modified to accept led driving lights. Again Rick did an outstanding job.Today my girlfriend took her new Kia Optima in to have a spoiler installed. Rick is just amazing two hours later it was done and it was very reasonable.I am a retired Police commander and I can tell you that Rick is one of the honest folks in this business. Dont go anywhere else.

Recently, I had a repair and paint services on my Jeep Hood at Procar. My experience was outstanding. Ricardo explained what needed to be done and was very professional. I could talk to this man all day long. When he told me the price and that I could have it back in two days, I could not believe it. Well, Ricardo gave me a great price, and not only was the work he did outstanding, he even had me bring my jeep in and he and his team replaced the hood at no extra charge. It is hard to find such good hearted people in this business. Ricardo and Procar have me as a customer for life.One other thing, when I went to get into my jeep, one of the employees a Procar was touching up the screw heads on the hood with paint. This is attention to detail.

My recent experience with Rick was great.I had brought my 1989 Firebird to Procar to have a little body work & to be painted.Rick gave me a price that was very fair considering 1 shop was $600. & another was 450.00 more. I had forgotten so I ask Rick how much extra to install a new blower motor & new weather stripping on the pass window, guess what NO CHARGE. Picked up the BIrd today and boy was I supprised Rich painted things I never expected. Wish I could post a picture. The Firebird looks as good as when we bought it in 1990. Thanks Rick & staff.

Recently, I had a car accident that caused a significant amount of damage to my Toyota Prius. I was extremely worried and did not know who to go to. The last time my insurance directed me to a shop, it was a disaster.I called my best friend and asked her for some advice. She recommended that I go to ProCar, where she has been satisfied customer for many years. When I dropped my car at their shop, it was unlike any shop I had ever visited before. I sensed that they actually cared about my situation. The owner, Ricardo gave me an estimate right on the spot. He thoroughly explained everything to me, and was very understanding of my situation. I was worried that he might not take my insurance, but he assured me that he works with all the major insurance companies. In addition, he told me that he could set up a payment plan if necessary. I recently graduated from Florida Atlantic University, and do not have a lot of savings.While my car was being fixed, the secretary, Karen was extremely patient and pleasant. I called often to check on he status of my car. Each time, she was always patient and explained exactly where my car was in the process of being repaired.When I went to pick up my car, I was blown away. It looked 10 times better than it did before the accident! I had a fog on the inside my front headlights, and they were polished and perfectly clear. In addition, I had a small rust hole on the back right corner of my car (far from where the accident damage was) and it was sanded down, and painted over. Not only was the service honest, but also they went above and beyond what I had expected of them. My car runs beautifully now and I am very pleased with their service.The price was reasonable, and my insurance company, USAA, had no problem working with them to fix my car.If you are looking for a truly HONEST and HARD-WORKING shop, look no further- you have found it.If I have any car damage in the future, I will go directly to ProCar.
