Let me start off with just saying ill never go to any other car shop again! The staff the service the environment was all top notch,clean and friendly. I literally felt at home with everyone that was there. I went in for a oil change and I was in and out in no time. And the best part is when I walked outside to get my car it was detailed for me and ready for the weekend! I would highly recommend this place to any friend or family member. I would like to highly recommend DS Motors. I brought my Toyota Corolla to fix the right side mirror which was fairly broken. When I picked up my car I found out that not only had the mirror been perfectly fixed, but they had also taken the time to polish and clean the headlights, which in itself, Im aware, it is a process that takes extra time and effort. I truly was not expecting this amazing service and at no extra cost. Mr. Eder and his team far surpassed my expectations given their outstanding service. Keep up the good work!

I would give them a zero if I could as well. The service while we were there was great. They treated us well and were respectful. However, the cars they sell are in shambles. They promised they had done many updates to the car and it was in good condition. I purchased a convertible and within a week of taking it, the roof stopped working, the check engine light turned on and I had to replace the battery. I called back numerous times and they were always busy. I insisted so much that they agreed to fix the roof and check the engine light. They got it to turn off but again withing a week, it was on. Within another month, the steering fluid started leaking so I had to tow the car and have a third party mechanic fix it. And now the car is starting to overheat and it has electrical problems where the fog lights stay on. Ive been stranded more with this car in four months than with any other car Ive ever owned. They overcharged me for the car and I had to put more money into it. I am looking to get rid of the car now. Its a shame that these people can so easily scam people this way.

Ripoff plain and simple. As an Air Force Veteran I encourage every Veteran to look for another dealership to purchase a vehicle. Constant lies about the condition and actual value of their vehicles. You will, as many buyers have in the past, be victimized by con artists. Avoid DS Motors.

I would give them zero stars if i could. First let me start out by saying I had bought a 2000 CLK430 on ebay from DS Motors. When I went to pick up the car it had a check engine light on. After about a week of DS motor trying to fix the problem a third party mechanic conduced the car had a bad cylinder and they couldnt sell it to me. James talked me into a 2003 Lexus Gx470 with almost double the miles, and according to him a clean carfax. After a about a week of having the car I noticed that the A/c Had stopped cooling, I took it to Lexus first to get a full diagnostic check on the car. The a/c had a leak that they could not find, the front axles needs to be changed, the valve covers where leaking oil and the timing belt was gone. Needless to say all that would coat 5600 to fix. When I took it to another mechanic he came up with the same conclusion and 5000 to fix. the car is only worth 4500 on KBB. Needless to say it was not worth fixing, and DS Motors are all crooks. The mechanic they take their cars to are owned by them. Stay away would never buy anything from them again.
