Best place to shop for any type of party. From babies to children to adults. Any and everything for a party is available. Cards too. Fun place to shop for all needs.Some Christmas merchandise is also available. New Years Day items as well.

Went in for birthday balloons for an 18 yr old. Lots of balloons but none for 18th birthday. 21, 30 etc. Lots of employees standing around talking to each other only a couple working. I guess its their party.

Got my sons costume here last minute. So it worked out okay. They werent very good at marking the things that were sold out and so my 6 year old was on an emotional rollercoaster of disappointment. We kept picking out costumes and getting the accessories only to be told that the costume was unavailable. To be expected for last minute costume shopping. However they had some costumes marked as sold out so they should have remained consistent. He thought he was going to be sonic the hedgehog then they were sold out. Then he thought he was going to be a ninja but that was sold out. Finally we settled on a police officer but only because someone else had ordered for it and I snuck it into my cart when the last costume didnt come in his size. My troubles were my own fault for waiting so close to Halloween and we all left satisfised. I just wish theyd advertised better.

Buying 6 balloons took 47 minutes to be exact! None of the 3 employees wanted to work and all passed the work off on another! When I finally got someone to help me more time was spent inhaling the helium from the balloons than it took him to get my order done. Very unprofessional conduct.

Fantastic always have everything such a joy staff so kind Judith the party planner so helpful. A must visit always for parties and any fun evevt.

Today was a great day they had a whole lot of clearence and their selection was larger and updated just walking through i planned the next three birthday party. The staff was great friendly helpful and help bounced off ideas for my nephews party they did great. The only thing i wish the did was give coupans then i would go there just to go shop.

Unfriendly staff. I was sold a costume package that was missing items. When I immediately (3minutes) returned to bring it back, they wanted to give me only half the price because it was missing items, really?!I did get the full refund but still, how about saying Were sorry that happened, can we check another store for you to see if its available? Nope they didnt. I was also surprised they didnt have fitting rooms to try costumes, we were told to use their bathrooms to try it on.

Worst party city I ever been to. I went there to get balloons and one of the girls saw me waiting for balloons and she left and helped someone else at the register but after she got done helping that person she never came back to help me. So I was waiting their just to find out they didnt have enough air to make the balloons. DO NOT go their bad customer service.

If i wanted my service any slower I would have rode a sloth there.

Staff isnt too helpful. Had to wait for one to finish texting someone on her phone to check out. Numerous items I came for were no where to be found even though they showed in stock online.

It is a fun place with many options to decorate. But attention is really bad. No one helps you with cordiality. I would like to find another site that has this same merchandise and that serves me well

We were there a few days ago the place is excellent but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They were going to close at 8 p.m. and we arrived with my wife with 25 minutes to go. The girl who was attending, instead of greeting us and welcoming us, told us: THEY HAVE TO MOVE BECAUSE WE CLOSE AT 8 AND THEY CANNOT BUY. I WONDER WHAT THE MANAGER OR THE STORE OWNERS WOULD THINK ?????
