OTR drivers, this is for you:The gates for delivery dont open for outside carriers until 0600. Until they open for receiving, trucks line up on NW 12th Ave and wait. There is a security speaker at gate if youre the first in line and need the gate opened. Gate closes automatically and opens automatically for exiting vehicles. NW 12th Ave becomes a complicated one-way street. Stay alert. Dont take a nap. There isnt a security guard or outdoor employee guiding entry. Once the gate opens, the doors are first come, first serve. Trucks enter one at a time. Be patient. Allow other drivers room to set up for backing. Be prepared to get out of your truck and communicate extensively with other drivers in order to ensure that your experience is as smooth as possible. Once all doors are taken and line on street gets too long (or if a fellow driver has messed up and made it difficult for outbound trucks to leave), Gold Coast employee may come out and ask drivers in line to enter facility, drive to the back, turn around, and line up on the righthand side of entryway to wait for a door. When a door opens, next in line docks, then takes paperwork inside to confirm door number. Wait until unloading movement stops, then go inside to get your bills.For reference, I arrived at 0545 with 0630 appointment. I docked at 0800 and left around 1000.Hope this helps. Wasnt as bad as I had expected to be honest...definatly has limited roadside parking, with little to no room inside the gate to park once you get in. But you pull in, back on a door, CHOCK YOUR WHEELS or they WILL NOT unload you,, take your bills inside and tell them what door your on, and when you dont feel any more movement, go back and check if your empty, go get your bills and head out. I had 6:30 am appt...was out by 7:30....not the most friendliest people Ive dealt with, but definitely not the worst!!!

Great company to work for. But beside that they are the best company I have ever worked for. Just stay away from overnight position its really tough not a long time position. But this company is the opposite

They reported us to the state for not paying an invoice that we must have lost. I call them every week leaving a voicemail asking them to send me the invoice but they do not. I am happy to pay it. Please answer your phones and respond to your voicemails. It shouldnt be this hard to pay someone money.

Nice people frendly face no over night parking road side parking available but there is travel j plaza just 2 miles away that’s. Better then road parking unload normally 2 hrs appreciate for good menners 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This company since it has been bought out by Reyes has gotten horrific for service. Have been unable to get product because we are not a large company. If you are a small business you can forget about getting product in a timely manner. Gold Coast will put you out of business.They used to be a great company with fantastic service. Now do not even think about them

This was my 2nd time delivering to this place and it was the same as the first time. Not long after I dumped the dock I was unloaded and on my way. This is a very busy place

Horrible customer service. Rep intentionally screwed us over twice and when brought up to the manager he dismissed the issue, refused to give us a different rep treated us as if they were doing us a favor by speaking to us. Manager kept saying well how much do you order? acting as that if that would determine how they treat us. Unbelievable.

I got rid of them because of there customer service and now I have been trying to get my empty kegs picked up for over 5 months and have talked to my sales reps bosses boss and nothing. It was funny when I worked for a big company I use to get tix taken out now that I have a small place they will not even return a call. I cant wait til I get big again and make them beg me to get my business.

It is embarrassing that the state of Florida issued a alcohol and tobacco license to this company! Starting with the reps always screwing up on your orders and the delivery option changing to hurt the small businesses. Small businesses as myself has the same license as big supermarkets, it is unfair we get different treatment. The law states we all get the same treatment because we carry the same license. I feel bad for every dollar i give to this horrible company.

1-23-19 Carrier Receiving: In dock at 9:28 AM...finally started to unload us at 11:30... done at: NOON! Pretty slow place... but thank God they didnt beat my 14.5 hour drop time...and were not even a reefer, just a dry van :)

Reyes brothers should be ashamed of the monopoly they have. They should call Thies to ask them how they ran such a great company for so long.

As an OTR driver, strange place. Press button to open gate, back into any open dock, take paperwork in and tell them where youre docked. Wait until theres no more movement in your trailer, then go back inside to get your signed bills. Very strange... Not a very friendly place either.

Worst company and people I ever came across. Their CS people hang up on you. They don’t care for customers unless you are a big account then they might kiss your rear, if that. It’s very pitiful to have deal with them. Shame for people who work there and management.

Definitely one of the worst companies ever. and its ridiculous that the state requires that we buy only from them considering they hold most of the beers. I think we all need to write to the Florida state liquor board about this.

90% of the management team sucks. Very unethical and unprofessional especially that snake in the grass delivery manager CR who is over the delivery supervisors whos nothing but an uncle tom brown noser who will sell out anybody to save himself. Dont know why he is still employed there. I wonder if the reyes brothers are aware of favortism and following the rules for some and not all. I can write a book on the things that goes in there under his watch.

Horrible customer service. Havent gotten a delivery in 3 weeks. I told customer service our delivery window time at least 6 times they still have it wrong in the system. I had to come pick up beer, called ahead put in my order and still waited 2 hours...i have to find someone else. This is ridiculous!

By far the worst distributor. Ive been hung up on twice, they have refused me to talk to a manager when they messed up on my order, the employees are a joke and 98% of them do not even know what beers they carry. Most of the good employees end up sells rep for breweries.Customer service is terriable unless you are a huge corporate company.

Buying beer is a mission I have to run and fight to get a delivery they change the account with out letting you know I used to get deliveries every week then every two weeks now they want every month is a ridiculous monopoly game two weeks later Im still waiting for a call back from a supervise
