I went in 941 for one item, I saw a few sales and picked up more than expected. I had to go and get a basket. Ruby, went and got the basket for me. Most importantly when I walked in the door, I saw Ruby and a manager dancing and smiling while working. I find this to be very uplifting seeing not many people smile today or enjoy being at work as much as these two workers do. Great to see people happy and smiling. These two workers deserve an award for being the best at their jobs. Kudo to both of you. Be happy.

Clean, organized, and well stocked. However, Publix is much more expensive than other places. It was on my way from Walmart Neighborhood Market so I stopped for a couple of items.

Beautiful Publix store. Entry way is a small florist and bakery area. Deli is next. A very large produce area. Clean and fresh. Meat department has a large variety as well. Pharmacy is located on far west side. So immaculately clean Employees are friendly and helpful. A delightful store to grocery shop and personal items. Highly recommended. Also, plenty of parking.

It’s just okay for a Publix - I’ve been in nicer Publix grocery stores - could be cleaner, neater and the discounted area items were not all priced. Had to ask someone, who asked someone else, who didn’t know why the item was there. He said maybe they were going to be marked down. Really? Publix prices are higher then the other two grocery stores in the area. If you believe shopping at Publix is a pleasure and want to pay extra for the experience, then this is the place for you.

The employees are very friendly whenever the managers are present. Likely to ignore you otherwise when youre standing at a counter. The store is clean and neatly stocked. Prices are ridiculous...as one would expect but I guess weve gotta feed our family something... so hey.

This was a nice publix, I forgot my ice cream and realized when I got home, so yea..i had to go back and when i got there the cashier has left and there was a new guy there, I asked If he saw my bag and he aaid no but he told me to just go grab another anyway, when I came back I presented my receipt and he said its ok,no worries, I thought that was very nice and professional, I will go out of my way to go to this location for now one, thank you for taking care of me!

Its a really nice neighborhood Publix store . If you go early in the morning until 11:00 youre in and out really fast but then around noon it starts to get really busy !

I like it here at this location. Very clean store. Shelves are always neatly stocked with food and merchandise. Great setup as you walk in with a few bins with some BOGO items. Bakery is clean and bright. Great service. The deli always have prepped food available for self serve such as a variety of sandwiches, chicken, potato salad, salads. Subs are amazing when they make them for you. Fresh ingredients, tasty bread. Excellent service all around. Produce department very clean and colorful with huge variety of fruits and vegetables. Staff always ready to help. Meat department always stocked up and neat. Very presentable with great service. Seafood department is amazing as always. Fresh and always great service. Customer service desk personnel are always very courteous and professional. All in all always a great experience when I come to this location. Good job everyone!

Just about every time I order a sub online from the deli, it is not ready when I get there at the designated time. I cant remember the last time I walked into this Publix, got my sub and walked out. Most of the time I arrive to find a few people behind the deli counter having conversations with each other while cutting various deli meats and cheese. Meanwhile, Im waiting for someone to look up and notice me so that I can explain that I ordered a sub online 40 minutes ago and then have to wait while they make it. I even had a worker refuse to help me because her break was going to cut into her break time. Fortunatley, a nice lady went out of her way to help. Ordering online may be quick and easy, but once you get there, its slow and painful. Unfortunatley, it has been like this for years. If you plan on ordering a sub online, you will most likely be there for an additional twenty minutes after your order was supposed to be ready.

If I could give no stars, I would. I called to place an order at the deli and waited 7 minutes with not even a single soul picking up and asking me to hold. I called and spoke to customer service and explained that I just called and got no response at the Deli. The woman at customer service said there were employees in the Deli and she put me through. Again, I waited and waited yet no response. Finally after 5 minutes, a person picked up- not even sure if it was the Deli- and said “hold.” So, I held for another few minutes before I gave up. Shopping was NOT a pleasure at this Publix location.

Its the local Publix. The younger guy making the chicken looked out for me. He was actually genuine. I failed him by not checking his name tag to give him a shout out-

#NoMoreReturns Publix really disappointed me today and looks like they are looking for profits vs customer service something Ive been willing to pay their higher prices. They are accepting no more returns unless it was defective. Luckily the seal was broken on my item so they took it but I am really upset over this. They are claiming this is due to Covid. This is a sealed plastic bottle that could be easily cleaned and I did not see them doing anything with in store returns which should be disposed of if they have this policy in place. They returned them to the shelf without even wiping them down. #BoycottPublix

Excellent customer service!!!! Over the top in efforts to hold up to their slogan Publix,where shopping is a pleasure.I arrived about 7 minutes before store was to open in the a.m. After about 2-3 minutes there were about 5 people waiting and the manager took it upon himself to open up 5 minutes early which I thought was above and beyond and extremely courteous. When I was checking out my bill came to X amount of dollars and $.91 the way it worked out was I would have had to break a 20 and get $0.91 back.and the cashier took it upon herself to say forget it and rounded it up so I wouldnt have to get $0.91 back and possibly break a $20 bill for it which I thought was so nice. I went outside to get the change out of the car and had to practically beg her to take it and put it in her register!

This place refused to replace a missing item from a non-white person. Told the person that the cameras would have to be checked. This place is disgusting. The cashier was next to customer service in the middle of the establishment.

This place is sad . I show up just for a sandwich only to be put on hold for 20 minutes while they only had the wheat bread stuff that I don’t want I’m already paying for then the lady stops in the middle of cutting my bread that I don’t want only to go to a different section walk off and just I suppose forget I’m there . I’m left standing there staring at a cut bread then missing my bus over a sandwich they couldn’t prepare in 20 minutes very sad no means of fixing the situation so I just walked out hungry because it’s not worth my time . Apparently there also understaffed so what’s the point of taking orders then ?

In all manner of service but one, this store location is excellent!!! However the past three times, over a one week period, I have been to the delicatessen, there has only been one person to take care of customers at the deli. He/she was going as fast as possible, but clearly overwhelmed!!! At the same time three other persons were making subs at the sandwich bar. There were at least five to seven customers waiting for service at the deli and it took more than twenty-five minutes to get service. This store location has to have more service personnel at the deli during peak periods!!!

There are so many reasons to love Publix I dont know where to begin. I have been shopping there since moving to Miami in 1974, with 2 rambunctious boys accompanying me. When their employees offered to help get my groceries to the car, and loaded them into the trunk, and even refused a tip, I knew I wouldnt be shopping anywhere else. I dont need that help now, but still go to Publix because it is simply the most pleasant place to shop, with the best selection, and by far the nicest employees.

This Store Use To Have So Many Homeless People Hanging Out In The Parking Lot & Around The Store, Not Anymore I’m So Happy They Cleared Them Out! However The Staff Here Is Friendly & Wonderful. Keep It Up!

Pharmacy at this store is fantastic,service by phone and picking up prescriptions, I dealt with Sean and he saved me time and was very professional, definitely an asset to the company.

Do not order subs from online easy ordering at this location. There is nothing easy about it. Subs are never ready and they always run out of bread. This was extremely frustrating being in a rush. When this happened to me the first time the manager promised he was going to train staff on what to do. Of course it just happened again the next week. I would go anywhere but here!

Workers in deli were overly slammed with customers. Workers were very calm and polite. Girl at checkout had two inch long nails that made it difficult for her to bag groceries and she put the eggs and lettuce on the bottom of the bag. Maybe more training will help her.
