I have mixed feelings. Went there first to get a quote for kitchen cabinets. The sales rep was pleasant, courteous and professional. Went back a second time to request a minor change to the specs and to order and pay for the cabinets. The second sales rep was extremely unprofessional, impatient and dismissive. He seemed unwilling to help, or to even want to help. I wore a mask and stayed an acceptable distance from him and he still acted like I have the plague and he was in fear for his life. When I explained the change I wanted, he first said it could not be done, then when I asked him to explain why, he gave me a nonsensical explanation. He then said he would make the change but I should wait. I waited. He did not have another client working with, and he was not making or taking phone calls. He just sat at his computer typing. After several minutes of this, I gathered my dignity and left. I love their cabinets, and went there to purchase, however I will take my money and go spend it where its appreciated. Its ironic that I now plan to purchase from another place thats a bit pricier, but with way nicer sales people.

My Contractor James Cohen with USA Restoration and Renovations brought us here to look at cabinet samples. He walked us through their floor models and explained each component and necessity for our kitchen. I look forward to our beautiful kitchen and bathroom cabinets!

First and last time coming to this place. I walked in and no one greeted me although they all walked by and saw me standing there. Not one employee bothered to come over to say hello or asked if I needed assistance. They had the time to get with each other, talking and laughing, but 40 minutes later.... still no one said a word. I didnt leave because I was waiting for my contractor to make a purchase. I will never come back to this place nor will I refer anyone here. The lack of customer service is mind blowing! I wish I could give it less than 1 star.

This place was awesome. The level of experience among the representatives was exactly what you need to design a beautiful space. The quality of the cabinets are top notch. Wood, soft close drawers and drain wise, perfect.

These cabinets are awful. I have had them for almost 4 years. 6-8 of my drawers and doors no longer open or close correctly. I looked up the warranty and of course the hinges and drawer slides only have a 1 year warranty--now I know why--the hardware is garbage. Now I am going to have to pay to have them fixed--and only after 4 years (we are 2 adults living alone so no its not misuse).

Terrible experience! Don’t even waste your time unless you are a contractor or a professional. I called about two weeks ago to try to ask questions, I was advised to email them the measurements of our kitchen and the color we wanted and that their sales person would contact me. I took measurements and emailed them, a week later I still hadn’t heard back. I did call 2 days after emailing them and a rude lady said that it could take up to 5 days for them to contact me.Finally, a week later, I get an email fromtheir “sales rep” with some images of a kitchen and a quote. Not even a phone call! The quote also includes a note saying that they are not responsible for accuracy of measurements sent by the customer, but they also won’t send a professional to measure. Terrible customer service. I have no idea how they stay in business. I will not be ordering from them.

Based on the reviews, I was almost intimidated to go, thinking that I would be treated rudely. Quite the opposite! I walked in, discussed my needs and within minutes had a 3D Drawing and pricing. When I wanted to change design due to budgetary restraints, they were helpful. Very knowledgeable. -

I have been dealing with J&K Kitchen and Bath for many years as a kitchen contractor. The cabinets are very well made, solid plywood boxes and hardwood maple frames and fillers. Very easy to assemble yourself if youre somewhat skilled or they will assemble at a reasonable price. I have dealt with Danielle and Helen to assist with the overall design and both are quite capable. Manager Ken is always ready to assist if needed.

Will never go back because of customer service. Called to inquire about what size cabinets they offer in a specific color, also needed to price out a unit. The lady who answered the phone was clueless, kept telling me all info was on website (she didn’t even know what was on her website)! When I finally got a hold of someone who understood me and what I was asking (who didn’t talk over me) she finally said she has what I need and could help me out. It then took 3 days for the company to send what I requested because nobody could write down my email address properly. Know your website, know your products, LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

J&K are fabulous. Leah designed and coordinated the install of our new kitchen and did an amazing job. I cant express how pleased we are with how well everything fit and how she ensured we maximized every inch of the room. The quality of the materials and speed of the entire project was efficient and top of the line. Please call them as they are the best!!!

If you want to be treated nicely, I suggest you go to anyone but this lady called Leah. She is by far one of the rudest people I have ever met. I have only done a few purchases here, but she is the reason for me to not want to ever go back. I walked in and the front lady asked her to help me and she started yelling at the poor girl for no reason. She was only trying to help me and Leah just rudely said she was busy which it did not look like it, as she had no one at her desk. She needs to learn how to speak to people because it is the same thing every time I walk in there. Aside from that, cabinets are very nice They have a nice selection of colors and styles and their prices are also quite affordable.

Danielle the kitchen designer was excellent as was Paulo and Jorge the installers. Our job came out perfect. Also, great customer service...we needed one cabinet door replaced and it was taken care of in one day. Sue at the front desk is very helpful as well as the manager Ken. Overall, a great experience.

When I first walked in with my family this weekend I noticed that it was small and there was no pricing available. We had waited at least 10 minutes for someone to finally walk up to us to ask us if we needed help. On requesting pricing for cabinet handles, the associate left and came back with another woman who instantly treated us like second class citizens. She told us that the items that we were inquiring about were expensive and gave us the feeling that she thought we could not afford anything in the store. I asked her to provide pricing for the handles regardless of what she thought and she could not even give me a ballpark price. We definitely felt discriminated against and will never shop nor recommend anyone to this establishment.

IF YOU NOTICE THEY HAVE 6 REVIEWS THAT ARENT POSTED BECAUSE THEY ARE ALL NEGATIVE. This place was very unprofessional. Never answered their phones and was completely understaffed. I had cabinets that colors did not match. Was told I had to wait for next container. I waited three months. When container arrived, the immature owner refused to exchange the cabinet. I had to pay a professional painter to repaint my cabinets. 6 months later my cabinets are falling apart.

Excellent quality cabinets. We are always treated well. We work with Leah and she is awesome. We install kitchen cabinets professionally and love the quality of their all maple wood cabinets. They are truly some of the best quality rta/rtb cabinets you can find.

This was my second visit to J&K cabinets. I walked out the first time because nobody wanted to assist me. I went to J&K because my neighbor used them and insisted I give them another try.Upon entering I told the receptionist what I was interested in. She pointed to the back corner which is where I went. Still nobody offered me assistance so I went back to the receptionist and asked for help. She pointed at an employee and stated she would help me as soon as she got off the phone. I went back to the cabinets, waited and watched the employee hang up the phone. She continued to sit. As I walked back to the receptionist, she sent another call to the employee that was supposed to help me. The receptionist told me as soon as she is off the phone she will help you. I said never mind and left. I know she did not care, because her paycheck was not affected. The CEO of the store should read this because his or her paycheck was affected.

I love this place! The pice is awesome! Better quality and less expensive then IKEA! Leah is great, she made the whole process very enjoyable and is always very helpful. I changed the design of the kitchen a couple of times already and every time shes very helpful and has no problem changing things. I couldnt ask for a better person to help us through the process. Thank you Leah!

Going there for years . Not offended by them being too busy all the time . Price is always less abs cabinets made from plywood are great . If you want someone to shake your hand and offer you tea and biscuits go to a high priced cabinet maker . This place is about price and they have the best . Sang is my contact there and he can wait on 2-3 customers at one time which is amazing . Worth the wait to buy here . Ask for sang and he will sing you a song

Walked in with the intent to buy a vanity for both bathrooms as I am almost complete with my remodel and my contractor buys from there all the time.Was not greeted when I walked in by the receptionist until I said I need help picking a vanity. She told the guy sitting at his desk then he said well we have what’s back there and pointed... then looked back at his computer. After about 10-15 minutes of waiting I figured they must not care to help me and decided to leave.Waste of my time.
