So great!I tried to have same service at another dealer and it was a miserable experience. The other dealer had a four hour wait and was unable to give me a ride home.Pompano Ford was amazing! I was offered a ride home. I was sent a video of the inspection and the work was done in under two hours.Will definitely return to Pompano Ford!!

Anthony was a huge help! I called and made an appointments for my 10k mile service and was told to come in first thing in the morning for an issue I needed fixed sooner. At 7am I was coming off of work and Anthony was extremely helpful with all of my questions and provided a very quick and efficient service. My very first visit to a Ford dealership was a frustration. The receptionist was not friendly and helpful. She did not offer a welcome smile and was unable to confirm my appointment. The representative that took care of me did not know about my appointment either after 15 minutes of vague questions. Once he checked his schedule he found that my name was there. Then I test drove a 2021 Ford Expedition without his company to explain the features of the car. The 2016 Ford Expedition I was scheduled to test drive was not ready. He did not explain the reasons why I should buy a Ford car. Neither before nor after my test drive. I was allowed to walk away without an offer or explanation about how good the Ford brand is. I was interested in a used 2016 Ford Expedition so they were not interested in spending time with me as a new comer to show me other options to consider. I still feel more welcomed and assisted when I visit a Lexus dealer.

I dropped off my vehicle on a Saturday with a brake problem in which my foot was going to the floor. I paid $130 for a diagnosis and was told it was the master cylinder. After that was tepaired, I was told I needed a wheel cylinder replaced which is something easy enough to have noticed upon inspection. I couldnt afford any more repairs at the moment and they had already had my vehicle for a week. I got my vehicle back in the exact same condition it was in in the first place after paying $714 and was overcharged for the part in my opinion. It now had to be put back in at God knows what the expense will be. I am hoping they dont come around telling me it is something else and I get it back as promised today and not a week later.

Jeff is great to work with. He communicates well, follows through well, and does what he says hes going to do. From what I have seen, the whole service department work well together and helps each other. The first time I called Pompano Ford for service, Katelynn (I believe thats her name) answered the phone and was pleasant to talk to and very informative. This was a night and day experience from two of the dealers in Miami I initially contacted and decided not to go with due to my experience over the phone with them.

We had already completed the loan app and had loan approval with Bank of America prior to arriving at the dealership to pickup the vehicle. Seemed like an inordinate amount of time to process paperwork on an already approved loan. Additionally, the explanation of the extended warranty was seriously lacking. Various coverages were not adequately explained or not explained at all. Example, after in initial purchase and getting home we had a chance to read the fine print. We were not offered nor explained or even mentioned about the additional coverages for lights and key FOB. Once we new of these coverages, we wanted to add both, necessitating going back to the dealership and going through all of the extended warranty paperwork a second time. Had all the coverages been properly addressed and explained to us during the first meeting, it could have been accomplished without a second trip to the dealership. Seems to be a lack of attention to detail. Maybe a checklist is needed for the process.

While we did not make a deal today, George was extremely clear explaining and showed great professionalism! I’m actually a repeat buyer at Pompano Ford Lincoln this happens to be My 3rd Car I’m I’ve bought through You Pompano Ford Car Dealership. I started off buying a Preowned 2012 Ford Fusion SE Flex-Fuel but unfortunately that got into a very bad Car Accident Where it was totaled and then I bought a Preowned 2017 Ford Fusion SE Eco-Boost fully loaded from A to Z! Now recently this past late June early July around 4th of July/Independence Day Holiday Weekend I traded in My Preowned 2017 for a brand new 2020 Ford Fusion Hybrid SEL White Platinum Special Edition fully loaded!! I’m extremely very happy how I worked Myself up from 1 Ford Fusion to the next very last of the Fusion also no longer making anymore Hybrid Sedans especially no more Fusion 2020 is the end of an Era now the hybrids will be either Pickup Trucks/SUV or There’s Electric as well!!!

I brought my 2019 Mustang Convertible to Pompano Ford for body work after it was backed into. From the moment I entered the Collision Shop until I picked up my car, my experience was unsurpassed. I was serviced by both Henry Ortiz and Joe Geddes. The communication and guidance was far superior to anything I have ever experienced in auto ownership. I have been a life long Ford owner, however, I am new to purchasing and servicing in Florida, and the level of service minded professionalism exceeded any past Ford experience. I have worked with Jeff Balaban at Pompano Ford since I bought my new 2017 Mustang GT. He has helped me over the years doing upgrades and modifications to suspension, exhaust, tuning, etc. Anything you need, Jeff is the guy to call. They work with Ford Performance, Roush, Steeda, and others to provide performance updates and most of them are covered under the factory warranty.This last visit, I finally got my Roush Phase 1 Supercharger installed. I have been wanting to do this upgrade since I bought my car. I finally made the purchase on New Years Day 2020 and Jeff was awesome to get me in so quick for the install. As usual, my experience working with Jeff and Richie (the service technician) was great! Jeff kept me updated throughout the entire process, sending me pictures and notes on the progress. My son was looking for a camaro ZL1 and told me he had found one at Pompano Ford Lincoln. We are from Fort Walton Beach Fl so the travel and logistics became worrisome. I dealt with Mark Skummer and at the end of process I realized he had helped navigate through a lot of corporate strings and actually made the process smooth. We made the trip and had been told everything we would need upon arriving everyone there was great Mark, and Randi Greene the finance manager was professional and caring and very funny as well. Jason is great! That other woman is bad!! Ask for Jason. The older woman messed me up real bad. I set an appointment brought it there on time (10)min before 8 am, I dropped it off. Called at 4, still not done. The excuse was even though I make an appointment it doesnt guarantee that I get my car in the same day. I made my appointment a week prior. WTH? I dont know the service managers name, all I know is he actually makes nice pens on the side. He helped me out, got me into a rental car for the full following day, and my truck was finally finished. I bought my F-150 in 2017 and have brought it there many times. I am very loyal so I went back, this kid Jason helped me, and everything streamlined. Personally Id ask for Jason!! Oh, and they do have good coffee and donuts. Just saying

I called to see how much a tire patch is if needed and was told a service writer has to give me that info. Every other shop I called gave me a quote. I left my number for an advisor to call me back this morning and still no call. Left second call this afternoon and still no call. I guess it is not big enough job for them. I am very disappointed since it is my second Lincoln I own and service is too busy for me.

Terrible customer service. Bad communication and lack thereof. The internet sales advisor told me “the car was sold so I didn’t contact you back” Goch failed to reach out to me to process order of truck. Took my business was elsewhere. I refuse to buy from a dealer who can’t make a simple phone call when I’m trying to give them money. I can’t imagine what it’s like when I come for service or have an issue with the truck. Good grief didn’t think it would be this hard to give someone 30,000$. Delray Ford got my business. Scheduled me same day provided options, even had a truck pulled up front when I got there ready for me to test drive. Take notes.

Waited 3 weeks for warranty service appointment. Gave them a list of what I wanted done. I get there to leave my car for the day and discover they must keep my car for a week to keep it in place so that they can diagnose it at their availability and I will get my car back in a week and then I may have to return to actually have the work completed I walked out.

I have taken my new 2017 Mustang GT into Pompano Ford on several occasions for service over the last couple months. The first time was to have to Roush Power Pack Level 2 (CAI, Tune, and Axel Backs) installed and again a couple weeks ago to get Steeda Lowering Springs and some Steeda IRS suspensions components installed. My service advisor, Jeff Balaban, is great to work with and is super helpful in figuring out what you need. Their Mustang tech (Richie) has done excellent work on my car and I am very happy with the quality of his workmanship and attention to detail.The shop seems to be extremely busy all the time, so good plan is to make an appointment in advance and be patient with installation times.All in all, great experiences with this dealerships service department and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get some modifications done.

Absolutely fantastic!! Where do I even begin? Laura Campagna is an absolute rockstar. Friendly, personable, attentive, knowledgeable, expert communicator and above all else keeps her word and then does even more!!! Pompano Ford and Laura 100% saved our vacation. The vehicle was done promptly, the loaner car was perfect and the follow through top notch. She even left two teddy bears as presents for my little boys! When I called Pompano Ford to schedule an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation, I was told that I would have to wait 3 weeks for the next available appointment. This morning when I arrived at 8:40 am to drop off my car, I was asked if I had been informed when scheduling my appointment that I would probably have to leave my car there overnight. I did not expect them to work on my car immediately. I had planned on taking an Uber to work and coming back at the end of the day. Jeff Balaban told me that bringing my car here only served to get me into the que and did not guarantee that the oil change and tire rotation would be completed that day. I thought the waiting 3 weeks for the next available appointment got me into the que. To add to my confusion, there are multiple signs that theirs is a Quick Lube dealership. I have never known Quick Lube to be defined as leaving your car overnight for simple service. Submitting this review so that others might avoid my experience.

Jolano (sales) was rude, obnoxious and difficult to work with. Clearly, he’s inexperienced and lacks the slightest bit of finesse required to deal with customers. I was prepared to purchase a vehicle - full cash, but he was so difficult that I walked out. I see other negative reviews about this dealership, so I’m not surprised someone like him works there. Receptionist doesn’t acknowledge anyone when they walk in. The whole place had a bad vibe. Stay away!
