Everything started off smoothly and great. Humberto and Alex are awesome. Beware of the financing department especially if your dealing with Fred Kaufman. Fred is a crook and presents himself like he cares when he really doesn’t. Read through all your paperwork as he will try to speed through the process so you do not see the small details. If you are supposed to be a guarantor on someone’s car be sure that he sets it up that way. He will tell you otherwise so be sure to READ READ READ and have him show you paperwork slowly. Also do not accept an interest rate over 9% (even that’s high) if you have a 700+ credit score. He will choose the highest interest rate if he perceives you as uneducated and will tell you there is no other option unless he sees you walking away or finding an alternative. I hope this helps the next person from being ripped off unlike myself.

On May 10th 2021 I met with Alex Sky and Dana (manager) to look at a 2012 BMW 328i convertible. So here is the REAL deal on Sheehan Autoplex.Mark Metivier (Director) and my salesman Moe put together a deal that was one in a million. We bought a pre-owned GMC Yukon with some miles and traded in a 2011 Mercedes and a 2016 Camry and as you would expect took a hit on them but they gave us a great deal on the Yukon and with tax credit and overall service level factored in we are VERY happy with the deal. Mark navigated every issue with the vehicles involved and was a great and quick communicator. Mo supported the sale the entire way but Mark was the real star. Summary: I would 100% recommend Sheehan Autoplex to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. The team I dealt with, beginning with Alex, exceled in customer service, integrity, honesty, attentiveness, knowledge & follow through. These are not typically strong qualities of a car dealership & their staff, but this group went a long way in restoring faith in that profession.Detailed: I own an HVAC business in Louisiana & had been searching for a specific van for about 2 months without success. Either the prices were too high or the availability of the vans within a 1,000 mi radius in general was poor. It didn’t take me long to realize I was going to have to purchase my van in a different state & use a road trip to bring it back. Through CarGurus I reached out to Sheehan Autoplex & it didn’t take long for Alex to contact me. I was very transparent with him I was an out-of-town customer and all discussions were going to have to be virtual.Let me take a step back & explain that one of my biggest frustrations with this whole van search was not the price negotiations, but the lack of transparency by other dealerships. More than once during this search I was in the final stages of negotiations and trying to nail down a pickup date the dealerships would then decide to tell me “we don’t actually have the van on site.” The excuses were everything from, “I didn’t realize we just sent the van off to the shop to get its full inspection, but I don’t know when it will be back on site” to “We haven’t actually received the vans yet, but we should be getting them hopefully in the next couple of weeks.” At Sheehan Autoplex not only was the inventory they were advertising correct it was extensive. Dana does a great job of keeping inventory on hand that the customer wants, but also has it when the customer needs it.I contacted Sheehan Autoplex the morning of 3/10 & drove off the lot with the van on 3/13. Dana & Alex worked with me tirelessly for many hours on Wednesday & Thursday to finalize the deal & worked the financing side BEFORE I purchased my plane ticket to Fort Lauderdale (FLL) on Thursday evening. Because I wasn’t onsite a van had to be picked for financing & insurance. The only caveat Alex had to pre-picking a van was that I was required to do a complete walk around & test drive before I would be allowed to complete the purchase. On Friday afternoon I landed in FLL & Alex picked me up from the airport without me even asking. In the craziness to get everything ready on Thursday I completely forgot to go to the bank here in LA & get a cashier’s check for the down payment. I sheepishly had to admit this to Alex & all he did was say, “No problem” & took me to the Chase near the dealership. When I got to the dealership Alex took me around & introduced me to everyone that had been helping in the process. While I didn’t work with everyone at the same level it was obvious the high level of professionalism & courtesy was a culture developed at Sheehan Autoplex. We then immediately went out to the van he had selected & I began my very thorough inspection. Being as these were used vans I did find some small issues. I asked Alex if we could look at the other vans & he immediately acquiesced. I did end up picking a different van, but only because I traded one small issue for another. Because it was so late, we agreed to push everything until Saturday morning, which would be more than enough time for them to update the paperwork & for me to contact my insurance agent. When I got back to the dealership on Saturday the paperwork was ready to go as promised. The closing process took about 45 minutes & I was out the door with the van less than an hour later.Pompano Beach is quite a distance from LA, but due to the service & integrity of this group I will 100% give them a chance to earn my business again. I just purchased a ‘16 2500HD Duramax diesel from these guys and I have to say that they were more prompt and eager to help me than any other dealership I’ve been to. I called on the truck after seeing it just pop up online and salesman Paul DeMirza got me the extra pictures and details even though they were closed 30 min before I called. He met me on his day off the next morning because I drove all the way up from the keys and had to get it done. Professional down to earth guys with values in the office and Homburto got me the deal I needed and nothing was unexpected. I try to find places that dont take advantage of people. Its very hard to find that nowadays. When shopping around for a car, dealers try to rush you into something that you may not be sure you truly want. You dont get at Sheehan. As a member of the Air Force, I was reminded of our core values which are Integrity first, Service before self, and Excellence in all we do. These guys told me everything up front, did far beyond what I expected to help me in my difficult situation, and they will continue to take care of you even after you leave the lot. I was being stationed in Japan and was going to leave my car for my parents when I decided that I wanted to leave them with something newer and more reliable. Thanks to Paul and Rich, I was able to do just that and left with a 2013 Chevy Cruze that my parents can use with confidence. I am very happy with my purchase and with the decision of going to Sheehan. When I return stateside after my time is done here in Japan, I will be in need of a car. Therefore, I plan to deal with Sheehan again and if possible with Paul and Rich.

After seeing a truck that really interested me I found it had to go to the shop for some body work it needed. I was updated regularly by John Aliati until the truck was ready for viewing. The day it got there I was contacted and went there to test drive it and check it out. It needed to be service and John was right on it while we did the paper work. I was in and out within a hour and I got my dream truck. I still am contacted regularly asking if I need anything and am satisfied with the vehicle. Great experience, very fast service! Jaime treated us fairly and gave us time to discuss pricing and did not make it feel pressured to purchase. A carfax was presented immediately and we got to to take a good look at the car inside and out. Very patient friendly service. Not to mention it is the second Vehicle we purchased from them and the first car is still in great condition 5 years later!

I originally visited a Honda dealership in Pompano Beach looking to purchase a used car. I was treated poorly and I felt a bit disrespected with the way I was spoken to. I left frustrated after spending so many hours there just to leave empty handed with no car. The next day I went to Sheehan to look at what they had, still weary from my previous experience. I met with Paul Barrell (the sales associate) and we looked at some cars. I found one that I liked, a 2013 Chrysler 200 with low miles, but since my credit wasnt that great I wasnt expecting to actually own it. With the help from Rich (The sales Manager) and Paul I drove out of there with the car of my choice and with low payments!! I bought a gmc truck in December 2016. After looking at my contract they charged me $1000.00 transfer fee which a real dealership told me was nothing but a BS fee to get more money from me. Review your contract carefully before you buy from this dishonest dealership. I recommend you go somewhere else. The only reason they got one star is because I had to.

I am an out of state buyer and flew almost 1000 miles from TN to pick up a vehicle. It took a little more time and there was some slight confusion with the salesman, but the manager, Dana Fishbein, went above and beyond to make the deal right. Because of the confusion, he reduced the price of the vehicle and even reimbursed me for my travel. Overall I was treated very fairly and was very happy with the transaction. I will do business with them again.

Tom and Jennifer worked with me to provide a good deal on my 2016 Nissan Frontier Truck and they provided respectful customer service. We worked out the bottom line price and they were very transparent.

They have a great price on a G6 So I called to get more information. Edwin answers and tells me it is a great car with ONLY clear coat pealing in some places and two seats that have stitching coming apart. I very specifically asked him if there is ANY body damage, or JUST clear coat/paint damage and he assured me that it was just clearcoat/paint damage and stated the car is very nice. Well 4 1/2 hour drive later the car belongs in the back row of a buy here pay here place. The body had so many dents that looked like they were fixed in a home garage that it had the shape of a sea sponge. Broken and discolored headlights, seats that were in far more need than a few stitches and many other problems. We looked at the car for about 5 minutes (only because of the long drive we thought we should REALLY look it over) then left. Within 5 minutes of leaving, Edwin texts me to ask what time we will be arriving. I text back that we had just left and the car is a POS. He calls to find out what I am talking about, so I mention how bad the body is AFTER he assured me it was in really good shape. His response was there is no rust on that car. ITS A FLORIDA CAR, OF COURSE THERE IS NO RUST.
