After going to many other quartz stores and not getting the customer service needed we stopped by New York quartz and I must say Tony is a true salesman. From the moment we walked in he was friendly and attentive, he showed me all around the store to make sure I saw all the pieces they had plus all the ones that met the description of what I was looking for. He took his time, never did I feel rushed or felt like I was pushed to purchase anything. He waited for me to take my time, which I was a bit picky and never did it bother him nothing like all the previous stores we visited. Once our two slabs arrived I was able to go to their fabricator and select which way I wanted the slabs to be cut so the vein pattern would show to my liking, the guys at the fabricator were extremely nice and even made me a small cutting board out of the slab. The installation went smooth the guys also extremely nice and very accommodating, I couldn’t take days off from work to install so they made it happen right after my work hours. Honestly I couldn’t be happier with the slab and with the work performed by them. Highly recommend!The piece I got from them was the Cambria Annica.

Oh boy is designing a kitchen near impossible! I spent way more time than I’d like to admit trying to find the absolute perfect quartz counter tops for our new kitchen! After so many stores with pretty much all the same commercial brands I swear I couldn’t look at another slab. A friend recommended New York Quartz and just wow. Of course they carried all the popular brands but they had companies that others didn’t with the most phenomenal patterns and colors! We fell in love with our slabs selections!! And just finally had them installed! While the stone is absolutely Breathtaking and perfect!! The installation, customer service, quality and Professionalism was on point! And they even sent a little treat a matching cutting board. Really so happy and can’t thank them enough for help making the kitchen of my dreams! On to our next project guest bathroom! Can’t wait to see that installed!

I can’t say enough about this place. We were in a time crunch and Bruna Luiza made it happen without compromising quality and professionalism. I have done a lot of research on how countertops are to be installed properly and met with many other companies that would not install correctly hoping that I didn’t know the way it should be installed. If the company isn’t measuring using a template and matching the seams, please walk away. Bruna Luiza not only was able to work fast she also explained in detail the correct way how the stone would be installed. The process was 5 steps and they were still able to meet my limited timeline. The stone was installed beautifully in our kitchen. We have extra and they are storing the rest for another job we will now be using them for.

New place..needed new countertops. Then the job grew to kitchen cabinets (partial).Was interested in their availability to do the work within my budget & time frame. They showed me there products, explained in DETAIL how they expedite from order to installation, guaranteed me a start date & EXACTLY how everything was going to go.They came to my place 2x to confirm measurements & how everything will fit..this was a great sign of things to come.The day of the install I was looking for something to go wrong. They made everything sound so simple & easy...heard that before, right?The crew was prompt at 9am, prepped my entire place with construction paper, taped things down, had a vacuum & other cleaning products on hand, ready to start the renovation. They were a professional team working together in unison, quickly & carefully.Not only did everything come out beautifully, but they finished early, offered to come back & make any corrections necessary (for the next day if needed) & there wasnt any issue whatsoever. The place was clean upon their departure, without any debris from their part of the work remaining.To my pleasant surprise..No extra surprise charges, beautiful products ere installed as promised, no last second switch on anything I originally selected, they finished earlier than I thought & were available to come back & correct anything that was missed during the install. How is that possible in South Florida???? Im very lucky to find them & would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone doing home improvements or renovations.(Will post more pics when the other parts are done - plumber & electrician)

Using New York Quartz for our kitchen quartz countertops was a great experience. The gentlemen in the showroom were very patient knowledgeable and not pushy. The installers showed up exactly when they said they would. The countertop looks great and they were careful not to damage the existing cabinets. We have a drop in stove top that they took to their shop to have the cut-out be an exact fit. Unfortunately there was a small mishap and the stove top chipped. New York quartz accepted responsibility and replaced the stove top without hesitation. It is very hard to find an honest and reliable company with competitive prices and who actually does great work here in south Florida. Five stars! Highly recommended!

I was very nervous about making the wrong choice. Everyone I dealt with was super patient and very nice and helpful. I love the counter top I wound up with. Everything went very smooth with the measurements and the installation. The sink that I bought at New York I also love. I have gotten so many complements on the counter top and sink. If I could give New York Quartz 1000 stars I would! They are the BEST! They have quality products, their staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and their customer service is beyond awesome! I knew what I wanted but I had a lot of questions along the way. Tony took the time to guide me and answer all my questions and put my mind at ease during the process. Everyone and everything involved in my quartz adventure, from picking what I wanted, to the accessories, to the cutting, polishing, delivery and installation were absolutely awesome! I recommend them to the moon and back!

BEWARE! The owners, Tony & Eli are not ethical businessman. In short, they claimed that their company could construct a bar as per my specifications. With that knowledge, I gave them a substantial down payment with the full intention of proceeding. They came & took measurements, understanding my requirement; then I was informed that NY Quartz was not capable of producing the bar. When I requested the return of deposit, Tony gave me the dance to settle it with Eli. Claiming they put time into this project that they admitted was beyond their capabilities; they refused to return the deposit in full, keeping a substantial amount. I was also in discussion about another renovation project but I would not do business with those 2 men who lack integrity, decency, ethical business practices & just plain common sense.

We just had our kitchen and our bathroom renovated and we were looking to have granite installed on our new cabinets. We were so lucky and fortunate to go to New York Quartz. Working with them was such a wonderful and stress free experience. Eli and all the people that work there were unbelievably nice and helpful. The men that came and installed the granite were amazing as well. They are all so professional and courteous and friendly. From the time we picked the granite to the time they installed it, I think it was a week. Which was great since we had been living in a construction site for so long. They were very accommodating. I highly recommend New York Quartz. They are the best and did the installation perfectly and in a timely manner. Don’t go anywhere else if you’re looking for the best.

We have wanted to update our kitchen for several years. The only thing stopping us was having to deal with contractors not showing up; treating us like a number and disappearing after receiving the down payment. From the minute we walked into NY Quartz we were treated like family. They were at our home every time; on time; from the beginning until the project was complete. The gentlemen employed are just that; gentlemen. They are polite and hardworking; to say the least. We decided to renovate our kitchen in the midst of the holidays (last time we do this) and put strict deadlines on making sure everything was done before the turn of the year. The enitre staff at NY Quartz finished our kitchen on New Years Eve and were working until 8:30pm that evening to ensure that my wife and I had the kitchen done before January 1. From beginning to end New York Quartz made the decision to renovate my kitchen so effortless. Tony came out (ON TIME), measured on a Thursday and on the following Monday my old kitchen was being removed. The demolition crew was so courteous and respectful and, again, ON TIME. 2 days after the demo, my new kitchen was being installed. The cabinet installer was amazing and a perfectionist!! Then my quartz came and those guys were also incredible!Tony was very hands on thru this whole process and available any time I called with any little changes that I wanted to make.They stayed on my job until it was done and did not vacillate between jobs, which to me is so very important.My new kitchen looks amazing and I am beyond happy with the results and with New York Quartz and the entire staff. I was having difficulty deciding on a countertop and the staff was incredibly patient, showing me all options. They even sent me to their fabrication shop nearby so that the fabricators could cut me a sample of a countertop that they didnt have a sample of in the showroom. Once I placed the order, the beautiful countertop was measured and installed in less than a week. We just had New York Quartz install our counter tops for our kitchen remolding and we are extremely pleased with the results.Short answer: We would recommend to friends and family.Long answer: We tried two other counter guys but each one told us the slab was damaged and we would have to wait several weeks to get a replacement. Which was not acceptable. We finally came across New York Quartz and we are glad we did. My wife is taking interior design classes so she is difficult to deal with sometimes (Perfectionist). She dealt directly with Tony and the receptionist, Julia. They went above and beyond what we expected, they showed us some options other than quartz at the shop and we found exactly what we wanted. Leather style granite. We used two slabs and the way they cut the corners at an angle we don’t have seams showing. (Which made my wife very happy) The pricing was competitive and the service was responsive and professional. The installers came on time and were very nice and professional. They were careful and wonderful to deal with. Which makes my life easier since my wife was happy with it all. The first step was to come out and take a template of the job, set up installation day and come out and install. The gentleman who took the template did a perfect job so no modifications had to be done during the installation. We are very grateful the other installers had damaged goods otherwise we wouldn’t have been able to use New York Quartz.

New York Quartz was great to work with! I love my new quartz kitchen countertops. The manager, Bar Kolomensky, was friendly, helpful, relaxed and very patient through the whole process, even when I kept pushing back the installation date. I probably should have ordered my cabinets through New York Quartz too. Definitely recommend!

I am the homeowner for the review that BenJammin F. made. I would like to relay our experience because it is not what the owner has implied. Ben is our contractor and he does great work so when he said we should try NY Quartz we were happy to visit them. We met Gabriel and our experience started out well however we were uncomfortable with the sales tactics he employed. He wouldnt tell us the prices of the different samples, just that we should pick out what we like as it wasnt a 3k or 4k job so we picked out three different samples, rejected one right away and got the pricing for the other two. At no point during the pitch did he tell us that we could select a different design where we could get a half-slab for almost half the price even though we told him about our price concerns.We told our contractor in the morning about our experience and he was less than pleased because he knew we had been taken advantage of. I called NY Quartz on Monday morning and they did refund the deposit we had placed on the slab, requesting that we come back and try again with a different sales person. We agreed, deciding to give them another chance, and met with Tony. He was alright at first and we found one remnant stone that we thought would work (they also never told us we could buy remnant slabs the first time) and we went back to the office to look at prices. They were much better this time around but the banter was strained and Tony was more interested in speaking with the new customers that came into the office at the end of our negotiations. He told my husband that he couldnt blame the salesman for what he did, they work off of commission. My husband replied that we absolutely could blame the original salesman.I come home and the next morning I tell the contractor about the second experience and he called them about it. Almost as soon as he hangs up the phone, Tony calls me to harass me about what I said to the contractor, emphasizing my point. I ended the call and feel stressed enough that Ive been screening my calls since.I highly recommend finding a different company.

NY Quartz provided exceptional service and pricing! They quickly met all of my expectations!

I would give no stars if I could. I had my clients come to this place because they had done a friends kitchen. I also needed a new stone company. My clients came in on a Saturday and Gabriel was there to show them around. He was sleazy and had them buy a full slab when they could have bought a half. Then when calling them and asking why a full slab, they told them to come back in and look around. So they did and dealt with Tony. My clients told him what their experience was and Tony told them, I dont blame him, he works off of commission. Talk about being brutally honest. Ill be honest and say it is the last time Ill go there.

I wanted to redo my bathroom when I saw the NYQ truck doing work on my block. I had already gotten one estimate so I decided to see what they had to offer. I gave them a call and that was the beginning of one of the best experiences that I have ever had with any company that I have hired. Eli (the owner) showed up at my door on time and from the first minute that he arrived, you had a good feeling about him and his co. You felt very comfortable dealing with him. We went to his showroom and it was massive. There is every kind of material you could possible want to choose from. Between what I wanted and Eli’s input, we came up with a beautiful design. When construction started we were in touch with the project manager Flavio. There aren’t enough words to describe how wonderful Flavio and the entire team at NYQ are. Flavio did everything he could to make sure that we were 100% happy with everything that was being done. During construction I came up with a few changes and no problem. My husband was in construction his whole life and said that these guys were perfectionists. When they started, the workmen were professional and courteous. Their philosophy seems to be whatever it takes the make the customer happy. When they finished, my bathroom looked so beautiful it could have been in a magazine. Fantastic Experience with New York Quartz - New Countertops and Backsplash!We recently replaced the countertops and backsplash in our kitchen and working with Tony and his team at New York Quartz was a fantastic experience - their prices were lower than our other 3 bids and they made the process easy for us because they were very organized, reliable and efficient. The design options on display in the showroom were amazing - they carry many different types of quartz, including Cambria and natural stone options, as well as a wide selection of sinks, cabinets and tile.Tony set a high bar for the project and far exceeded it. He and his team were professional, considerate and responsive. The fabrication was beautiful. They cleaned up after themselves and Tony made sure we were happy every step of the way. Our project was finished within one week and it looks amazing! We have done multiple renovations over the years and this experience was by far the best.We would definitely use New York Quartz again! WONDERFUL service!!! Full attention. You can either go affordable or high end here so it’s great for all types of clients. They do it all! Tile, countertops, cabinets, installation of everything and touch ups whenever needed. Tony even paints!! He can resurface cabinets, paint cabinets and walls. His artwork is fabulous. Very pleased with this company. Tony makes his own countertops as well. The galaxy is countertop is mesmerizing.

They refused to correct the problem even when I offered to repurchase the materials needed to do so. Poor service. They refused to stand behind the poor job done at our home. I would not use this company for counter tops.

Great and fast service, highly recommended

We would like to make a little comment on how our experience went with NY Quartz. First of all we walked in threw their company door without knowing who they were. We were maybe taking a chance. What we can say now is that they fabricated our exterior counter top and it is beautiful. They are good people, honest, good humor, always ready to answer our questions. They dont count their time, they finished our job at 9:30 PM. We have no negative comments. PERFECT JOB. Everybody finds our counter beautiful.We did business with NY Quartz quite by chance, for our outdoor counter, I can tell you that we were 100% satisfied. These are people who know their field, honest, smiling, always available to answer any questions we may have. Not looking at the time, they worked with us until 9:00 p.m. PERFECT JOB.
