The worst. Made an appt to fix garage door. Call me day before appt and cancelled, technician issue. We rescheduled for this Saturday, today I get a call with what I thought was going to be confirming appt. and again they cancelled telling me the tech was having personal issues. Rep that answered phone Jose didnt care, hung up on me. Never again.

Had an appointment today between 12-4pm. Took half of the day off from work. Got a call around 2 pm that the technician should be at my house around 3pm, at 2:45 they called to cancel on me. Cant do business like that. Very disappointed.
