Very poor follow up on orders. They never have items on the date they promise. If it doesn’t arrive they don’t even try to track it down. I would not ever order from them again. At least Home Depot tries to find out where items are when the don’t arrive on time. Don’t go to grainger. Go to Home Depot instead
They have great customer service. They help you find what you need. They are close to me and we always go for pick up but they deliver fast too

They have most items that I need in stocks and if not call and they will usually get it in 1 day.Helpful staff. They will assist in making sure you get the right ite. Prices are fair.
Horrible!On 07/07 I order 2 items that said IN STOCK (1/2 face respirator with filters to make it work. I even called the store PRIOR to purchase and told in stock. As of 09/23 they have failed to deliver the filters. I have called every month as they do not update you. Now I have a respirator that doesn’t work and they won’t allow a return even though it’s been their issue. It’s not COVID that causes this. If they say an item is IN STOCK on day of purchase than it their INVENTORY SYSTEM that is wrong. Instead of offering a discount back or a return they stuck with their policy and were RUDE in doing so. So I’ll stick with my policy of only shopping elsewhere after this treatment. What they failed to know at the time as my fiancé owns a multi million dollar construction company and will be calling his commercial rep to cancel his account.Small sales and service are just as meaningful as the big deals. Grainger doesn’t get this.
We use Grainger all the time and they are handling these trying days with lots of class. I call their 800 number and order. They tell me it will be there on a certain day and most of the time I get an email saying the order arrived earlier. I love that they help me get the answers I need when I have a question too.
I was referred to this company by someone at a local manufacturing plant in Pompano Beach. So I call with confidence looking for N95 masks to purchase for my business. The first thing out of the blue the women answering the phone ask of me is my first and last name (for what???!!!), yet prior to, she doesnt introduce herself, and doesnt ask how she can be of help! I find this approach rude, intrusive and interrogative! Then I ask if they have N95 masks. She ask if I have an account there. I answer no, and she says because I dont have an account, they will not sell me the N95 masks due to high demand and continue saying they only sell to businesses with established accounts! WOW!! Great! Discriminators! At any event, I could have opened a business account, but the conversation never got to that point. My advice to management: train your people how to answer calls, focus on customer service rather than being intrusive, interrogative and upsetting potential buyers over the phone. Overall bad experience and all I wanted to do is purchase product and spend money there....

Yes the directions stink. Tried to return AC filters cause I needed to buy a new AC. I called the 800 number customer service number first to ensure I can do this. Arriving at the store they said I cannot and of course no manager Around. Called the 800 number only for them to put me on hold and then hang up when transferring. The lazy store person asked someone and realized he was wrong and made the return. If staff would do their job in the first place, 30 minute of wasted time.
Can walk into store. (Covid rules). But employees got what I needed for me. Very helpful and courteous. 👍

The biggest problem is that this location is close to but not on SW 2nd Street and SW 2nd Street exists in two unconnected sections. This Grainger outlet is on Premier Drive. You can search the entire length of both sections of SW 2nd Street and you will not see the Grainger sign nor find number 2131. To complicate matters Google Maps does not give useful directions.I called Grainger and the rep found the capacitor I needed at this location and when I (finally) got there it was waiting for me. Price was not cheap, but the part was there and I installed it in my a/c within 2 hours, which sure beats waiting for parts to be delivered.
