Worst customer service we have ever received. Bought a new machine that had problems from day one. The problems were pushed to us to get resolved. Had the machine 6 weeks now and have gotten 2 days use out of it. Finally had the problem diagnosed and Smith said they would send the parts. 1 1/2 weeks later still no parts. No phone calls back without 3 to them. I would think when a machine comes broke the company would overnight the parts so you can get to work, not take weeks, never communicate and then act like its no big deal when I still dont have them.
