Best bike shop in town. Quality work all around. Austin and his guys are great. Definitely would recommend to anyone that needs work on their bike, or anyone whos looking for a new custom bike.

These guys are full on top notch. Brought my bike in smoking. Austin was attentive to my issue and didn’t want to just break into the motor if he didn’t have to. End of the day we had to with a timeline for Sturgis. Did a full top end job within a week. D&D exhaust and tires the week prior. Always in contact with me. You just don’t find that service, especially at Harley. Highly recommend you give these guys a try..........

I went looking around for my father, because he is going to ride again at age 64.the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. In the end i bought some t shirts and priced some bikes. Good selection of consignment bikes.

I had taken my review off before I have an issue with them with another bike but they made it right after a very long time so I decided to give them another chance I brought them a 78 Shovelhead that had been sitting in a garage for about 15 years told them that I wanted the bike up and running and safe they gave it back to me three times because three times I had issues right after they gave it back to me got it back the third time wrote it once had transmission issues just recently took it to get the transmission issue looked at and the new brake caliper that they put on the front froze up just like the other one did I cannot in good conscience give them a good review or recommend the shop I have had two bikes that I have taken to them and Ive had multiple problems with both of them since I took them to them will never use the shop again

First off would like to say thx u shawn for helping me my mechanic passed away I had a friend refer shawn to work on my motorcycle he came out with his truck on air bags dropped it and loaded it without no questions gave me the best price in town ppl trying to rip me off 5 to a thou to fixrediculousness times are tougher than ever all this covid stuff my hat is down to u guys for service.... Im wit u guys for life.

I have bought over a dozen or more titled vehicles in my lifetime and this was by far the best buying process I have ever been through! It started by finding the Harley I wanted on FB Marketplace with Chaz Chavez. I reached out to him and he scheduled an appointment at my convenience. I show up with my wife to view and test ride the Harley. She was nervous on how she would be treated at a motorcycle shop at first. Upon arriving, Her and I were treated in the most professional and friendliest manner from Chaz and shop owner Austin. We also looked around the shop at the assortment and collection of beautiful motorcycles and merchandise they have. These guys have a passion and a eye from what people want. Plenty of selection from cruisers to custom choppers. The shop is extremely clean and contemporary, although it still has that classic biker feel that riders crave. After making our decision on a Harley Street-glide, Chaz went above and beyond to make the deal happen and to fit the price into our budget, also disclosing the inspection the shop had done and included a few maintenance items I wanted done. I showed up for paperwork and their in-house accountant made the process a breeze, in and out with no hiccups. To put the icing on the cake upon leaving Chaz and Austin knew my wife had been looking at a few of their customs T-shirts they asked sizing and threw in a few different shirts for us. If you are buying your next motorcycle, whatever it is, you need to call or stop into Viking Customs first... I promise they will take care of you, whether it is buying, servicing, or looking for merchandise.... these guys know how business is done right and I am looking forward to having all my maintenance and future buying done through them exclusively.

I found the bike i bought on OfferUp through Chazs Page. I have been looking around for some time to transition from my starter bike and searching for a Harley. I followed Chazs Page because they offered some unique bikes and just enjoyed browsing what he had posted but never thought I would be there to buy a bike because Viking Customs is just that, a shop that customizes bikes (But they do sell other bikes).I finally settled on a Fat Boy and went to look at one in Boynton Beach.When my hubby and I arrives there, I was able to get a feel of the bike i was looking at and sit on it. Moseying around a little longer, we noticed the Softail Deluxe. I sat on it and unlike the Fat Boy, this bike fit like a glove.Unfortunately they were non-negotiable in any sense and had to leave without the bike.But the bright side was, Chaz had the very same bike on his OfferUp page! Meant to be.We went by Viking Customs, Met Chaz, Austin and a bit of the crew. Very nice and negotiable, a big plus in my hubbys book.All in all I got to see those beautiful bikes in person that I browse on OfferUp and leave owning my first Harley, Thanks to Chaz.Thank you to the rest of the crew Austin and JoJo for helping me get on the road.
