The best service I have received in a very long time. Giselle was super accommodating to make sure we were able to pick up our pallets on a Saturday, even though they are closed. She gave advise on the type of pallets and how many I should get for the project I had in mind. She made sure we left happy and said to contact them if we have any other inquiries. I must add that I don’t usually write reviews but I was extremely pleased with this experience and definitely recommend them.

Prompt, courteous service. They consistently go above and beyond with their customer service. There was an instance when we ran out of pallets and they brought out a pick up truck load to get us through until we could get a tractor trailer load. I went to Pallet Consultants recently to purchase 5 pallets to make a bed frame for my daughter. I met with Giselle who was friendly and professional and went out of her way to meet my pallet needs even though I do not represent their typical client; usually they provide a mass number of pallets to big companies. She gave me the right kind of pallets that will work best for the bed frame and the headboard and her guys (very nice) in the warehouse found away to fit them all in my CRV. In addition, she let me purchase one of the office lobby end tables, made out of pallets, which I will use as a nightstand. I couldnt be happier with how things went.
