Sent an email requesting a quote over a week ago. Got a response the next morning from Rachel, the owner, to text or call to set up an estimate date. So I sent a text to the number she provided 7 days ago - no response.I proceeded to check and recheck the number to make sure I didn’t mess anything up. After I still didn’t receive a response I then sent a follow up email instead of a text 6 days ago - still no response as of today. Would have loved to been able to review Furniture Rescues based on their work.
