Mt experience started out great. I wasnt there for 30 minutes before I was approved and test driving a car. The sales man was friendly, but seemed inexperience. The hassled were too numerous to list. All I will say is that I dont care for lies from poor communication or ignorance. I was surprised more unpleasantly than pleased. And no I will not purchase another vehicle from bob Hurley. Nor would I send anyone competent to purchase there.
They were efficient and had to do sensor checks for me. I appreciate theyre taking the time to explain what is going on with my vehicle and how much it will cost to repair.

My wife and I are recently bought a 2021 Ram Laramie and Zak Stovall-Hoy was our salesman. I travel for work and while on my way to North Dakota I picked up road debris in my tire. After putting on the spare I noticed the rim was bent on the inside. I contacted Zak and he went above and beyond to make arrangements for me a thousand miles away at the nearest dealership to get my wheel and tire replaced. He is a great friend and a great man to handle everything in the manner he did. Thank you to Bob Hurley dealership but especially thank you Zakk your the best.
They went above and beyond to tell me the exact condition and necessary repairs needed for my vehichle. The tech named Zach was very professional and helpful. Only thing was it took longer than I expected. Definitely will go back.
During an oil change they told me my Wifes Challenger needed new brakes all the way around. I ordered high performance replacements and when I took them apart, they were still like new. Hold onto your wallet here
They absolutely have no clue what theyre doing. I called before going there they said my battery was still under warranty they would test it and replace it if needed... then called me said nothing was wrong just dont leave my headlight switch on auto...lol anyway I go get my jeep next day wont start. They said the battery was good. I took it to another shop after testing it they tell me the battery is bad. Well Bob hurley just simply cant afford to replace a battery under warranty than maybe I need to reconsider what I buy from them from know on Ill take my business else where. They do not deserve to be in business if they do not know how to run one

Ordered a part, it was late arriving but I understand that with the crazy Covid, however I was not called when it arrived. No answer at the parts desk when I tried to call. When it was installed they tried to charge me $2000 for the warranty work. When I asked about it they asked me if I had bought an extended warranty! They ended up doing it under warranty but charged me $377 for filter change after they quoted it on the phone at $250. Scammers and dishonest. I will drive to the city from now on. Avoid

Service dept has been very helpful. Were super polite when I came to check on my car and they were more than willing to explain the issues and store me exactly what was going on and damaged parts. They also kept me informed over the phone along the way. Would definitely recommend for both major and minor repairs and maintenance.

Made appointment on Friday then changed to Monday at 1:00 p.m. Took 2 hours to get oil change and tires rotated. I know they are short people. The friendly service for sure. Affordable prices.
First off, if I could give this worthless excuse for a dealership an even lower score than one star I would! I had bad experiences with both sales and service. first sales, I walked in to look for a new truck to purchase since my old one was no longer reliable and told them what I was looking for, they said there was a fresh trade in that would fit my budget. I was told they would send pictures of the truck and let me know when I could come look at it. After three weeks of waiting for a phone call, I noticed the truck was posted on their website but never received a call. A few days after that I received a letter stating my 700+ credit score, $4,000 dollar down payment, and monthly income was not enough for them to give me credit for the vehicle. The letter stated I could receive a loan from a bank or credit union but I was not good enough (did not qualify) for them to loan me the money. After running my credit and making me wait nearly a month for a letter denying me a chance to purchase a vehicle from them, i went over to another dodge dealership and had no issue purchasing the exact truck I was needing. The least this place could have done was call!Now for service, I called trying to make an appointment to get my oil changed and they informed me that it was not necessary to make an appointment I needed to just show up so I did just that but was told they were too busy to change it that day and for me to come back the next day.When I showed up the next day, I again was told they could not change my oil that day as well! I do not live close to the city so it was a complete waste of time and money just for me to be turned down twice.I will never go back here and will tell everyone else I can to avoid this dealership and company!!

This dealer ship was not able to fix my vehicle and didnt even want to try. It still cost me 130$.
I went to get my oil change, air filter checked as well as tires and all my fluids that go into a challenger motor! First if they did change the oil they didn’t reset the oil notifications that say I need an oil change ! My oil gauge says it’s at 0%. My tires were almost flat, so they didn’t check them! So I really wasn’t pleased. Now I have to go back in to see if he actually changed the oil and also they said I need new shocks!! The car is a year old!!! So I really was satisfied with the overall service!! But the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I’ll keep going while my car is still under warranty and because of the friendly people who work there
Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation, it had been 10K miles since tires last rotated. Also asked about a recall, wasnt sure if they could do it just wanted some details. When my pickup was ready I was told my tires were still good and did not need rotated, I had uneven wear so I dont understand why that decision was made but I should have at least been called and asked if I still wanted them rotated. When I asked about the recall I was told they couldnt do it but they could not tell me what the recall was so how did they know they couldnt do it? As it turns out there is still no fix for the recall, my issue is the way I was dismissed rather than given an explanation.
Waited three hours for an oil change and a rotate with two being balanced to the front. A lot of confusing in scheduling seeing as the work load had to be split between two techs, which I understand is not their fault. With previously shop experience I could tell the lack of training in the shop is a real problem, and again not their fault. Management needs to reevaluate how the training is performed and who needs what more effectively.
Johnny found the right vehicle that fit my needs and wants! I even got to test drive overnight to make sure I loved it before sealing the deal. Johnny made sure I knew how to work everything and set up my phone. All the features were listed but he went above and beyond to explain what I didn’t already have. My Durango GT has all the bells and whistles over my Malibu and will have enough room for a second car seat when my baby boy gets here soon!

They went to far when it came to trying to sell me a Jeep. Plus. I had taken my Jeep in for a couple of recalls and the clips that held the piece on was broken by the dealership. I told them whoever took the part off broke the clips but they did not replace them. I also took my Jeep in with a heat and air problem. They put a new filter in. I thought it was something different and told them what I thought it was but the new filter seemed to fix the problem. A couple of months later when I turned the heater on in my Jeep it began to do the same thing again. They now wanted to put the part on that I told them it probably was to start with. For only 400 more dollars on top of the 300 I gave them to replace a filter. Uggg. I was certainly glad to leave. But I left without the clips replaced and the heat and air not fixed.
Was charged $70.00 for an oil change. Have NEVER paid that much. The service person did give me a discount for my next oil change. I do not have a Diesel engine. Bought my Jeep there in 2014. Every oil change has been done at that location.
The new service manager Jon is top notch. Hes friendly and hes funny. His crew is good and did my oil change rather quickly. Thank you guys. I will definitely be coming back for all the service needed for my car.

Not impressed. We drove from Tulsa to look at a car that wasnt there. Once it arrived during the test drive we found the lane departure didnt function. This is a vehicle they have had since 10/2019 according to the internet. The salesman wanted us to sign an agreement to purchase with no numbers filled out. When we were uncomfortable he declared he would just tell his sales manager we refused to sign. In the end we could not come together on price which I cant fault the dealer ship and is no part of this review. I was more disappointed with the way they did business. The car was pre owned, they were unable to certify it pre owned. And after having it as long as they had, it was not 100% squared away. In the end we purchased a pre owned vehicle from Chris Nikel. We have purchased 3 others from Chris Nikel and they are always 100% operational and like new.

I called and made an appointment to have plastic oil case cover that fell off underneath put back on. When I arrived there was no record of my appointment. They got me in and tried to fix it. Apparently the lock feature on piece was not working. They did get it on and told me that if it came off again They would probably have to order the part.I was satisfied with the service except for not having an appointment when I was given a time to come.

So I’m a hot shot company and went thru scales and DOT saw I was missing a lug nut which the guy in Kansas forgot to put or lost when fixing a flat. I called these guys and asked if they carry them. He asked how many I needed, so I told him to be honest I need one so I won’t be put out of service He immediately said “no we don’t have them.” Before I can ask what other dealership can I get them, he just hung up on me and left me talking. Thanks for nothing I guess.

Worst vehicle repair service I ever had. Six weeks is way to long for a repair. I had to make the suggestion of what the problem could be. Turns out, that was part of the problem. I felt like I was getting the run around when I would call to see if any progress had been made. The Jeep sat in the parking lot more than it was inside the shop.
Stay away from service mechanics . ecm lock up on my ram dually, they try to charge me $5600 and was told that there were no warranty the truck would run after the work was done .I was like oh hell no load up my truck an took it back to my house. I started to do my research online .I found out you can replace the ecm for a new one with the same vin number. long story short I end up paying only $700 to replace my ecm and truck is running great. Dont trust them always do your research and get second or third opinions. Because 9 times out of 10 they will lie to you and try to get your money.at the end of the day, they are running a business!! They dont care about you or anyone get that in your head.

They even beat the prices from Tulsa Jeep dealers! Couldnt have been more pleased! While on vacation on I-35 we had truck problems. We called to find if they were open. We arrived 15 mins later and were seen right away. They ran a diagnostic, figured out the problem, quickly fixed it, and had us back on our vacation in less tha an hour and a half. Friendly and courteous! Thank you!

Although is was a long wait, the team in service was informative of my recall air bag change . They kept me informed of possibilities in changing the air bag.
I took my 2016 RAM 1500 there to have the 3 open safety recalls completed. It was a 31 days before my truck was ready to be picked up. After driving my truck for a few days I noticed hesitation when trying to accelerate scheduled an appointment to get that looked into because the hesitation was not there before the software update that was done to improve emissions and to figure out why my coolant level was low. The service center had my truck just over a month again and couldnt find any issues they said, the service manager insisted that I pick my truck up that friday to avoid having a rental out for an extra weekend. My brother was driving truck to work approx. 30 mile when the check engine light came on and he noticed reduced power. He pulled into the driveway at his work where it caught on fire and burned to the ground.
Knowledgeable staff, and friendly courteous atmosphere. I will be there again. I advise giving them a try.
My entire experience at Davis Moore was excellent. Angie was the most helpful sales person that I have every work with, never pressured me or hassled me, answered every question, and was very patient with me. And when I did decide to buy she came in on her day off (which was also her Birthday) to help with the final purchase. everyone at Davis Moore was nice and very helpful. I purchased a Ram 1500 Big Horn 4X4 with the HEMI and I love this truck it is the smoothest running and the smoothest driving 4X4 truck that I have every owned.

Took both of my Jeeps in for service and some recall work. The gals in service kept me updated on what work was needed and an approximate time it would be ready. While they had some unanswered questions on my older Jeep, they did tell me they would get the answers and let me know how to proceed. They also changed the oil in the old Jeep at no charge for my trouble.
Weve bought several vehicles in the past years and this has got to be the worst place weve ever done business in. They rushed through the process, we asked for the lightbulb to get changed and they promised they would buff the truck before we took it and they didnt. After traveling from Wichita to Ponca CIty twice. If I could give zero stars I would. Sold the truck 6 months later and traveled a littler further for better service.

Takes forever on oil changes. They did work with me very well to get my wife her jeep. After that they drop you like a bad habit. However I would still recommend them cause like I said they do help u get what u want and of course what they want.

They sold me a piece of junk. Totally took advantage of a single mom. Refused to fix issues. Sold me a warranty but provided no paperwork as to what is covered. Wont even email me to tell me. Then they didnt mail me my title before the 30 day tags expired. Expect me to drive all the way back there to pick it up like it is MY fault they didnt send it. Just a terrible experience. Had to take it to another shop to have things fixed. Never buy from themthem.
Bob Hurley Dodge Chrysler service department did a good job diagnosing my issues on my van and was able to correct the problem in a timely fashion. I will be using them again in the future.

AVOID MITCHELL AT THIS DEALERSHIP. I would not recommend this dealership, especially the salesman Mitchell. I had to contact him twice because he forgot to get back with me so obviously not interested in doing his job well or helping his clients. He told me he was going to help people in front of him over me even though I had made contact before those customers. He obviously didnt want to help me since he couldnt get me in face to face and throw me his sales pitches even though I told him I couldnt come in during the week due to work. He has a rude nature and no interest in getting his customers into the trucks they want. Please save yourself the headache and if you buy from here avoid mitchellEdit: A guy named Sean Mcguire contacted me and was extremely helpful. I am still going to look at the original vehicle I inquired about there so I would recommend this dealership as long as you dont have to deal with Mitchell.
