The girls who work there was very helpful and pointed out all the new stuff...the Christmas line looks like its going to be great!!

Great store. My only complaint is that I wish they had more inventory like the bigger stores do. Friendly employees and are quick to help if you need it.

Came here to use coupons and was able to get what I wanted very quickly. I wore Sweater Weather lotion to church this morning and it was just enough fragrance.

I had never been inside a Bath and Body Works store before and I must admit I was extremely impressed from the moment I walked in and was instantly greeted and offered assistance which I gladly took advantage of because like I said I had never been in their stores but had used one product I was impressed with and like very much so this was why I came in. Unfortunately the company no longer offers that scent in their product line which was a big disappointment. So I asked for the store employees recommendations of similar and top related items. She was very knowledgeable, kind, helpful and in turn I purchased many more items than I had intended because she had many great recommendations and I liked 8 out the 9. So I decided to purchase every item she mentioned except one and I selected one myself. Over all it was one of my best retail chain store experiences Ive ever had and its all due to the excellent employee who was so kind and helpful with this 1st time buyers experience. Thank you kindly ladies and well done!

The staff was so friendly and helpful, not happy that they changed the bags though. That was my go to for gifts because it practically comes wrapped, still overall great place for unique smells.

Staff is always helpful and very polite. My favorite place for men and womens body spay n body wash. The selection for candles is better than many places and last longer, I recommended bath and body to all of my friends and family. The coupons I receive are always helpful
