I have called several times and left messages on each mailbox and have not gotten a response back. So much for same day service.Reply to owner-Yes I did finally get a call back but was told there was nothing you can do. My only issue is that I have an Apple computer and I cant remember the password to be able to download software. When I mentioned this to the person that returned my call, she said there was nothing you can do. I have someone that is doing it for me. Thank you.
