If you need a inexpensive tool to do a job on a vehicle. This company may have it. If not on the shelf they may be able to get it. If your tool breaks? Take it back for a refund or a replacement works for me.

I love the variety of tools and the cheap prices they offer. The quality of most of their tools are Geat as well. I spend quite a bit of money there and will continue to shop there.

We returned an item today only to repurchase it. We bought an item a couple weeks ago and hadnt used it yet. The item was a name brand and was unable to use the 20% off coupon on it. Harbor Freight came out with 20% off coupon with no exceptions, which for this particular item saved me $35. The management and cashier were very pleasant and handled the transaction very quickly and hassle free. This rarely happens anymore and glad to see a store and its employees show customers courtesy. Worth the drive from Stillwater!

The best and largest Harbor Freight Store Ive ever been in personally. Extremely clean, well stocked, polite and helpful staff, and I would definitely recommend for their low cost and large variety of items.

The employees were very accommodating and friendly. The great buys disappearing as fast as they stock. Very inexpensive and I love my floor jack!!

Super clean store that has awesome customer service. I had trouble locating a particular item and the manager that helped me was very courteous and kind.

Lacks a lot on customer service in store and online. Their No help if you have a harbor freight cc either. Bank is out of Florida with no Connection to harbor freight.

The managers treat their staff dirty. If you work there, do not give birth, or go to a family members funeral. They will schedule you off, but while you are gone, make a new schedule and make you into a no call/ you quit, without telling you. I loved my job there, but I could never work with the managers they have at this store again. They did this to several of us girls.

Interesting selection of tools with a decent price tag. The entire store is nothing but tools ad associated needs such as tool boxes. I was pleasantly suprised by the selection in addition to the fact they have some specialty tolls as well. Check out this place.

Cheap tools but get the job done

I have been going into harbor freight stores since 2002.i love the tools,prices are great. I have brought so many tools there and has never had any problems with the tools.i have bought a welder, lath- wood and metal and many more.since i had to move from wichita, i will drive at least 150 miles for their tools.i will not buy tools from any where else.

Make sure you understand how their price and coupons work. They are a little out leading
