Fairly priced. The best pizza buffet in the area if not the best buffet. Salad bar is fresh, and pizzas/pasta put on the buffet is fresh as well. Only 1 person per bathroom, service is sometimes slow. The food is self served unless you opt out of the buffet, keto friendly options(pizza bowl), gave 4 not 5 due to the face that the dessert pies were not fresh at all. Everything else was good!

Just got done eating here. Literally watched one of the workers handling the boiled eggs with her hands as she sliced them. They were going in and out filling the salad bar. Spoke with the owner/manager about it and he said that they wash their hands. If that was truly the case then I would not have watched her go from the seating area to back there handling the eggs. Might not want to do that in front of a large window where your guests can see.

People were pretty nice, food was fresh for the most part very enjoyable

Its so nice to have a quick and easy buffet! Instant gratification is a must with kids. I can always count on a great variety of pasta and pizza!

Salad bar was okay but the service was not good, the employees was busy playing darts while they are supposed to be working, very slow service.

The pizza was good, the waitress was slow and failed to get our drinks in a reasonable amount of time. The building and parking lot are old and needs a refresh badly.

It Was late so Im not judging to much. But the pasta was soupy and flavorless. Wasnt many different pizzas to choose from and they werent that good. But im from New York so 😅

My family and I love Pizza Inn, we even have 2 favorite servers.. Im giving 4 stars because they dont close until 10pm but when doing call in orders, they put everything put up on the salad bar after the buffet, so you cant even order a salad or anything off the salad bar because its already put away.. This is twice this has happened while doing a call in order..

Average pizza, average salad bar. Fantastic prices.

Arrived 7:30 to wilted lettuce on bar. All pizza old and dried up. Dessert and calzone items dried and crunchy. Asked when new was being made...none as it was now 8:00. Open til 10:30 with nothing new being made after 8:00?!?!?!?! At 8:15 employees came out of kitchen and started removing pizza from the bar. This is an all you can eat buffet and salad bar. Freshness and neatest would make this a nice place to eat. I will not go back. YUK!!!!

There was only 2 fresh pizzas put out the whole time we were there. They had 2 servers and only one was actually doing something while the other stood around. We sat for half the meal with empty drinks. All the pasta dishes were VERY bland. This was sadly the worst food Ive had since being back in Ponca City. They have a picture in the place that states our dough rises before you do. I believe it cause it tastes that way. Very sad pizza place.

Good service and they kept hot pizza on the buffet but almost nothing tasted good. I dont know what it was about the pizza but I could hardly eat it. I left still half hungry because the pizza was so bad. Its more like all you could stand not all you could eat. I would have given one star but the place was clean and friendly and I did manage to eat enough of one kind pizza that I did not walk away starving. Im unsure if it was just a bad day or if the place had just gone downhill since the last time I ate there about a year ago. Pizza that time wasnt top notch but it decent. Dont know what happened this time.

Pizza Inn has a wide range of Pizza and a nice Salad bar. It is an honest 5, because it has good service, great pizza, and a nice variety at the Salad bar. The staff is friendly, if they dont have a pizza at the buffet just ask and they will deliver. All around a great stop for the family!

This Pizza Inn is very much as I remember from 20 years ago. Very family oriented dining during their buffet with a fresh salad bar. Very good selection of pizza and pasta. Brought back some wonderful memories. Servers were helpful and friendly. Thanks!

We go there often with the family. The kids really like it. It has a nice indoor playground and also a nice buffet. Their pizzas are good in general. Staff is always friendly and nice.

The pizza was not as fresh needed to be changed to just. Fresh baked sooner. Salad fixing were fresh. Dessert pizza was good and fresh. Will go back.

This place is horable. Went at 545pm on a Monday. Was hoping for hot fresh pizza and it was old and cold. You could tell the pizzas were old by looking at them. I saw a manager/ or I should say someone that called themselves a manager. I say this because he was on his phone watching something while the pizzas were dieing on the buffet. So if you want old cold pizza you need to go to Pizza Inn. If you want good pizza I promise you will not like this place. The Health department needs to wake up and take a look at this place and the temperature of this so called Buffet. I can promise you it was not above 135. That is all I have to say.

There pizza isnt fantastic but its pretty good. The buffet is a hogfest. Salad, pizza, pasta, soup. Its great for a good price.

The buffet is really good. They have a nice selection and the pasta is pretty good also. Our server was was great and checked on us often.

I love Pizza Inn! I really like their buffet and the fact that they have original pizza combinations unlike any other pizza place, plus its a family friendly restaurant and the staff is really nice... The only thing that would make it even better is an ice cream machine :)

This is a five star Pizza Inn, not a five star restaurant. I liked the salad bar.

Always clean, always friendly, if you dont see something you like, theyre always willing to fix it for you, even on the buffet, and if you have children, you can let them burn off energy, while you eat, or if your like me and not have the little ones, you can enjoy watching them, without hearing them, a super plus! And it doesnt make a hole in your pocketbook

Kids play place was a bit loud throughout. Plenty good otherwise though. And if it were my kids, itd be more of a positive, I suppose.

Pizza style all of their own. I dont even like pizza yet Monday night is pizza night at our house because theirs is so good. Tony knows us by name and always goes the extra mile. He even remembers that we ask for peppers with our order and includes it without us even having to ask. Now thats good customer service and appreciation!

Salad bar is outstanding. The kids have a play area, but BEWARE, YOUR CHILDS SHOES WILL COME UP STOLEN. They do not have security cameras in the play area. They have NO WAY of helping you recover your childs stolen shoes. When asked if they could contact the group that had the birthday party to see what child accidentally took them, their response was WE DONT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER TO THEM. It was the first time my family and myself has ever been to a Pizza Inn. It was a pleasant experience. Lots of food. The pizza was fresh and good, they have a little play area for the children my son enjoyed, reasonable prices and very friendly and helpful staff. We will go back.

Normally when visiting this establishment I would give it a 5 star rating, but this last visit wasnt all that great, not knowing how long they let food sit without checking to make sure its not turning bad or (crunchy) especially the noodles under the heat lamp, or if it just wasnt cooked thoroughly, it was getting close to closing but that is not an excuse for not having fresh food out, I will be back.

Personally I wouldnt even give the waitresses a star by no means especially on the evening shift. She got our drinks then went to the corner to play on their phones and chat with each other! Asked after the fact when we were done if she could get the plates from us then asked if everything was alright. This is why I no longer tip due to the fact they dont care to work for them by no means. I hate going in the evenings anymore

Like the food. But Im allergic to cinnamon & so are my children. Wish you could get a good tasting dessert that wasnt load with it.

Granddaughter got to choose where to have lunch. When I grabbed side of chair to scoot up to the table, there was sticky wherever my hand touched. The napkin holder had greasy prints on it. The pizza was cold. The inside bottom of the utensil holder had dried food. The area around the check out area was disgusting. Crumbs and filth on the keyboard looked like had been building up for weeks. Wont be going back.

Total was 25$, later on card showed total was 31$, the waitress tipped themselves after already being tipped, and then when we came back yelled at us and refused any refund. Horrible service and gross women

Found a beetle in my pizza, the manager said I would get a discount off of my familys buffets but it wasnt done. Decided to go back again, to give them another shot. I found a huge strand of hair in my pizza, pointed this out to the server and she just chuckled like I was joking.
