These guys are great!!! I couldnt open my door from the inside and they ordered the parts and did a fine job. Im able to open door from inside. And my key lock/unlock mechanism is still in tack. I would definitely do business here again and I would recommend them for sure! 👍🏾👍🏾

Had a paint job done by Maaco, they got it done by the time frame. When I went to pick it up, it look amazing. Upon further inspection, I realized there are some issues. The front bumper, still had white paint showing. Just under the grill and front fender, there’s numerous fish eyes, dust nibs, and pockets of clear coat missing. My fog lights were never reconnected. My BIGGEST issue, is on the passenger window. During buffing/polishing, the rotary hit my passenger side front window and left a burn mark which is going to result in replacing the window as well as the window tint.** This review will be updated when I speak to them tomorrow (due to today being a holiday) **

Mark and his team always do a great job and if for some reason there is a issue they always take care of it and make it right. This is why I use them for all of my body and paint work needed on our cars. Great customer service!

Dirt in paint, I understand what maaco is but really? ZERO pride in there work. I could of done a better job in my garage.

My experience at Maaco is real bad. The staff at maaco says that theyre willing to work with you. They wanted to nickel and dime you for everything. Hidden fees, extra this, extra that. By the time you know it; were like at a very expensive amount. All for something very simple and not a lot of body work, little to none.

I think Maaco Auto body Collision service is the absolute best that anyone can get anywhere in the state of Michigan. The prices are heavily discounted and yet the work is far superior to the average collision shop. You simply cannot do better in my opinion.

I bring all my cars here but I was a little disappointed on this one they didn’t do what I paid for but I’ll see if they fix it Monday when I take it back

They are charging me as much for scratch repair as I paid for the entire job. But they do pretty good and I cant get purple at the dealership. They will also take shortcuts if they can.

I had my motorcycle tank and side panels painted. They turned out amazing. The flake is deep and for a 40 year old tank, it looks brand new. The super fast turnaround was a pleasant surprise as well. For the money, I couldnt have asked for a better job.

Mark, Mark & Lexus did an amazing job! We had our cars painted to a fun green color and was very nervous at first on painting cars with 8,000 miles or a couple year old F-150 neon green. I know there are several Maaco locations but when we found this location we knew we were in good hands. We drove over 3 hours from Muskegon, MI to come here to have them paint all our vehicles. This will be the only place we go in the future for all our complete paint jobs. If you are nervous about the quality dont be. Mark and his team does a great job!! Thank you!

I am writing on behalf of my 80 yr old auntie. She had her 2006 Toyota Camry painted and these guys did a wonderful job. The customer service is excellent and courteous. I warned Mark that she would literally use a magnifying glass to inspect their work. This Maaco facility passed the white glove treatment. You will be pleased with their service.

Lack of professionalism. Got paid for repairs and couldnt provide the quality of repair that was paid for. Multiple management changes and no one wants to make right of the money paid for repairs. Paint wasnt right, had to be repainted then was repainted without removal resulting in areas painted that shouldnt be, wrong colors and poor striping that was replaced, allignment never done after repairs, new dent in roof that wasnt there when dropping off car, fog lights and fenders are out of alignment. had my car for over 4 months and still looks bad. I wouldnt recommend this shop to do any work even if it was free. Total scam artists only want your money not provide quality work.

FAAANTASTIC job and service. Maaco took my 2006 Hawaiian raised Hyundai Tiburon, stripped off the damaged black paint and re-painted the car a yellow OEM color of the era. They left hardly any signs that she was repainted. Of course you can find signs of it and can nitpick it if you have false expectations and are an unreasonable person.But don’t do that. The manager and team desire to do a great job. If there are issues, they will work to make it right. I had a few pieces of hardware that the ovens finished off (remember, mine baked for over a decade in a hot, hot Hawaiian sun). I bought new replacement parts and they installed them when the parts came inAnd I do have one minor issue pending that we decided to wait to address until summer when the paint has settled better.I couldn’t have come close to getting this kind of quality anywhere else for the price. I am even thinking about getting my other vehicles touched up after this experience with Maaco of Pontiac.Highly recommend Mark and his team over there on Dixie Hwy near Telegraph. They are good.

Excellent work on my car. I called several times asking many questions had many concerns regarding my repairs to my vehicle. My wife and I brought her vehicle in to have the side and rear bumper fixed and repainted. Honestly I was uncertain because I had never worked with a Maaco before, due to their past reputation for low quality work. Boy was I wrong!!! Mark took such great care of us, gave us a tour of the shop, and exceeded our highest expectations for quality body and paint work. I took my truck to this location, after another shop did a botched repair job, and my only regret is I didnt come to this location first. Mark and his team did an excellent job. They fixed the original cosmetic damage as well as the damage from the other shop. When I picked my truck up it was good as new. They were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them in the future.

I was very nervous about getting my cars painted at Maaco because of the bad things you hear. Im so glad I have Mark and his team a chance. We own a driving school and live in Muskegon 3 hours away from this location. There are Maaco dealers closer to us but after speaking with Mark and Lexus we decided to give them a shot and WOW did they come through. We ended up getting 4 cars/truck painted here and they did a great job. If you are leary or nervous dont be. I had them paint 4 cars that were all less than 2 years old, so almost new cars. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

Mark and Tony really turned this place around.I needed a new bumper painted and installed, but I had to keep driving the vehicle. I got the call that the bumper was painted in the morning, but I couldnt get over there until noon when all the techs had just left for lunch. I was fully prepared to hang out in the waiting room until after the techs got back and then wait until it was my turn. But Mark climbed under there by himself and installed it so I could get on with my day.I really appreciate Mark going the extra mile for me, and yes my car looks great too! Thanks guys! 10/10

The guys at MAACO under the servant leadership of Mark don’t play any games. They took my 1987 Monte Carlo SS to a whole new level. They painted it pearl white with the flip - “flop” transition when the light hits it. Mark personally re-did the gold rally stripes to ensure that they were even and blended with the white pearl. The crew works as a team and keep banging out cars every single day. Give them a holler and if you are serious about your ride then trust these guys to get it right. Fixed up some rust and a couple of dings and scratches. My 2011 Escape looks like a brand new car!! Easy to work with and Alexis and Mark are great at making you feel right at home!!

Its hard to beat their price of the lowest paint job they offer, if you need your car to look better or youre planning to sell it a paint job for around $500 not too bad this may be the place for you.

Stopped in for an estimate. The shop was super busy with people dropping off and picking up their cars. They acknowledged me and finished with their other customers. I was able to get a fair and accurate estimate for the work I wanted done. I will definitely be back to schedule in the work. I had an overall great experience here. Needed my new front bumper repainted and the nice respectable lady Courtney helped me out. Got me a great low estimate for painting my replacement and a time table and all. The only reason I couldnt give this place 5 stars is that it was hard to get a hold of someone by phone on one of the days after it was finished. They very well could have been either busy or closed and the paint came out very well so overall, id give them a 4.5 👌👍

The car came back with missing molds as well as the drip mold being damaged when paint job and body work were done. The key holes were also all coated in the paint as well and are now unusable. The work was not that great with the body as well since the fender benders were damaged as well when trying to fix the rusts around the tires.

Had 3 bumper covers painted. So far so good. The color match could maybe be a little better but thats not really their fault. All the vehicles are 10-15 years old.

I had a very good experience. I worked with Aaron and he was friendly and helpful in explaining what to expect from the different paint options and warranties. I went from a pretty beat up, raggedy white car, that was truly embarrassing to drive, and had the color changed to black and a few dents fixed. The finished car looks fantastic, and the the price was very fair. I would return. It looks better then I expected- Im very happy with the experience.

Ryan did an amazing job on my bumper!! I was skeptical at first because of previous reviews, but it turned out PERFECT at a low cost. Paint color is exactly the same! I definitely recommend this place and would come again if need be.

I took my car for repair after a minor accident. I was quoted high rates for a minor refinish & paint work that shouldn’t take more than a day. The work wasn’t completed when I went back to pick my car. Overall I Wasn’t satisfied with the quality of work & service.I spent over 1k for a less quality work.

Had some fender flares painted to match my truck. My truck is a very dark red that looks almost black. A hard color to match. They did a great job and their price was good compared to the other quotes I got.

I have dealt with Aaron. He gave me a very timely estimate and surprised me with his willingness to make the price reasonable and also with his extreme expertise. I cannot wait to get this car serviced here because if the service is physically as good as the talk then Im getting a great bargain. Well done MAACO. More later

Courtney and mark are very helpful. The pricing is reasonable, the paint turned out great. The only complaint would be there was some dirt / nubs in the paint on the hood. But this was minor for a overall good job.

Outstanding service, went above and beyond to touch up trim that wasn’t on the work order. Excellent results that met the original estimate. Manger and technician took pride in what they do and it shows.

I took my Avalanche in to have a rust spot repaired. I obtained 2 quotes: 1) Repair the spot with no long term guarantees, or 2) Replace the panel. After a fair amount of deliberation, I decided replace the panel. It took awhile to get the panel delivered. Then there were a few issues that delayed the job; one being that the trucks paint code didnt quite match the paint on the truck. As I purchased the vehicle used, I had no idea as to whether or not it had ever been previously painted. The other issues were NOT the real fault of Maaco. Bottom Line: Maaco in Pontiac Michigan did a fine job resolving these issues! Kudos to Courtney and the team of repair folks at the shop! I would go there again!

My roommate backed into my car and it is a lease so I was really worried that it would not be fixed right. I was recommended to come to Pontiac Maaco by a close car friend. I was very happy with Scott at the front desk when I arrived, he was very helpful and even helped me clean some of the scuff off the car for free. It only took about 15 min. and I was all done and told to drop my car off next day!I got my car back in 6 business days look better than new! I have no complaints and would take my car back in a heartbeat!

Not satisfied with the paint job on my husbands Impala.

Took a bumper cover for a 2007 Saturn aura which was dark blue, I told them it was but wasn’t noted, They painted it the wrong color (black), so had to bring them original cover so they could match the color. They didn’t charge me for the repaint which took a few more days. Then when I picked it up there are large pieces of Dirt and other stuff though out the paint On the cover. I didn’t make them redo it because I was done with fing around with them wanted the car finished. So Then after getting home with it, I found a huge run on the bottom edge of the cover this place sucks I won’t ever go back and will not recommend them to any one, I will try and talk anyone who suggests going out of it. Yes it was cheaper that anywhere else but for all the problems I had I would rather pay more for better service.

Stopped in after busting my bumper open stupidly on a road trip and was prepared to be so inconvenienced having to deal with that. Right away someone helped me and fixed it to last the rest of trip in 10 minutes, and then refused to charge me. Can not speak highly enough of the employee who helped me and the genuine kindness, made a stressful situation much easier!

Told the shop they had to wetsand my bmw m3 bumper they said no it doesn’t need it ..2 Days after me dropping it off I call to pick it up an literally Have some one put my on hold to go check the status when they come back they say” oh that boy messed up “meaning the primer they used never stuck to the paint so I had to wait over 1week an half from the day I dropped the bumper off ... when I went to pick the bumper up the clear coat was still fairly wet the bumper barley to touched something in my back seat an scraped the clear coat😂😂 this place is a joke an wont go back there you get what you pay for .......

This shop is a mess. Multiple employees quit within the short time I tried to have a vehicle worked on. 13 days to get an estimate and multiple phone calls to try and get said estimate. No one returns calls. Finally advised that they cant do the work. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Friendly, quality service. A bit delayed in returning calls...but that is understandable with busy schedule.

The paint job was excellent, but not the repairs and It took them 5 weeks, way too long to complete the extensive damage to my truck due to an accident. I had to take my truck back since the window on the door they replaced wouldnt go up & down.

9/9/12 If you dont mind waiting 5 weeks to be told that the estimate is triple what you agreed upon, this is a great place.The manager never calls. He has a desk man who comes to his rescue instead. This man says you were called and approved the tripled price. Now, why would you approve a tripled estimate that brings your vehicle damned close to what you paid for it? Why would you go to a place that doesnt care?I repeat. Do not go here.

The owner greated me at the door. He was very nice and explained every step of the process to fix my car and helped me with how to deal with the insurance company since this was the first time my car was ever damaged. Thanks !!

We took our company truck up here We asked to fix our rockers and a new custom paint job They said they will give me a call within A-day or 2 Its now been 2 weeks And I called up there at least 3 times asking for the price to fix it seems like this company is not motivated
