Beware when I bought the pontoon new I had a vessel view installed on the motor make sure the vessel view has the yellow plug installed not the purple one that comes with the boat. Was told buy the person that they tested the vessel view and it worked fine. Got it home and didnt work put purple plug on the vessel view not yellow. So they could not of tested it

The staff got to me as quickly as they could, they listened to everything I had to say and they got the ball rolling on my warranty claim with no questions asked. Tom who took my information and submitted the warranty claim was awesome and I would recommend asking for him even though everyone was great.
I have nothing but great things to say about the Tracker service center in Auburn Hills. Great bunch of great guys. Very professional crew and the service manager is a stand up guy. Tip of the hat to Tom. Total thumbs up.

Had some work done that was not up to my standards. Service manager didnt argue or try to convince me that it was ok, even for a second. He made it right and made me feel like my business mattered. Very impressed.

I took delivery of my new boat a couple months ago and I couldnt be more pleased with the service! First off the sales side was great dealing with Brian and Laura, they made it all very smooth and easy and worked with my schedule to fit me in to get signed up. Then the actual delivery at the service center was fantastic! Darren was filling in for Tom and did an amazing job! The gentleman in parts I think his name was Adam? He was great too giving me all sorts of tips and tricks to rig my boat for fishing. They forgot to install my onboard battery charger but the mechanic whos name I forgot was very quick to get it installed before I took it home and they even threw in a flush mounted plug on the side of the dash so I could easily plug it in! When getting the boat out of storage there are a couple small issues that are under warranty, Brian and Tom were very apologetic and are doing everything they can to get it fixed quickley. Tom was very nice on the phone and explained how he didnt want me to bring the boat in untill the warranty claim goes through and the parts get there so I could have a turn around time of a couple days vs. a couple weeks to get me back on the walleye! (The issues dont really effect the useage of the boat).I am very happy and pleased with how great they have been and they will have my business for a very long time!

Good service but fairly expensive. They service boats and store them but dont acid wash boats nor do they go and haul your boat (like a pontoon) to their location.
