Place is friendly and you dont have to wear a mask if you dont want to. They werent out of a lot of products as some stores are. Wasnt super busy when I went either.

The items are easy to find and they have a great selection of gluten-free snacks and meals, which is just what I was looking for

Of course it is a Wal mart, only thing that sucks is checking out. Since Covid nobody wants to work. So only 4 cash registers open. Mostly self check out. But it was okay.

You get very good quality clothing and numerous varieties options for women . Check out on their clearance sales everyone you visit, you will definitely find atleast a 2 that you want to buy right away.They should bring in more stylish clothing options for Men too.For Christmas they got plenty of beautiful options in chocolates.The prices are less than usual. They are already packed for gifts. I have attached some photos here

Been calling since yesterday evening had a question for automotive. No answer I have tried calling customer service still no answer. Both my mom and I have let it ring in different departments for a good ten mins each time still no answer. I have been in the store and waiting for somebody for the jewelry department in the past for a good 30 mins and when they came she said oh I was on break ok that’s fine but get somebody to cover it. I have called standing at the jewelry department and people just be standing around at the customer service doing nothing. This store needs a total turnaround and new workers

2 years ago I wouldve given our Wal-Mart Super Center a 5 star! 2021 gets a 3 star! Why? It seems like every time I go in there now, the shelves are either barely stocked or not stocked at all!! Also the 2 different self check out options are fine, but they still need more than 1 or 2 real cashiers ringing people up!!! People who work all day or even some of the elderly people dont want to ring up and bag up a cart full of stuff!!! Or have to stand in line forever for someone to do it for you!!! Also...I stopped pre-ordering and picking my stuff up because it was pointless!! Why??? They dont consistently update when they are out of stock!! After 3 or more times of going to pick up a list full of groceries/etc and them coming out with one stingy bag with 2 items in it, I finally told myself Im not doing that anymore!!

Just all out great store now that I moved to a new state and see more clean and more respectful Walmart

1 checkout with a long line... Everyone complaining about the self check outs. The Walton familys net worth is $ 247 billion and theyre wanting to eliminate checkers? We get paid nothing to check ourselves out and bag our items. Do you think Walmart will lower prices to reflect that? Of course they wont!

We do no contact pickup here and It. Is. Fantastic!!!! Order on the app/website for pickup/delivery, pick your time, go to the side of the building for pickup. Staff is TOP NOTCH. The grocery picks have been perfect, admittedly we do not get many fresh fruits this way, typically frozen. I will continue to come to this location as long as this service is offered. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Over priced,out of stock,over crowded and slow customer service and returns are a thing of the past.Dont lose your receipt or it will guarantee you a list on garbage products you bought and hate . Chain stores like Walmart would vanish if people shopped locally at hard working mom and pop stores. Save America .Buy American

I was charged for three items but only purchased two. I would not have notice until I got home but I sat down to wait for my wife and found the error. So i went to customer service/return.Where two other people were being help. There were five walmart employees behind the counter but only two of them were helping customers. As I was standing there waiting three other people come up behind me. Then three of the five walmart members just walked away. One of the the walmart employee that was helping a customer, finish then she walked away. Thanks for the help..Give me back Kmart!

Good place to shop usually. A few empty shelves, messy areas. I asked an employee where something was, he took out his phone and appeared to type and said the item I was looking for wasnt stocked in the store. Funny my husband found it while I was asking the employee.

I ordered from the store online. I received my its on the day they said they would arrive and I was very satisfied withy purchase.

The people back by toys last night were very helpful with the let it rip stuff. Saved me a lot of time I would never have found it. And all of them were very nice.

Wow first time I was able to get everything in my order. Sister also we got everything this time.

Im sure they have most of what you need. Needs better fruit. They wouldnt let us boondock for the evening. But hey we found a really good spot just a couple blocks down the same road at an abandoned Kmart, no issues.

They always seem to be out of items. Im fine with self checkout but its a bit aggrevating that they have 1 person to help the 15 checkout lanes. That isnt fun for customers or im sure employees.

Pontiac Walmart is by far my favorite. Theyre clean and well stocked. Employees are helpful as well

As of right now they are blaring music in the parking lot like its a block party. I came her to get meds and soup cause I dont feel good. Blaring music is not what I expected to hear turning in at the light or to have to go through it to get in the store with a migraine.

Do not go here if you need shots or vaccines. We needed some shots for a Visa. So we made an appointment and we got there early.We ended up waiting several hours to finally get them. Then the prices was much higher than it was on-line. They refused to honor the lower price.I would not recommend them for anything shots or vaccines.

What can I say? Aldi doesnt have everything, so walmart. All of the bathrooms are deplorable, dirty staff, disorganized mess.

This is one of the cleanest Walmarts that I have been to. The lady that helped us at checkout was super nice.Only disappointment was the fact that they didnt have any Chicago Cubs onesies.

Store is pretty well stocked. There are plenty of employees available to help if needed. They do require masks and have someone sanitizing carts as well as greeting. Curbside pick up is available.

Very expansive, clean store. Helpful and available staff at this location. I had an especially pleasant associate in the pharmacy, Steve somebody.I always use self check out and the area was big enough not to be congested, so I got in & out pretty quick. Nice store.

A better location in Northern Illinois, this one literally puts to shame the Joliet, IL location.However this location in Pontiac, IL is somewhat accessible since it is near two major routes. Illinois route 116 and state highway I-55. These locations I would seriously shop from now on!Bourbonnais, IL-but during the evening.Pontiac, IL- if I am ever in that area.New Lenox, IL and Lockport, IL-much better staff and the shelves are fully stocked better.Morris, IL-if I work on the South section of Wilmington, IL and go straight down Lorenzo Road into Morris.

As usual the third time I have gone for one thing and a month later, they still do not have what I want for!!! Got home and ordered it in line!! I swear that store is one of the worse ever!!!

The employees are very kind and helpful but the food stock on the shelves seems to be depleting week by week when I come out this way and never seems to be restocked. Either everyone around here buys the same exact things as me every week or there is an all around shortage but there hasnt been much cheese, frozen foods or snacks in the first aisle refilled in about 2 months it seems. I have to stop at my local Walmart in Hodgkins, IL before I drive out to Pontiac to have the food Im looking for in stock. 4 stars because the employees are great and the store is clean regardless of some half empty shelves and freezers.

The store inside was nice enough and the employees were polite. Its what happened outside that hurt my heart. On the way in at around 9pm we noticed an elderly lady obviously struggling to get her cart to her vehicle. She was parked in the handicapped spot right in front of the door. The poor woman was clearly crippled with arthritis and had to have been in her 80s. As she struggled, three healthy young employees stood at the door laughing and talking amongst themselves. Not one of them could be bothered to help this lady. Reminding him of his mother, my boyfriend jumped in to action immediately to help her. We got her groceries put in her car, helped her in, and proceeded into the store. It never crossed the mind of the three employees standing at the door, just feet away from this lady, to lend a hand. Really? What has become of our society?

Its rather frustrating when your using self check out, bagging your own stuff & you have 3 employees just standing next to you chatting away while on the clock getting paid.

Its Walmart all they care is for you to get in and get out. Walton would be rolling in his grave if he saw how the employees treat people.

Did grocery pickup while visiting Pontiac. Very quick and efficient. Zane was friendly and made sure I knew about substitutions that were necessary. Very great experience!

Never stay stocked always a pain going in. The managers that work by the registers never do anything other then talk. There are a couple great employees but mostly under staffed. Really need to do something about the managers during the day shift just standing around talking while customers and there employees could use help.

Used online purchase system, so primarily went in to pick up. That went smoothly. However too many ppl not wearing masks. Very disappointing and unsafe. Wont be back

They are out of alot of drinks, and it took a good 10 minutes waiting on an adult so I could purchase adult beverages.

Over the last few years this store has went down hill. Management is trash will watch employees on and off the clock treat customers poorly, act like nothing happened. Had one of the self check outs ask me atleast 5 times if I was still shopping while waiting on an employee of age to verify my age. All around poor customer service.
