The office staff is very very rude. Called to get answer and apparently they have no one there that knows any thing. I work for an eye doctor and I would be fired if I treated patients the way I was treated

The office staff is super nice, overboard accommodating and they are keeping the waiting room sanitized- best I’ve seen yet!Dr. Wilkinson is very thorough, really helped me get through my issues and actually listened to what I had to say (rate these days!!)I highly recommend anyone needing an ophthalmologist to make an appointment with this office!!

Such a warm, kind staff—every person I interact with there! Dr. Schmitz is very thorough and so personable. He has provided me with wonderful advice on maintaining my eye health.The staff in the eyeglass shop are extremely helpful in finding glasses that are comfortable, stylish and right for my face! They have always helped me choose glasses I love to wear!

This office has been so wonderful! I am a newer patient but have needed a few appointments already this month. About a month ago I was having some issues with my eyes and my PCP told me I needed to see the eye Dr as soon as possible. I called this office the same day I left the PCP and they got me right in, and the treatment the Dr recommended provided instant relief. They have been nothing but friendly and professional. They have been attentive and exremely accommodating. The Dr. is timely and personable. I have switched to this office for all of my eye care needs and its been a great experience every visit. Highly recommend!

Ive been with this practice for over 30 years & have had no problems. In an emergency they got me in that day to resolve the problem & put my mind at ease. Would not change.

I called for an emergency appointment because I was leaving out of town the next day and knew something was wrong with my eye. The office squeezed me in at the last minute and I was grateful for that. I highly recommend this practice!

Horrible experience, they were 2.5 hours behind schedule for my appointment to get a chalazion removed... once I finally saw the doctor, he didnt even remove the chalazion, just drained the blood. Did not prescribe me any antibiotic ointment, and rushed off to the next appointment. They overbook there, and the service suffers. Youre better off picking up your own scalpel and carving into your own eye, this place is laughable.

I had a terrible experience here. Would not recommend Dr. Wilkinson to anyone. Kept waiting for an hour for a procedure with no explanation or apology. Not given enough numbing medicine and he did the procedure without my eye being numbed. It was extremely painful!

The staff was all so nice, they have a keurig while you wait and work with your insurance to get you the best glasses within your budget!
