The woman that works at the 7-Eleven on Baldwin in Columbia in Pontiac Michigan is amazing she has worked there for a very long time and she is very sweet. She also knows how to get the line in and out when it gets busy and she helps in any way possible that she can the best 7-Eleven in my neighborhood

The Smart Bus put in a stop, dug up the lawn to prepare to put down cement so they can put in shelter with benches. Now, there is grass growing there. I assume the owner complained. Smart has already put in two shelters this week along Baldwin Avenue. This helps with public transportation and those living the area. This will allow the city to modernize.

I love going to the sore for the frozen drinks for me & my toddler 🙃

The owners are always helpful and outgoing for their customers, it is well kept and organized great.

This 7-11 has gone down hill drastically. I use to frequent this location often, but over the last couple years I have slowly stopped. The store is not very clean, the coffee is poor, slurred taste like the machines havent been cleaned in a while. The staff is mediocre, but that could just be a management problem. They try to over charge you for items even though there is a price clearly listed on it. Best thing about this store is driving by and seeing James doing his thing.

If i could give this store zero i would. I understand it is peoples job to comply with the mask order if possible BUT if i have a medical condition and clearly state that and all 3 of my kids have masks on IM CLEARLY NOT DOING IT TO BE A PEST! And no I wont put on one of yours if I clearly have stated I cant wear one 😪 God Bless America 🙏

It seems to me if I was a business owner I would put the prices of my products on my online option to browse my store to ensure that my in store customers are getting the service they deserve. But since no pricing that means ppl will be calling the store to ask about pricing and that pulls the clerks from the register to answer questions about items. So why have a web site if its not helpful at all.

Bad parking situation. No security guard. Coffee is not kept up and brewed with fresh pots like it should. Hot foods are scarce. Friendly and courteous staff.

Upset because spicy things make my tongue swell and the guy lied to me and told me the chicken wasnt spicy and i took one bite and it ended up making my tongue swell. Will not be going back here an hope they get fired.

Clean store. No public resttoom. Well stocked with merchandise. Great location

No one knows how to run the register and can not understand or speak English or even know any thing about the store

Worst store I have ever been in never have fresh coffee I mean what kind of 7 11 does not make sure that the coffee is fresh every time I go in there, there is only a small amount of burned old coffee in all the pots pathetic excuse for a 7 11
