I’m at travel nurse and work nights and needed to get zpack filled, granted it was a Sunday and I woke up early to get there by 4.30 and the pharmacist ignored me for 15 minutes to then tell me she won’t be able to fill it in time as she leaves at 5. I stated I didn’t mine staying over and apologized and for the inconvenience and time as I’m a night shift nurse. She then informed me SHES NOT STAYING OVER for 5 min to fill a prescription I needed. I told her I would never treat a pt like that and her being in healthcare she should understand. She didn’t bother responded and handed me the prescription back. RUDE. DO NOT GO HERE.

The woman at the counter around 5:30 pm, 5/10 was so graceful, and welcoming. I witnessed her go above and beyond several times over for every customer that she encountered. I have never seen an employee as kind and friendly as her.

If I could, I would give this specific CVS zero stars. There were maybe 3 people in line total, including myself. I waited in line while the manager had a full 15 minute conversation with a customer that had nothing to do with their store, products.. just personal talk. As I came up to the register I told the manager that maybe he should call for back up on register if he is going to make customers wait that long. He proceeded to tell me that I do not need to give him an attitude. I told him I wasnt giving him one, he just needs to be more professional at work. He tells me if I continued giving him an attitude he wouldnt sell me the items I was trying to purchase. I told him keep those items I will go somewhere else. The worst customer service I have ever received in my life and I promise to never enter another CVS again, thanks to the male manager who cant even manage his own weight. :)

Exactly what you expect from a pharmacy. Fast and friendly.

Arrive at the pharmacy to pick up a prescription person who waited on me was very unprofessional. rude and couldnt help me with any of my concerns, she refused to service me and throw my license at me . She should be fire i have been coming here for 30 years nothing like this has ever happened to me before will never return

Seriously could you hire somebody with a brain it always takes forever when I come here Im not sure I understand why its so hard to hire people with common sense

Are you CVS for all my medication

The friendly staff is most helpful every time I stop in. They greet their customers and say Have a nice day when I leave. My pharmacist is a caring person also. Answers any questions I may have regarding my medication to what’s the best hand cream. (Aveeno). I’m a big fan of my CVS!

Staff is unhelpful, especially most of the pharmacy staff. They are rude!!!!!

Rude rude rude unhelpful unprofessional. Hope to see them closed soon. Tech is obnoxious and wont call your doctors for refills. A joke. She should retire and go make her children miserable. Obviously divorced

I have shopped here a few times and each time I have had issues with the merchandise already being opened and used. I suggest driving the extra couple miles to the one on Walton and Adams and save yourself the money and hassle of shopping here.
