Highly recommend Roof One. Scott was very accommodating, punctual and professional. Hired them to do our roof and was very pleased and referred them to my parents who also chose them. There was a mix up on the shingle color for my parents house but it was corrected immediately that day, shingles reordered and the crew was back out the next day. Mistakes happen but Roof One did everything right to correct it without any inconvenience. Great company who takes pride in their work and aims to please the customer!

Steve at Roof One was our guy for a new roof, siding, gutters about 11 years ago. I get a ton of compliments on my job, it looks awesome - they did quality work and great service. We have been very happy with it.This week I had an ice damn and same day I called, they came out and removed the ice so that I did not have any interior issues. The guys that came remembered doing my job originally, which was awesome. We did pay a labor fee but I was very happy that they came out to take care of it. I highly recommend Roof One for replacement and for service.

My wife and I decided to go with this company to get our gutters and roof replaced on our recently purchased house. Scott was fantastic to deal with throughout the entire process. He gave us a very detailed quote and was the only roofing company that actually went on our roof to inspect it before giving a quote.They came out quickly after we signed the initial documents to install the roof. The workers were very professional and hard working and they had our roof done in just two days. The Gutter installers came out shortly after and replaced all of our gutters and installed leaf guards. Again, they were very nice and professional people. They worked with us to move the location of some of our downspouts so that they wouldnt drain water close to the foundation.I highly recommend Roof One and specifically Scott if you are in need of a new roof.

Very pleased with the roof installation. Would give 5 stars for the project manager Scott Duree. He worked with us for almost 2 years helping to assess the life of the roofs on our condos, doing minor repairs, being willing to negotiate on price to keep us in budget and responding to every and any question I had with such speed. He actually educated me on the roofing process which helped me when looking for competitive bids. Appreciated his patience and integrity especially knowing our condo association was leaning towards another contractor. His outstanding customer service was the difference maker!! The actual roof install was done very well. Completed in 1 day which was awesome and excellent clean up. After install, I had a few questions on a couple of minor things and Scott came back out to look at it and make sure we were satisfied. The minor things ended up being things that were normal to the roof install, so we were satisfied!! We will be working with Scott and Roof One until all our condos’ roofs are replaced!

Scott from Roofone was quick in proving quote and it was the best quote in terms of warranty offered with the roof job.Scheduling was easy and as per my availability and the team also did a fantastic job in completing the roof In committed time and with great quality. I had 3 roof replacement estimates. Roof One and 2 other companies, one of which was even recommended by a local radio station. Roof one was the only one that provided a thorough and detailed scope of work along with the estimated cost. One of the other companies advertised on their website that it did a 21 point inspection. When I received their estimate, the inspection points were listed on the back, but nothing was checked to show that it was done and their scope of work was a simple list of items to be done. No details of the scope of work was provided. With Roof One I knew specifically what they were doing before agreeing to any work to be done. I had questions about the details of the work to be done prior to signing the contract and Jason answered them calmly and professionally. My roof has problem areas that needed special attention that I did not know about. Jason was able to locate them during his inspection and offered a solution that he placed on the scope of work prior to presenting it to me. When I signed the contract, I felt confident that I had made the right choice. Jason was out to inspect while the work was being done and after it was completed. I was able to meet with him while he was at the house to review the work. There was an issue that the ridge vent had not been installed. Its possible the material suppler did not include these materials when they were delivered and the installers needed to close the roof before it rained. Later that week Jason was out with another employee to personally install the ridge vent. Jasons driving concern the whole time was making me happy and making sure the job was completed to my satisfaction.

Roof One was very professional in the service they provided. Scott did everything in a timely manner. The installation was done within a two day period. There were no surprises and hidden costs. We are very satisfied and would recommend Roof One and Scott whole heartedly and without any reservations.

Very competitive quote, ran into a few delays due to weather, but that was completely understandable. Installers arrived early and were very professional. They did a great clean up and we are very happy with the roof and the entire experience.

Poor, poor, poor, poor workmanship. Many soffit baffles were missing or misaligned in the attic. They removed all the plywood and it was so simple to put them in but now it will be a nightmare with everything covered again. Joints on drip edge were cut bad and caulked terribly. Cheesy job on 2 bathroom exhaust vents. Gutters were severely damaged in many areas. Our newer garage door had several black marks on it from shingles hitting it. I would guess many of the 5 star reviews you see here are done by Roof One staff. I do not believe I am one of the few 1 star reviews when they do work like this. . Im afraid to call them as I would not want them on my property again. Poor, poor, poor, poor workmanship

Roof 1 was recommended to me to replace an aging roof and from the very beginning both my wife and I were made to feel very comfortable with the people who would handle this job. A thorough inspection of the existing roof was made and a surprisingly accurate materials list was presented. Roofing crew was very polite and professional. They did an awesome job cleaning up despite the high winds they had to work in.

When they quoted the service they showed up on time. They were right in the middle for pricing. I was so happy I chose them. They did what they said they would do plus. I had an issue outside of the scope and they fixed it for free. They answered every question, explained their service. There was no pressure sales and they cleaned up every nail. Work was great. I don’t review often but I will use them again.

We had our roof replaced by Roof One in the fall of 2020. Steve (the owner), was great to work with. Their quote was competitive and their crew was very hard working, knowledgeable and thorough. They cleaned up very well after the job and the dumpster was removed from our driveway the next day. Roof One did a very nice job with our full roof replacement. They worked with our insurance company and even met the claims adjuster on site to make sure nothing was overlooked. Our house suffered some pretty sever storm damage and the Roof One crew was able to do a 2 layer total tear off, replace our gutters, repair few damaged rafters and replace a broken gate to our yard. The icing on the cake was, after the job was done, they called us and offered to come back out and paint our fireplace chimney/smoke stack to match the gutters and trim at no cost just to improve the overall finished look of the job! We had our roof and siding done on our old house by them and had the gutters done in our new house by them, I cant tell you how good of a job they did on everything.Very fast, the pricing was reasonable, we got 4 quotes from other companies and they had the best one.Everything looked great and had no issues with anything they have done.We got a quote for gutters, submitted the signed quote on friday and they were at my house at 9:30am on monday installing them, hour later and they are done and everything looks great.I will keep using them for anything I need for my house.

This was the second time we had Roof One do a complete tear-off and replacement of the roof on our house. The first time was sixteen years ago and in that sixteen years we experienced zero problems with the roof. From the time of the quote done by Mark thru completion of the job we were very satisfied with the Pricing, performance and quality of the work and materials used. Everything that Roof One represented on the quote was completed perfectly, their quote for the job was competitive and they are a breath of fresh air to work with. I have used contractors for all sorts of projects, and most of the time there are issues with one thing or another that leave me wishing I had used a different company. However, with Roof One that is not a concern, they are a reputable company that has been in business for many years and truly care about the work they do and their reputation in the marketplace, they are more than willing to address any concerns you may have and resolve them immediately. I was concerned about nails and other roofing materials in the flower beds, the bushes around the house and on the lawn from the tear-off of the old roof. I inspected the areas around the house after completion and found nothing, not one nail, or any trace of debris, their cleanup was just as impressive as the work performed. I had Roof One come in to fix an issue with the roof that was installed a while back. The services were exemplarary. The entire process of calling, inspecting and fixing the Roof was done in a day. As this is the peak time for roofing, I was expecting this to be long drawn and painful.The crew (Mike et al) were very courteous, knowledgabale and professional. Let me first start with I work for a contractor! So my standards are high when Steve came out to give me my quote he was on time took all Covid precautions and was extremely professional! You won’t go wrong hiring Roof One to give your home a new roof. I had six companies quote for my roof. One company who installed my new windows a few years ago at a great price happened to be more than twice the quote of Roof One. When we told him he was way out of the ballpark compared to the quotes we received up to then. He told us that we may want to check out Roof One and we were glad we did. Of the six quotes there were two that were lower than Roof One. My wife and I went with Roof One because we were impressed with the package Mark gave us which included a certificate of insurance, BBB rating, knowledgeable information, and the addresses of other homes in our city that had roofs installed by Roof One. Old roof was over 30 yrs old so time for a new roof. Got 3 estimates and Roof One was the best value using a better grade of shingles. Our salesperson showed up on time and and gave a professional presentation. The day of the installation, which was supposed to be the day before, a double crew showed up and completed our job in time for us to leave for out of town at noon. We appreciated this accommodation We couldnt ask for a better job as workers practiced covid safe practices and were very thorough in protecting our landscaping as well as cleanup. Furthermore, after the installation, we decided to drop our satellite tv provider so they returned at no charge to remove the dish from the roof and repair the roof. Our neighbors have commented on the quality of the job. To conclude, we highly recommend Roof One for anyone needing a new roof.

Roof One is a great company and did a great job replacing my roof in July 2017. Steve McCusker is a roofing expert and I trust his expertise. It took a while to get them scheduled after we suffered storm damage in March 2017. They are busy because they are good. But once we were on the schedule the job was well executed and completed quickly. The new roof looks great and has worked perfectly for 2 years. The crew was very professional and hardworking. They did a great job protecting my landscaping and cleaning up each day. At the end of the job, the wheeled dumpster was removed quickly. I have recommended Roof One and they recently completed my neighbors roof. If you need a new roof, call Steve. You will be very happy you did!

Although I have not received any services and nor have any of my friends, I thought that they deserved three stars for their ofference of free roofing service that they offer once a year in the spring for Pontiac residents and veterans. I would have given an extra star had they taken down a name of a family that was in need of a new roof, that my friend was trying to get assistance for their roof.

They did roof work at my apartment complex. Instead of throwing the tiles out a few feet, they dropped them directly off the roof and completely crushed all of my flowers. Putting a tarp over it doesn’t help, you still have to be respectful of people’s hard work. Went out and said something and no one seemed to care. Disappointing

Our roof leaked and is still under warranty. We called Roof One and verified the warrenty.The office staff said someone will call when they have time. The perception that they give is that they dont care. Someone should call back right away to find our what is going on with the roof that they installed. Based on this we do not recommend this company.

My residential project was a little complicated because it involved replacing a flat roof in addition to re-shingling a garage roof. Roof One is an authorized contractor for a premium flat roof system making them an easy choice. When an unforeseen “wrinkle” was discovered during the project, the Roof One installers called in the company experts to assess the situation rather than just covering things up and finishing the job. The problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Trying to find someone to do my roof was easier said then done. Then I was referred to roof one thru a family friend and thought I finally found a great company I could also refer to other people. It started with getting a quality free estimate filled with lots of info and options. I thought it was great as I wanted the roof and gutters. Got a few free pieces of wood thrown in free and was told if there was a major issue they would let me know. The guy that came out also told me I could pay him after the job was completed and he would be by the inspect the job. Feels great right? Well two weeks later the materials are in and in two days Im on my way home from work to what was a completed roof. First off I work and instead of gas compressors they have electric so I had to come home at lunch to get their cords back (this isnt a big deal to me). But then the roofer said I needed to pay him right there even after I explained how the original guy said I could pay him(again this was disappointing) then to make matters worse they threw in 5 sheets but told me I owed for 28 more!!! Where was the call to explain the issue. Now the price shoots up. Also they tried collecting for the gutters even though they werent done yet. After not paying for that portion they replaced them the next day but didnt even pull the old hardware off the house. I got a call about payment and told them I wanted to speak to the guy that came out but he was at a conference. Not sure how long the conference normally is but I still have not heard from him after s few weeks. At this point I would say you may as well go with the higher quote and stay away from them as the price creeped up another 2000 after install. Hopefully the conference ends soon so we can see what they have to say about this. Like I said seemed great at first but once they had the contract it was like dealing with a completely different company. If I could give 0 stars I would at this point.
