I ordered a plant for a funeral and it was gorgeous and delivered right on time. Having to do this on the phone because I live in Peoria, the lady I talked to said she would pick a beautiful Peace Lilly and she certainly did. the price was really reasonable and I couldnt be happier. Job well done and thank you so much.

I ordered a bouquet to be delivered for a birthday. I received a picture of that bouquet from the person I sent it to. O..M..G.. I was so upset. It wasnt even close to what I ordered. If I was allowed to upload pictures to compare you would be shocked too. It looked like someone just threw the flowers into what looked like a much smaller vase compared to what I ordered.  Will never use this place again.  Unbelievable!!!!

Great place quality plants

I dont often write reviews, but after reading some of the angry reviews some former customers have posted I want to share my own experience.I ordered a plant today to be same day delivered for a funeral service that is tomorrow. I made a note on my online order that requested if a replacement needed to be made to contact me so I would be aware.Most flowers are seasonal, that is how the world works, so I was not surprised to find that my selection was not available. A very kind lady called me just minutes after placing the online order to make me aware of the availability issue and make a few alternative recommendations.I appreciated the services provided by Pontiac Greenhouses, Florist & Garden Center.

For valentines my boyfriend ordered flowers online it never said it processed. So he called, they didnt have what he originally wanted so he got something else. I ended up with 2 bouquets of flowers (yes the online order went through). One vase decorated for valentines which my daughters could have done a better job making it look nice. It looked like dollar tree decorations, then they taped it on with clear packing tape which was very visible. Roses were not very nice, didnt live very long, bouquets not even full. Now to today, I got flowers and chocolate for my birthday yesterday. The chocolate was all melted together but yet so hard you couldnt even smash it. One again outer leafs on Roses dying. I honestly cant believe with the prices people pay they would even send out product like this or how they can even be satisfied with their work!!!! Very disappointing! The delivery guy was very nice though!!!

They went above and beyond for me! I called and they happened to answer the phone despite being closed for the day. They offered to go ahead and take my order and deliver a special arrangement for me late in the day. Awesome service and very much appreciated. I will be using them again. Thank you for helping my mom feel better with a flower delivery.

TERRIBLE!!! I will never use this florist again. I live out of state and was trying to order flowers for my mother in law online and the message I customized didnt go through so I called the store to fix the mistake. First I was yelled at for not calling the store to place my order. Then she told me she didnt have my order and couldnt do anything for me. I demanded she check again and she did have it (she didnt bother to ask if she was spelling my name right and she wasnt) and she said Well what do you want me to do about it? You shouldve filled it out right the first time! And they didnt have the bouquet I ordered so I told her what I wanted and got NOTHING like what I asked for. And they were out of balloons so she said she would fill in our bouquet with extra flowers, she definitely did not. It was the saddest looking bouquet I have ever seen and I spent good money on it. She was rude, unhelpful, and very unpleasant to work with. I will never revisit this establishment and encourage you not to either.

Flowers were not fresh, & didnt last! Very disappointed for my efforts to make a special surprise for my daughter. I emailed them with my dissatisfaction, but didnt get a reply at all. If you are looking for quality, take your business elsewhere!

I have ordered on the phone and in person, and every time I have received excellent professional service. They answered all my questions. The flower arrangements were beautiful and lasted. . I will continue to do business with them

I have never interacted with another person as inconsiderate and lacking in manners as the manager of this shop (at least how she introduced herself), and I work in customer service! I requested a sympathy arrangement to be delivered to a friend, and was chastised for not initially providing the name of the person that passed, funeral home, etc. I only wanted to send an arrangement to my friend at her home. I was promised delivery the same day or next. Not having heard anything from my friend, I checked in with the shop at the end of the delivery window. They stated my friend would not answer their phone, however my friend showed no missed calls. I simply asked the shop to call me if they have trouble reaching my friend the following day, and I was asked if I knew how big of an inconvenience that was - there is no way they can do that for me. Even my friend receiving the flowers was treated poorly. I try to give others the benefit of the doubt, but there is no excuse for this womans condescending tone and crude words. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. This manager obviously does not appreciate your patronage.

Love it the people there are the best and my mom has worked there for years and she loves it the flowers are always beautiful and the people there make you feel at home 😁😁

Ordered long stemmed roses with lillies. Got 2 short stemmed roses, 2 lillies, and about 30 daisies. Take your money elsewhere or at least order in person so you can see exactly what youre getting.

I ordered flowers for a funeral service which obviously costed a pretty penny. I specifically told them what I wanted and where they needed to be delivered, only to receive a phone call that the flowers were not there. After calling to inquire about why the flowers were not delivered I was informed they assumed they needed to be delivered else where, as oppose to where I specifically stated. So I guess my $7 delivery fee is the cost I have to pay for people to assume rather than listen. Needless to say my flowers ended up being delivered in the middle of the service (and hours after they were suppose to be there). The florist discounted the cost of the flowers but ironically enough still needed to charge the $7 delivery fee as that is a set standard fee. So with that heres my recommendation, if youre gonna charge a fee for something, listen to your customers and dont assume. I am giving more than 1 star because I heard the flowers were beautiful once they arrived and the florist did go back and redeliver. However, I cant give this service top ratings when its a really awkward position to be in (receiving a phone call that your flowers are not at the service then having them show up late)

Giving a 1 star is generous ! We went there to order a bouquet for our wedding . The lady stated “we do NOT do weddings I am the only one that does weddings because no one ever shows up “ she was terribly rude raised her voice and when my fiancé said ma’am do you understand it is just one bouquet which we would pick up she yelled at him and said I understand what you want and we don’t do them !!Rude and unprofessional
