Hard to even give them 1.. I know without a doubt they have taken coupons before, but tonight the guy said... I do t know if we even take coupons because they cant enter the code. I know they have before. I at first tried to order through the drive thru and they said it depends on what kind of ice cream, because some of it was to hard. Then I went in and had to wait just to be told I cant use my coupon because he didnt think they could use them....

Out of all the Cold Stones and Tim Hortons this place is disgraceful. Employee taking personal phone call well preparing my ice cream. Had to let someone know that I was in the store to get service. Been here multiple times and usually they are out of something, whether it be donut holes or ice cream. This location needs a major overhaul to improve the customer experience.

Doesnt give you the amount of ice cream thats worthy of the price.

They have great ice cream that is the hard and not soft kind that I prefer. They sure building with Tim Hortons is why I ended up going here, but somehow coffee and ice cream seem to go together in my mind.

We came three hours before they close and they did not have much of anything(Had to change our original order three times). Our ice cream was whipped up in a mixing bowl and was like soup when we got it. Super disappointed😔. I will not be back here EVER again.

Ive never been let down.

Every time I go here to get icecream, they are out of icecream, and coldstone is closed for most of the days.

Here at 8:43pm & not an employee in site for either Cold Stone or Tim Hortons. Not a very gokd way to run a business when hours show they are open until 11:00pm.

It took 20 mins or so to get our ice cream and paninis and they were far from busy. Everyone moved like snails without a care in the world and their cones tasted like soap..it was terrible

I must be missing something. Every time we go there in the evening - still within their posted hours - the doors are locked, lights are off and they are closed. Happened twice last week.

This Cold Stone probably shouldnt be there. I think I caught the staff completely off guard by asking for ice cream.

8:30pm and the store says its open til 10pm. Refuses to serve ice cream.

Pretended to be closed by locking the doors and hiding toaday at 845

States open til 10 but they wont serve after 9 even though the Tim Hortons is still open.

There is no ColdStone here anymore.

Girl was on the phone.. she had to look up in a book what the ingredients for the specialty were... they have no options and were out of 4 different items.... never coming back
