This facility is in a very convenient location right off Telegraph. Its has plenty of carts, and my unit is right next to an elevator. Angela was helpful, professional, and courteous. A very pleasant experience overall and I thought the price was quite reasonable too.

Very friendly, and helpful staff. This is the first time I have ever had to rent storage, but the experience was great! Extremely clean, safe, and well-managed facility.

Really had no problems getting the uhaul or storage unit, the ladies were really nice. My problem came when it was time to unload the The truck when I got to the U-Haul place to get in the gate. so you have to enter the access code that they give you the code did not work on either gates it was no way to call anyone so I had to leave the truck there with my items still loaded up in the truck and put the key in the dropbox because I didn’t want to be charge another day. Some may say no issue you can just unload the next morning when they come in but I work Monday through Friday 8:30 to 4:30 and I cannot take any more days off so I will have to unload the truck once I get off work and this has become a big inconvenience for me I don’t have any help or someone who can go and unload it for me just me and my girlfriend we both work in have to do it ourselves I am well aware mistakes do happen but this is very frustrating because I pacifically took the day off yesterday to get all of this done.

Amazing staff. I was helped by Ellen and now I know that Ill be coming here from now on with storage needs and I will absolutely be recommending this place to all me friends!

The property sales manager Luanne went above and beyond to help me decide what size of storage I will need. She was very kind and knowledgeable. Entire parking lot is blocked with painters trucks and equipment. How are handicapped people (or anyone else) supposed to access their units? Do they have to be parked right in the middle so you cannot get around them? $189/month SMH🦿🦿🦿Not believing the phone call I just got from this place. Not good afternoon, this is NSC. How can we assist you? No. I got, IS THIS DARRYL? followed with a rant about how the building is being painted and I could go around to the North side and use that elevator. But either way, the parking lot is not full.I tried to explain that I am an amputee (handicapped) and would not be able to do that. Although since she was overtalking me, its doubtful it even registered. I hung up the phone and continued home.Never had even a hint of a problem before now. Great place to store. Clean. Safe. Friendly?

On several occasions, the staff have been exceedingly knowledgeable about how to best arrange to move to a smaller space that was very convenient after we sent some items to our children. The entire complex is very clean with abundant light in the halls and storage spaces. It is a pleasure to do business with this organization.

I had a great experience working with the staff/management at this storage center. My furniture was stored for four years at this facility. It was always very clean and very well managed and maintained. If you live in the area and need to store your furniture, etc., I highly recommend this storage location!

STAY AWAY!!!! Check this out. Friday night I reserved a unit online that process was the smoothest part of the transaction. My wife went in on Saturday and had to switch every thing into her name because even though I called that morning to confirm, because she was the person who showed up her name needed to go on the contract. Understandable because its a contact, whatever. They gave her a card with our unit number on it and our access code. Also a promotion for ratings them on Google. You guys wanted your rating well here you go. After an hour and a half of packing the truck up with the movers we headed to the facility. Pulled up to gate farthest from the office and entered the code. Got an error saying invalid code. Went to the other gate near the office and same thing. The movers tried because maybe I was doing it wrong, same error. These people gave me the wrong code, on a Sunday and a holiday weekend when no one was in the office I am stuck outside MY storage facility that was paid for to use that day with the wrong code. Oh wait they have a 1-800 number who WONT do anything for you except take a message. We figured this out after standing there for an hour, while I am paying for movers. Luckily BOS moving is extremely helpful and got on the phone and found me another storage facility open with units available. Only problem is that it was on the other side of town. Stay away from these people, there is NO customer service. I got stuck paying movers for close to 3 extra hours of movers ($300) due to them..
