I spend a lot of plant money here. Recently got a banana tree for 29.00. Umbrella for the yard. Also Behr chaulk paint for my current project. And their Masonry paint for brick makeover and mortar between rocks!

Shane came to our house to measure for wooden floors we are getting installed. He was extremely respectful, courteous, and professional. He did a great job and was done in no time. Very pleasant experience. Represented his company very well.

My local Home Depot is always on point. I never had any problems with finding help or even waiting in long lines.

Ordered and paid online. Went to pick up and received less than I paid for. They were indignant and basically implied I was lying about how much was on the order. (I ordered 5 cans of stain...all the same color...they only gave me 4) After looking the order up in their computer, and me showing them the screenshots of the completed order...and several minutes of waiting for them to fiddle around...They FINALLY opened the orders cupboard and saw my other can sitting there in plain sight. Had they just looked in the first place...There would have been no need to imply I was not on the up and up. Poor customer relations.

Be prepared for a long wait to get blinds cut. I waited 45 minutes during which two pages were made and I tried calling their main phone# only to get voicemail. I gave up and told the front desk I was going to Lowes. It would be smart if they had a button at stations that require assistance so they know help is needed. I heard Lowes does....

Huge store, well stocked, store employees are in the isles asking if they can help. We live about a half mile from Home Depot abercorn savannah. Weve been looking for window blinds for the house for about a month to no avail. Thought wed give pooler a shot... bingo!. They are without a doubt the largest, well stocked, Home depot Ive ever seen. See for yourself.

I wanted to get some paint for my shutters. I found a color I liked at Lowes and was told that they didnt have any paint in stock and couldnt make the quart I needed. I then went to the Pooler HD store but couldnt find a color close to what I had picked out at Lowes. I was going to leave when one of the Home Depot employees asked if he could help me. Eric matched the color perfectly. He was professional, polite, and very knowledgeable. I hope Home Depot knows what an excellent employee they have in Eric.

I love going to Home Depot, but its not as convenient as I would like. I have two stores that are 45 minutes to 1 hour away, those are the closest ones to me. I wish Home Depot would build a store on the west side of Liberty County or east side of Long County on US 84, they would get plenty of business from the area.

You have to wonder about a place that hires a manager who doesnt know where items are in the store. The Pooler GA location did just that. Otherwise good place but quit hiring token employees to fill some kind of hiring mandate and people who know what they are doing.

Took 4 and a half months for a simple door+frame install.Randy in lumber was rude and condescending for the entire experience.Jeff in management doesn’t know how to call customers back when he says he will.Jamie the contractor needs to take accountability when he messes up.The original date for this was 2 weeks after I put in the order in January and the first mistake was that the wrong measurements were given to the contractors by Randy and I then had to wait 2 months for the door and frame to be “special ordered”Fast forward two months and the new appointment date is here, contractors show up with the door, but no frame.A few more weeks pass and I finally get a call from the contractors to set up another appointment and I ask if they’re bringing the frame and they said no it wasn’t on the order details.All throughout this Ive called many times to get information about what is going on with my order and I get the youll get a call tomorrow only to never actually be called back.I finally had enough and called corporate and it was straightened out within the next week and a half but the fun doesn’t end there.The contractors they hired (Jamie) did not do clean, professional work and couldn’t even find the right house for the project. Showed up an hour earlier than I was notified he was going to and then left after no one answered the door at the wrong house.Finally I get a delayed voicemail and it’s him saying no one answered the door so he took the door back to Home Depot. I check my Ring doorbell and no one was at my door that morning, call him back and I get an attitude from him and he tells me he doesn’t want to deal with it. So I call Home Depot again and finally get it installed the same day and he was fuming the entire time. The caulking on the door is messy, the frame is beat up and has dents and chips and staples sticking out.If I could rate my experience any lower, I would. Go to Lowe’s.Edit: the kicker? I found the original order receipt and it reminded me how Randy begged me to leave a good review so the sweepstakes winner wouldnt be someone who left a bad review.

I Like Home Depot as my first choice 4 tools and garden equipment. They gave me a line of credit quick and easy.

This place has no clue what they are doing. The website showed a lawn mower in stock. Knowing how incompetent they are i called befor driving to the store 40 miles away pulling a trailor. I was told there was one in stock. I got to the store and no mower was there. I was told they havent had any in months. Clueless totally clueless.

DO NOT ORDER ON HOMEDEPOT.COM AND SHIP TO POOLER LOCATION. Ordered 65sf bathroom tile. Arrived at store broken. No phone call, found out by calling home depot.com. Placed replacent order, arrived broken AGAIN. ALL 10 CASES! These have been shipped to store both times, I have not even got to see the tile. Mind you my bathroom has been torn apart for 2 weeks waiting for this. Called Pooler store. Customer service rep actually laughed at my problem. Can you imagine? Laughing at someones misfortune when you are a CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. If home depot cannot get tile shipped to their store in tact than why do they call themselves a home improvent store?? What a JOKE. But apparently Im the joke since the customer service LAUGHS at their customers. Called back to speak with manager and was put on eternal hold. 33 mins.. had my husband call and he got through in 1 minute.. I dont know it this is discrimination or what but I will be calling the corporate office in the morning so this does not happen to anyone else. DISGUSTING and will never set foot in a store that is run like this.

Needed to get some joint compound. Ride from Richmond Hill out towards the Savannah airport.Home Depot is always reliable, sometimes I just wish it was a Mom and Pop local place and not a corporation. In and out with peace of mind if getting exactly what I needed.

I went to Home Depot at 6AM this morning to pick up two special order exterior doors. I had the pleasure of having an exceptional young lady by the name of Jo help me find and load my doors. It took about 25 minutes to find someone to wait on me and answer questions me. But she was nice and tried to help but with limited knowledge of what she was doing. However, she called another store and they were able to answer all my questions and she was able to help me find everything I needed to complete my project. All said and done, I had a pretty good buying experience and pleased with the service.

Absolute clown show. Placed an $884 pick up order online for a grill and accessories. Never received a pick up ready email. Tracked the status online. No update. So 4 days later I call to check status. Was told my order is ready. My father and law and I grab the trailer and drive 45 minutes to the store and what I ordered isn’t there. At all. They offered an upgraded grill but couldn’t understand the “more expensive” one was smaller than what I ordered. It just had WiFi. THEN they couldn’t find that one either! Said 15 were in stock. Complete waste of time and it took 5 employees to figure all of this out.

Its always crowded at this one and thus customer service suffers. We tried to purchase a refrigerator the other day and ended up leaving and going to Savannah because we couldnt get anyone to help us.

We didnt buy anything just did some browsing around in certain areas of the store for ideas and just to pass sometime. If you do have a project and need supplies you can come here to buy them or at least get an idea.

Excellent experience and customer service was great. The young man in garden shop brought me a motorized scooter and helped me find a seed spreader, then he loaded it also.

The Pooler Home Depot has been our go to place for over a decade. Recently they installed irritating speed bumps that made it a deciding factor to take our business to Loews. The previous speed bumps were enough to slow traffic in front of the store but the newly installed ones are entirely too high and too rough in vehicle suspensions.

If you need any type of home appliance go see Halla. She took care of us and helped make a normally hectic buying process much easier. Thank you for your awesome service!

First I wanna say the employees were helpful and there were plenty of them. The bad part is mostly my fault for not looking online to see the store didnt have what I wanted. I guess I just dont understand why the store doesnt carry all the tools that you can get online. I wanted a fuel 1/4 Milwaukee electric ratchet but all they had was the cheap version of it. And most of the smaller hand held Milwaukee tools were the cheap versions. I prefer to be able to look and see what Im buying first hand and not on a monitor and also to be able to get it that day and not wait on shipping. Just wish they had a better selection. I dont think Im being that picky to think they can stock a variety of tools instead of a large stock of just one kind.

Lumber Prices going sky high I can only go once a week now please help us carpenters builders The price OSB half Inch is ridiculous for the price of one Sheet today I could have bought 5 its not more a year and a 1/2 ago. Help us out with this home depot it is going to be impossible to build a home if the lumber prices go up everyday And I see a lot of lumber trucks were is it all going???

Four years ago I fell on a dip in the pavement near the sidewalk, while walking into Home Depot in Pooler.I called the store and the manager filed a report.I have been talking and emailing with their insurance company ever since. The pavement was fixed, but the injuries to my foot cannot be. The fall caused nerve damage, and early onset of arthritis, causing pain on a daily basis.Home Depot stalled me out until it was too late to file a legal complaint.Now my calls go unreturned, my emails unanswered, and basically shown that this company is not interested in loyal patrons, just its bottom line.

Its been a long time since I shopped Home Depot. I always use to shop at a Home Depot, but the quality of lumber has gone down and the price is not even worth it. There are more selections of products here, but when it comes to lumber...first 6 boards of 1x4s I pulled were damaged or warped in some way. Its not worth the drive from Hinesville. Ill stick to Lowes.

Buyer beware! I wish zero stars was an option. Don’t buy any appliances from this store. I purchased a refrigerator for my elderly mother in June and it still hasn’t been delivered. The store doesn’t call back and when you do call them and get someone on the line they say that they can’t help your because appliances come from the supplier. THEN WHY DO YOU OFFER THEM IN THE STORE?!?!? I paid for it and the delivery has now been pushed to the end of September. That’s 3 months for a delivery. I could take a boat to China and back faster than that.

WE have been doing alot of Home improvements and we do shop around .But I can say everytime we had question they got answered and everytime we order online it has been just what we order and very quick to get it in the store. Now we have order from the other Home Improvement store in Pooler and everytime either they didnt have it, even tho the site said they did, off by a 100, or the order was mess up and very rude online customer service. Never had that at Home Depot! So Pooler Ga Home Depot is my store.
