This store has taken a nosedive when it comes to quality and customer satisfaction over the last couple of years. You will never be able to make a quick trip here because you will always have to wait 20+ minutes before it’s ready. The staff doing the best they can, but it’s too much some times. My best advice is to order WELL ahead before you actually plan on arriving because it will take the entire time for your drink to be made.

We went here not to long ago and was not impressed at all.Took my kids here to get some drinks and cake pops.They do not let anyone inside to sit down.The only solution was to use the drive through. We were in the drive through for 45 minutes and the kids fought, screamed, then fell asleep.I told person at the drive through about the wait and what we had to go through. He just shrugged his shoulders and said sorry.As if they were handing out apologies like it was part of their job. Not sincere at all.I do not recommend this place at all.

I highly recommend this location! I will only go to this one now because the new location by lowes treated me awful and made my drink wrong and then argued with me. They then proceeded to tell me that this Starbucks was doing it wrong. My drink looked wrong and tasted wrong. I called this Location and talked to Garrett and informed him of what I had been through and he stepped up and offered to remake my drink even though I did not even go to this location. That says a lot about his customer service. I appreciate it very much, because he didnt have to do anything about it because it wasnt his problem to fix. But that goes to show he takes pride in his job and making the company he works for look good! Yall go see him!

The manager and the drive through employee desperately need training in business and customer service.We ordered a HOT Caramel Ribbon Crunch, they did not have the drizzle for the drink, so we ask for a substitute and were told it would be 0.60 to replace it with a different drizzle, so we ask if they can reduce the cost because they didnt have what was supposed to be on the drink and want to charge extra to replace it with something else. Guy puts manager on speaker, she offers us a $4 recovery card. So instead of giving us .60 worth of drizzle (easiest option), they gave us $4 off our next order, so Starbucks just ate $3.40 because they didnt want to replace something they are out of for free. The whole situation would have went totally different if he would have just offered a different drizzle for the drink in the beginning since they were out of the correct one. Side Note: I am not being a Karen Ive worked in the service industry for a long time and this situation could have been easily deflected if the drive through employee was smart enough to replace something they are out of for free. No manager would have gotten involved, no argument would have started.

Waited 50 minutes for my mobile order. Their system is broken. People walking in would order and get their drinks as I was waiting for my mobile order to be filled. Drive thru line was so long but faster than the mobile order pick. At least 30 unhappy people in line all complaining. Not happy with this one.

Told them decaf, they claimed I never said decaf...so I said well I need it decaf (even though I know what I said and im hypersensitive to caffeine) they get irritated. Complaining about their day with the window open and then give me my correct drink. I take 2 sips...instantly have a reaction to it (because its not decaf). I dont know why its so hard for people to be considerate of others? I was extremely polite the whole time, even though they didnt get my order correct the 1st time and they still couldnt be bothered to fix it.Trash.

Very slow service. Got to the car and had the wrong sandwich. Walked back in and 3 employees completely ignored me and I had to speak up for help. They gave me the new sandwich and discovered after I left it was not completely heated and had ice in the middle. This was a wasted trip of time and money. Stay away.

First of all this location is slow every time I order a drink and get there 15 mins late to pick it up it’s still not ready so not sure what order ahead is good for. Second their customer service is disgusting if you hate what you do maybe you shouldn’t be there. And third I went today to PICK UP my mobile order, it was pouring outside and the call box they have before the window has no shelter it’s literally a small little box so I pull into the drive through window instead to be greeted rudely by this boy ive never seen working there before until today and he tells me that next time I need to stop at the call box and let them know I’m here so they can have my order ready which is fine but I told him it was raining and he proceeded to just snap and say the same thing “next time you need to stop at the box” so rude for no reason I would have been understanding. It’s not that big of a deal you need me to alert you so you can take 1 step to the right and grab my drink that’s already ready??? I love Starbucks and sadly this pooled location is the only one around here until the new one by savannah quarters opens which I hope has better customer service.

I hope it’s a company store, because if it’s franchised, the franchisee is not getting all they could put of this business. Please, go visit 10 other Starbucks stores in the local area and see how they do it, then go implement changes. You are losing money.

This location has fallen so far on its customer service a d cleanliness. Opens late often, and the staff treats you like it is your privilege to be in their presence. I use to praise this location for making everyone feel welcome now I condemn this place. Someone at their corporate level really needs to fix this place. They have made me a fan of no longer being a customer. I have been coming here since this location opend 4 or 5 years ago. I was pretty much a daily customer, I have been cutting back due to service and now I am done. The pictures attached are shortly after the opened 30 minutes late. This is how bad it looks first thing in the morning.

I just want to be able to come to this Starbucks at least once and receive the drink I order. My drink is wrong EVERY single time and if I’m going to pay $5 for a drink I want it made the way I order. The person taking the Order usually always gets it because the label is *usually* correct, but they either don’t pay attention or don’t care to take the time to make it right. Also always long long wait times and it closes early at 1 pm apparently.

Went inside and ordered a drink at 11am, didn’t get it, asked someone at almost noon where my drink was and they told me I’d be better off with a refund.After almost an hour, I was able to get my drink.Went through the drive through a few days later, I ordered a trenta and they gave me a venti. When I asked if it could be corrected, I got an eye up and down, eye roll and snotty “we’ll make it right now.” And when I asked for a straw, they rolled their eyes and handed it to me like it was garbage.I get working in customer service isn’t the most fun thing in the world but come on, they could have done it without the attitude.

There’s nothing more that I love doing other than wasting my time waiting in the longest(by time) drive thru ever only to be served a coffee with a broken top that spills coffee all over my white shorts and white car seats. On top of other experiences- where I’ve multiple times gotten wrong coffee after waiting more than 45 minutes in line, I think this one did it for me. This has got to be the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever been to and will absolutely not be back. Also the manager here needs training on how to treat customers.

Slowest location I have every been at. I ordered a matcha in person at 7:10 am. I got my matcha at 7:50 am. The person that ordered after me got their drink before me 10 minutes before me. And when I got my drink it wasn’t even filled to the top. I get that they’re busy but they need to find a new solution to in person orders with mobile orders because I was waiting there for over 45 minutes and now I’m late for work.

I love coffee and we dont have any good options in Pooler so Ive had to go to this Starbucks locations on a few occasions and every time I get so upset that I went. Floor was dirty with a puddle in front of the pick up counter, along with dirty tables. 7 employees behind the counter m, 2 of then standing around. The floor behind the counter was worse. The baristas are not enunciating the drinks so you cant hear when or if they called your drink out. They are definetly subpar. Will avoid this location from now on.

Just stopped off heading back to South Carolina. Pretty upset. I usually get my regular hot tea that I have been getting for years. The price is always $2.76. I like water with my hot tea and steamed half and half. Lakata charged me $4.45 for the same tea that I asked for the same way for years. I told her I do not want the latte and she did it anyway. I will never go back to that location. I used to work in the industry and it makes me a little upset when the barista is not listening to what you want. Don’t be in the industry if can’t do your job correctly.

The cashiers need to be retrained on basic customer service and being efficient. There is always a line without fail. And it always takes 15 to 20 minutes to get your coffee. Even mobile orders take a long time. They really just should hire help.

Mobile order is usually great but I was able to make an order at 4:45 today just to show up to the store at 5pm and the store was closed. Very frustrating. Not sure if I can get a refund either since there’s no way to cancel your order on the app. Half the time my drink is wrong when I mobile order as well. Super annoyed with this Starbucks.

Didn’t receive what I ordered multiple times. Cashier made simple mistake of forgetting to input a 1.00 charge and the girl made me go back and asked me to pay after I told them I ordered the drink with the cold foam topping. After paying I had to wait an extra 20 mins while workers looked at me and whispered about my order whilst also being very rude and snappy. Sylvia at the cashier was the only reasonable person and the only reason I am giving two stars because of her kindness and service, even though she made an easily fixable mistake.

This is not the first time this has happened so I’m finally documenting my experience. I pulled into the drive through line at 4:38. Ordered my drink at 5:06... pulled away with my drink at 5:24... this is a line you can’t get out of once you’re in it. I suggest this location takes a page out of the playbook from chick-fil-a at victory and skidaway... have two lines, have people outside taking orders... ANYthing to make this process faster. On top of that, drink prices have increased and it is not worth it to wait for 46 minutes for a $6.05 drink.

Run away from this starbucks, not sure what the problem is but everytime you come, you would atleast take 30-45 min for a drink through the drive through probably the slowest starbucks ever, and also when its your turn half the stuff wont be available and your drink will be made in an incorrect way!! The drive through takes 20 minutes to get through at 3pm on a Wednesday, and no option to do in-store pickup. I understand Covid and the restrictions, but its not an enjoyable experience to walk in, get told your order cant be taken that you have to use the app. Then told the app wont take your order either, that you have to go wait in a 20 minute drive through line. Were talking about coffee here, no where in any of this process should it ever take 20 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Ill consider revision of this review after Covid to see if they change the experience.

We went through the drive through and ordered two drinks, one grande and one venti. Lady took our order and told us to pull forward. We did but got stuck behind the customer in front of us for approximately 25 minutes. Eventually a Starbucks employee approached our vehicle, on foot, and accused us of moving some chalkboard sign saying they were closed... we did not!! Then we pulled forward, only to be handed the incorrect order. Then the employee at the window accused us of ordering differently. Maybe they could remember if they hadn’t held up the line for 25 minutes? Well Starbucks in Pooler, I’m done until you can teach your employees about customer service and get your act together!

Update - it is just getting worse, not better. The last time I went it literally took 40 minutes to get my coffee. And the staff are often rude, especially when a drink gets messed up.The new manager has changed the policies and now the line backs up so far it takes anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes to get through the drive through. This is constantly, all day, every day. Shes also doesnt allow drinks to be remade when theyre messed up.
