Pharmacy tech Terry needs a day off. Unintentionally raised her voice at me because I was on hold then my call dropped so I had to call back. I’m sure it looked like I was double dialing but call simply dropped but I had to get lectured about how busy they are instead. Time to show people grace and it assume everyone is being rude to you

Anna is a new girl so if you have to wait for things by her, you better expect it will take more than 3 times longer than you expect.

So I brought my prescription in to be filled. The pharmacy was open. Jennifer the pharmacist was standing at the counter playing on her phone. The person that to my script said they would not fill it till the next day. There is no notification that the department stops filling or stops taking prescription at a certain time. She would not fill it. Lazy, unprofessional people should not work in health care. Sad sad sad. I can see why so many people leave bad reviews. I will be sending bad reviews to anywhere I can find. Maybe they will get a more precessional leadership group.

I would give this pharmacy, especially Tiara, 10 times this many stars if I could. The service I received was far above and beyond. I was traveling and needed a refill on my meds, which required a transfer from a different Walmart pharmacy. I had already wasted an hour and a half at a Walmart south of Savannah trying (unsuccessfully) to get the refill. After giving up there, I called the Pooler Walmart, which was along our route. Not only did Tiara go the extra mile, calling both the original pharmacy and the one that failed to do the refill, she had me stay on the phone with her until she was sure my Rx would be ready and waiting for me when I arrived. Truly caring customer service!!

The female pharmacist should be fired. Period. Its just so sad when a patient knows more about a medication (a simple salt off the periodic table) than an ill behaved power hungry ignorant pharmacist. Ill order from Canada online from now on, thank you.

Makes 29 hrs we have been waiting for a prescription to be filled. We called and asked if it was ready the lady told us yes over the phone once we drove there and got to the pick up counter which all together took us (15mins) we were told it was not ready. Needless to say we are currently transferring the medications to CVS. Also, there was insurance issues, and misunderstandings. We were told it was approved, then that it wasnt. Very rude staff.

My husband went in to pick up meds for a colonoscopy. They told him it was $119. We have insurance and have used that pharmacy before but apparently they had no record of our insurance. We also were supposed to get a $10 rebate off because our Dr said it was part of the electronic script. Lady at counter said she knew nothing about it. He called me at home and I told him just don’t pick it up and I’ll go next week and get it and figure it out. I called our Dr who assured me that there was a $10 coupon attached to the electronic script. My insurance company assured me that the drug was covered. I went in and spoke with a pharmacy tech named Kia. She spoke with me like I was an imbecile. Said there was no rebate! Also chastised me because she said my husband didn’t provide them with insurance info so how would they know? Well we have filled scripts before st Walmart so I thought they would have our info on the system. Also when they told him it was over a hundred dollars and he was shocked, I would think they would say well if you have insurance we can see if it’s covered. No bedside manner and very uncaring and rude. Not impressed.

Using this pharmacy is like dying a slow, excruciating death. These are the least competant and most uncaring customer service employees I have ever encountered. I would rather go without my meds and risk my health than spend 3-4 hours each month waiting in their various lines for them to screw up my prescriptions/insurance info/bills. If zero stars was an option, it would still be too damn high.

Husband walks in to fill my daughters meds. They did not ask him for insurance, I thought they already had her info. Had to wait in slow pick up line to find out that they didnt have insurance on file. Had to wait in slow drop off line to give insurance info. Had to wait again in slow pick up line. Total wait to get meds, 2 1/2 hours. NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME TO THIS WALMART FOR ANYTHING!!! Even the cashiers are slow.

This pharmacy is run by complete morons, like literally the dumbest people on earth. First they ran my insurance wrong and tried to double charge me for my prescription, then when I pointed out their error they refused to fix it or do anything that resembled a resolution. So I asked for the prescription back and they claimed to have shredded it, seriously. So I asked them to transfer it to a different pharmacy and they claimed they couldnt. So basically I wasted 2 hours and just ended up having to go back to my doctor to get a new prescription written because of these idiots. So they can count me as one customer lost thanks to their poor customer service.
