Great service in the shop, nothing bad to say about that part. But the service when something goes wrong is terrible.1. They are far from being easy to reach2. It takes a long time, including investigations, to get the problem sorted out.3. And last but not least; they blame the costumer for the default.We bought a rug at this store and after 1 month we saw that the rug quality started to wear down real quick. We never walk with shoes on the rug, our dog never lays on it and still it wore down like nothing else. We tried to brush it to become fluffy again, but the fiber didnt respond to that at all. The part where we have our coffee table still looks good, because we dont touch it. I asked for help and after a whole investigation this was their conclusion:The sections of the rug that are worn down are where the customer placed objects (its actually the opposite). The rug should be brushed out for it to remain fluffy (we tried, but no) and the customer should rotate the rug for it to not wear down as quick (so it will look evenly bad you mean?)I did not expect a new rug or anything like that, but something better than this is your fault. With that being said: I would not take the risk again, buying anything from this store.

The staff at La-z-Boy are amazing. I knew the furniture I wanted, but one of the colors was no longer available. They seemed to read my mind with what I wanted and were able to bring out a better selection for me. They put my floor plan on the computer and set up my furniture to show how it would look in each room. Way better than I would have done! Great Job.

Bought a lovely dark brown with red tones leather sectional for a room that I thought was too small for something this large. They gave great advice on placement and the pieces can be arranged differently than displayed in store. It brought life to the room. Looks great. Have a coupon expires 10/21 if u want.Only concern is neck support on recliners.

Our sales person was Jhovan and we couldn’t be more pleased. She was exceptionally pleasant and knowledgeable and we couldn’t have asked for anyone better. She is phenomenal!! I can’t say enough good things about her. The Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because we ordered our chairs in may and it took La-Z-Boy until end of August to get them to us. I feel like with the high price (they’re worth it) there should have been a bit more quick to get them into the customers hands. With that being said, we absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE our new set of chairs.

Hard to believe these recent reviews!! If I could have given zero stars I would have!! After driving an hour to LaZboy in Pooler, my husband and I were thrilled to have found our new furniture!! Not only that, furniture was on sale!! We were looking at 3 pieces of furniture. With trade-in sale we were looking at sale discount total of $1500. Heres the catch...we were told sale ended end of month....7 days right?!?! Wanted to look at fabric options at home.Drive back next day (again hour both ways) to only be informed after order is written up, sale offer no longer valid, but hey, as a favor, we will take $500 off. little bait an switch you think?! Got a call into corporate. SHOPPER BEWARE!!Andrew (store manager), may want to let your franchise owner know, it was very much worth our while to reach out to another LaZBoy gallery.Treated with sooo much more respect knowledge and professionalism. The design team was awesome to work with ~ they were very patient and not pushy at all. They were available for input and questions as we put two rooms together with purchases. The quality of the furniture is very good for the price point. I am giving my oldest son my current La-Z-Boy Carolina Room furnishings, they are 20 years old and are in remarkable shape. The furniture we purchased is all made in the USA 🇺🇸 as that is a requirement for me. I would most certainly recommend La-Z-Boy!

Cant sell anything on sales floor. You must order and it takes 3 to 3 1/2 months. Possibly longer. They definitely lost my sale because of this fact.

My review contains the buying process at the Pooler, Ga store. We ordered a rocker/recliner but will wait a month to receive it which was fine with us.Upon entering (our face mask on) the store we we were greeted by Dallas Harper who assisted us in our search for a recliner. The store staff all wore face mask as well. Dallas was very knowledgeable about the recliners we looked at. The manager of the store also assisted in explaining the manufacturing process of the recliners. We’re are very happy with our decision of a Lazy Boy recliner. For us it was a 5-star experience as Dallas and the staff of the store made the shopping experience entertaining and safe.

I went in to purchase a recliner, the one i really wanted would not be in until almost September. I guess because of Covid so much is on back order. The one I finally settled on will be delivered in June. They did want to charge me 50.00 to come pick up my own chair from the store 🤔🤔 I said thats crazy so the salesperson wavied that fee. I have two La-Z-y boys at my home in another state, they are the best recliners out there.

Visited Saturday November 14th. Prepared to purchase 2 high end recliners. Sales lady seemed like she didnt like her job. Sales manager seemed apathetic. No questions were asked as to our needs, in fact she just walked away for awhile. Was weird, so we did not purchase and just wanted to get out of there. Today we purchased from someone local, better price and product! Looking forward to these two recliners and will post our rating on their website when all is delivered. He was very friendly and respectful and asked the questions of our needs! As a fellow salesperson I appreciated his expertise.

Had a great experience buying our love seat here the sales person was extremely professional and knew what type of fabric would work the best for our house full of dogs. It was just delivered today and the two gentlemen who delivered it went out of their way to ensure it would fit through one of our doorways. This is what a quality company does to take care of customers. I wish I knew their names so I could give them credit for their excellent customer service.

Wow, very impressed with Dona and the designer Damini. We started with a few ideas and they made it a beautiful, comfortable living space. I have had Lazy Boy furniture in the past and it has held up well. You can buy cheaper but it won’t last and then you are back to square one. Think about it and spend your money on quality. I would personally recommend this store and employees.We ended up having a design consult which showed us what the room would look like. Very helpful! I felt no pressure to buy and the time and work they put in was expected. A great experience!

I like my couch but had a horrible experience with delivery. The day of delivery they had to cancel because of truck issues. Promised to redeliver at 7:30 am did not show. I had to miss out of 3 hours of work for them to finally show. Would not recommend

While the staff was helpful in designing our new couch, our salesperson grossly underestimated the time for delivery. We ordered on November 23rd being told it would take 8-12 weeks. I called for an update on January 8th and was told it would not be in the warehouse until the middle of June. It is understandable for the process to take a while, but the sales staff should be honest about the timeframe when their customers are spending so much money on their products.

My experience was awesome! Jason was really friendly and patient with us. He made sure everything was taken care of! I definitely will be coming back for more furniture!

Outstanding experience from start to finish. We worked with Natasha who was knowledgable and took extra time to assure we found the right couch for our needs.

I purchased a chair that reclines, head and feet recline independently. The reclining feature doesnt always work so I reported it hoping to get it fixed. One month later they sent me a new cord. The problem is the little black box. The replacement cord didnt fix the problem. Plus the head rest vinyl started to deteriorate? They blamed the stuff I use in my hair, i would agree except i dont use anything, just water. The chairs are expensive but dont work and Lazy Boy doesnt stand behind their products.

The furniture is fine but this store has the worst customer service ever. We have been trying get a situation dealt with because we were lied to at purchase about being able to return a coffee table, and now even though it hadnt even left there warehouse they are refusing to refund it. Instead every time we call it go by we are told someone else will be in contact with us the next day only to never hear from them. If your going to spend this much money on a piece of furniture, if do it somewhere else.

We used the design services at LaZ Boy because we were clueless as to what to do with our space. We had 3 associates helping us and they were all fantastic! We ended up purchasing a sectional, recliner and rug! We are so excited for our purchase to arrive!

I made an order there for a dinning table and twice its been delivered wrong. Instead of apologizing and fixing the issue, I been lied to and insulted by their manager Roger. I asked for their corporate number since he didnt want to fix the issue and was been rude to me, and he gave me their delivery guys number. Well I have the internet and I can find out the number and it just look worst on him. Honestly never complained before on anything but their treatment has been the worst I have received. For how pricey their stuff is, I would think they would have better customer services.

DO NOT BUSINESS HERE!!! They will be nice to you on the showroom floor but have no customer service after the fact. if they tell you anything about an order prior to the sale they will afterwards. They refer you to a manager that does not exist or if they do they just will not contact you.

Very nice with great furniture selections from sectionals to custom ottomans. Be prepared to wait a while before getting your items due to COVID, the wait for delivery is really long (4-5) months!

I was extremely disappointed when I learned at checkout that they add $50 to deliver the item to their own store (not to the customer). This could be easily avoided by adding plus shipping to the ticket, or just adding $50 to the amount of the chair. I think this is very misleading. They keep nothing in stock, so they charge shipping for everything.

I was very indecisive when I was looking for furniture. I think I sat on every single couch! Natasha Wampler was very patient with describing the pros and cons for the type of chairs. I narrowed down the selection and requested assistance from the design team. The team came out to measure and brought me fabric and rug samples. This made part of my experience so much fun! Being able to see the fabrics in the lighting in my home made it come to life! Within a few hours, I meet with designer Heather to see the final layout. Sold!!! I will be returning for the next project!!!

The quantity of recliners on display was vast enough to allow my husband to see which ones fit him the best. The salesperson guided him to different styles We were lucky enough to find a clearance leather recliner that turned out to be his favorite. Although our visit was quick, we walked out with a recliner he loves.

I posted a review an facebook and rather than reply, it was deleted. I went to the store today to shop for living room furniture. Being a conscientious person, I wore my mask. When I entered the store the sales rep that greeted me was not wearing a mask nor practicing social distancing. When I stepped back to maintain at least 6 feet the rep and his peer laughed at my action. If Lazy Boy cared about their customers and the health of their employees they would wear masks and maintain 6 ft of distance. I did not appreciate the reaction from your staff.

We purchased 2 couches yesterday at this location, and I just have to say how disappointed I am with the lack of service. I should even say, that we received ZERO service. We 100% made all decisions on our own, were never asked if we needed help, asked for everything we needed, and got NO follow-up. Not even kidding, I did multiple laps around the store grabbing samples and asking for sample books. There were LOTS of employees on the floor (sitting down, relaxing, drinking a coke, and literally watching us run around the floor), and not all of them were actively with customers/doing any kind of work. The responded to questions, but never even took it another step to connect. It was crazy clear we were buying that day, and not ONE person even checked on us. When we made our decision, we should not have had to question who to go to and who deserved the sale. We walked up to the desk to check out, just like you would at a grocery store. I certainly do not ever expect to waited on hand and foot (thats the worst), but NO ONE even bothered to make a connection with us. We made a substantial purchase, and could not have felt worse about the whole process. I would NOT recommend this store.

Months earlier I shopped the showroom, decided on the Trouper. Due to the pandemic, I shopped online using the AR tool and ordered swatches. I reached back to the store, working with Dona to complete the order. It was reassuring to hear the details of the order and available coverage.

The sales people at your Pooler GA store urgently need training on customer service. Not very helpful and caring except for the young girl. My impression was that they only wanted the sale without providing any advice about what I was buying, or suggesting what would suit me better.
