They ...were very helpful ...with cuttng glass.
Great place to get a glass cut to size
Very nice lady at front desk
Went to purchase glass for a window and I had the frame of the glass. The lady who worked the front desk there was rude and spoke to me like a child. I was able to look past that, in order to come to a resolution. We decided to have someone come out to my home to measure the glass we needed. The two gentlemen were very polite and measured the window. I never received a phone call to follow up. I sent my husband to go back to the company and the lady was also very rude to him! I thought maybe she was having an OFF day but to also be rude to my husband, that was it! I never really post negative things about businesses but whether this lady is the owner or she just works upfront. This company should be made aware that potential customers are turned off by “know it all” attitudes and poor customer service. We will not recommend this place to anyone and I really hope the lady upfront learns to treat people with respect. We are not all not glass experts and seek their business/assistance without being scolded or disrespected!
Wow! Great experience! I called “The other guy” and all I received was condescending attitude; Called All American and they were helpful, patient and focused on helping me solve my problem. Sincerely pleased with the customer service from all the staff and a special shout out to Jimmy and Sherri!I’ll be sure to recommend your company to any of my customers for all their glass needs in the future. Thanks for the support.Brooks PerezOwner, FSH
I agree with the others that the front desk lady wasn’t very hospitable. However the guy who actually cuts the glass was extra nice & did an exceptional job. I think the lady should rethink her career. Doesn’t seem to like or enjoy people
All American Glass fixed my coffee table door that my 2 year old son broke with his head. they completed it in about an hour and then told me merry Christmas and that it was on them! they have all my business and referrals! thank you so much for such a sweet gesture! You just made this moms whole month! Cant even tell it was broken :)
Weve used this company twice, first to replace glass in a broken window, second to replace glass in a glass-topped end table. Both times they were quick, professional, and affordable. Definitely recommend.
They called when my glass was ready and worked with me to get the measurements right. Thank you all!!!!!
A few months ago during a wind storm, a canopy from my porch blew over and busted my kitchen window. I had been putting fixing it off, thinking it would be quite costly. However, I’m moving and needed to fix it, because obviously it’s not my property destroy. So I stopped by American Glass on Tuesday, went inside and spoke to Missy, she gave me an estimate and then proceeded to tell me she was booked until next week. I understood as this was pretty last minute and I just walked in.We get into further conversation, and she tells me she thinks she has someone in my area that may be able to do it THAT DAY. So she called them and he agreed. So not only was my “estimate” almost spot on, but they fixed my window that day in less than 15 minutes. The service technicians were super nice and very respectful.I only tell you all this to say, everyday we hear about companies with bad customer service, companies that just don’t care and are out to make a dollar, and companies that are just “too big for their britches”. With so much negativity I wanted to share my positive experience. My experience here was pleasant, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.Thank you All American Glass Co for the awesome service!
Awful experience. Rude receptionist.
The big lady with the short white hair at the front desk was as rude as Karen’s come. Lots of eye rolling and attitude because I came in seeking repair of a mirrored nightstand. Refused service because the mirror panel that needed replacing was “too small” to place just one order. If that’s the case they should display that there is some kind of minimum or something to that sort.
Might be a decent place for glass... But every time you try to talk to them they just seem to put you on hold. Then attempting to order a semi regular piece of glass, they tell you it will be 10 days for it. I ended up going to Lowes and having it done in the spot in 4 minutes. Guess my company will quite trying to use this business. Entirely too hard to deal with
Unfortunately, I have to say my experience and opinion of this company is AWFUL! The glass for my sliding glass door was replaced less than six months ago when it broke again. I called expecting the same price (for the exact same thing) but was shocked when I was told it would be $100 more. We had to get it fixed so we ordered it (and paid up front per their policy). Almost three weeks later I finally received a call saying it was in and ready to schedule the install. I made the appointment and told my husband to be here waiting on their representative at the appointment time. My husband was here waited around and when the guy showed up, he proceeded to tell him that the piece of glass on his truck was actually broken and he would install it but it would more than likely break in the next month. So my husband went ahead and told him no, for $400 we expect and undamaged piece of glass. I called their office and have them order a new piece of glass. At that time I was told it would probably be just a week and a glass would be in. Almost three weeks later I finally received a call saying the new glass was in and that there was an opening for this Thursday at 3:30. I took the appointment and even had my husband come home an hour earlier than the appointment time just to make sure he didnt miss the guy. At 4:45 I spoke with my husband and no one had been to our house. I proceeded to call their office where I got a voicemail saying they were closed. I left a message asking to be called first thing the next morning since this is the second time that the glass was not installed. After getting off the phone my husband text me and said the guy had arrived. I got home less than 15 minutes later and the door was already fixed and the technician was gone. When I went outside the next morning I noticed there was glass all over the ground from where they removed the debris from the broken window. I was super unhappy about this as well. Assuming their office would call me back I waited to hear from them. It is now 130 in the afternoon the next day. I attempted to call them but after telling the lady who answered the phone what was going on she said I am going to have to call you back and hung up. Seriously?! It amazes me that they are still in business considering they dont seem to care about their customers. I am super disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone.
Very helpful, friendly and professional
This company is horrible to deal with. The guy Jimmy Bob is the rudest guy in the world. They make you feel like if you were dying of thirst you may think twice before giving them a penny for a bottle of water .amazing they can stay in business.
Rude Rude Rude. The receptionist barely had the courtesy to look up from what she was doing to acknowledge me when I walked in. When she did and opened her mouth it got worse with every word. When I called back to check on my order after several days (since they didnt call as promised) she was again very rude and condescending. Now I read other reviews and it appears that this is their business model. Find some other place for your glass work.
They always sell us glass. It is always satisfactory.
Theyll cut glass to fit your frames and very reasonable pricing.
Good customer service
I wish I could give them 5 stars for timeliness and cost, unfortunately it did not end there. They broke the plastic retainers (the manager called them stops) so I asked if they could fix it. The manager came straight out of his office with his voice raised that they did not have those pieces in stock and he could not fix it. I said If I walk into your house and break something, I would be expected to fix it. He responded with he wasnt going to fix it. I said, fine, just show me online what I need and he said he could not. Thats when I became frustrated and raised my voice (he backed off a little), but he held his ground and refused to help me with correcting the issue. I would fix it myself, but his people used liquid nails, so the window retainers are permanently secure but visibly broken and unfixable, AND I have to clean up their caulking mess. Totally unprofessional, not worth using unless you take your own IGU out, but then you could just measure and order your own online. BTW, the new glass does not match the other windows. Minor inconvenience, but another example of why not to choose this place. To boot, he followed me out to my truck to keep the interaction going (Im considerably larger, so Im not sure what he thought would happen) and he gave me his card with his bosses name written in marker, ostensibly to get me to call him back and pretend it was his boss? Not sure, he was a total douche.
We specified YKK curtain wall and storefront products for our windows on our home. YKK, who is a nationally recognized manufacturer of commercial curtain wall and storefront products, recommended a local installer who was supposedly qualified to install their product. After detailed forensic investigations by two qualified exterior building envelope specialists it was determined that the installer improperly installed the YKK products and left us with a house that has significant water infiltration and leaks. Neither the installer, All-American Glass, or YKK is willing to help us correct the defective installation or provide any assistance regarding the remedial action required to prevent further water infiltration. YKK recommended the installer and assured us that All American was a trained and qualified installer of their products. We continue to have significant interior damage to our floors and drywall due to the water infiltration as a result of the incorrectly installed window system. We do not recommend the YKK product or the installer, All-American Glass.
Good business
The receptionist is so rude! And they cannot make a schedule more than a week in advanced, yet they can book me for a month in advanced. So confusing and not helpful!!
Great staff, great service
We have used this company may times. They are always nice and very professional.
U have no idea how rude the lady who answers the phone really is. Missy is Satans Secretary!!!
The best glass shop around!
They get the job done right !
Not trustworthy, the lady who does the billing just doubled the price on the glass installation. She said it is a new pricing because we have a new owner, though the owners picture on the wall is still the same.
Missy the lady who answered the phone hung up on me three times. THREE times. Absolute worst service I have ever received! DO NOT USE THEM!!!
They didnt want to help me
Clean and great work
Great service
Extremely Rude.
Idiots
