Excellent service. They don’t leave you with a greasy smelling car, very clean. Plus they’re honest!! Which should say a lot. I feel the prices are reasonable and they are quick but get the job done right too. There’s clearly great communication between the office and the mechanics. My truck broke down on a friday, right outside of the building, one of their guys helped me move it out of danger. They made me an appointment for Monday to check out my rig but immediately got to it that day. They couldnt fix my issue but they recommended and even got me quotes for parts and a reputable shop that could. Front Counter was extremely cordial. Mechanics were super knowledgeable. All around great experience

They are caring, and I feel that they have served our family well.I husband recently passed away. He trusted them and I feel better that when I tell them I am planning a long trip, that they make sure my car is is goid shape. So thankful!!!

I was on my way to a Dental appointment in Poplar Bluff, when I noticed I had a tire loosing air. I drove to Raven Tire, where the gave me a ride to the Veterans Administration, while they worked on my tire. It was discovered that the tire was damaged beyond repair, so with the help and professionalism of Brandon, a salesman, he ended up selling me three more tires to finish up the rest of tires on my vehicle.. He gave me a good price and was very professional.. He an asset to Goodyear and has my business from now on.. one more thing I want to add, I will be driving an hour away just to do business with Raben Tire, just because of a tire that started out losing air and ended up with a great price for a set of Goodyear tires and nice people to do business with.. Had a screw in a front tire. When we pulled in they said it would be 20-30 wait. Which it was. Fixed quickly and on our way.

The lady at service desk, Ty, was very helpful & courteous. Work on new set of tires was performed to my satisfaction.

My appointment was at 3 I came in at 2:15. They said they were running on time. I went home to feed dogs. They were not ready for my car for at least 15 or 20 minutes. But I have Absolutely No complaints about the quality of my service. They are kind, courteous, and accommodating along with being extremely busy!!! I have used them for years and will continue to do so. They need to replenish their staff as it seems they don’t have as many as they used to have working in front and back!That would help with scheduling and walk-Ins.They had to turn 2 travelers away and give them directions to other places so they could continue their trips. Ordered valve stem extensions on Tuesday for duels on camper for Saturday because I was leaving on long trip out west and I could not check or air up my duels. Arrived at 7:45 am to have installed. They said sorry we don’t have correct ones even though on Tuesday when I called they said they did, so they ordered from napa and received finally at about 11:30am. They finally had them installed by about 12:30. Got home, washing camper Monday night for trip and noticed that one of the valve stems had come loose. So checked everything else. 2 brackets were backwards!!! 1 outside duel had 80 lbs air, other outside duel had 50lbs air!!! Don’t know what inside duels had because neither one of them Would WORK. One stem cap was metal other three were cheap plastic!!! I had stressed to them several times that I needed 65 lbs of air in them!!! I said this more than once !!!

You have to make appointments, but they’ve never gotten my car in on time. I understand that sometimes you run behind, but 3 times? The most recent was an inspection. They were 35 minutes late getting it in and then took them 50 minutes to tell me it wasn’t going to pass. Back in August I left it at 8:00. I came back at 3:00 and waited another hour and a half for them to tell me it wouldn’t be finished that day. Frustrating! I think the car repair is pretty good, but if you don’t want to spend a lot of time waiting, you should go elsewhere.

6 hours to not fix a lawn mower tire, would still be there had I not called. Said it was not getting a good seal around the rim but they fixed it with 80psi and sealant on it so that it could be flat the next day.

The people were very nice! Every thing I ask to be done was taken care of. I stayed in the waiting area while the repairs were being completed. They said it would take about two hours and that’s what it was.

I booked the appointment telling them EXACTLY what was wrong with the car. They accepted the Kobe, performed the $50 diagnostic confirming what I told them was the issue and then informed me they could not make the repair. I paid $50 to confirm what I knew to a place that could have told me up front they could not make the repair.

The folks working the counter were very friendly and helpful. and the prices were fair.

I needed vin number and odometer checked to get Missouri tags. They were very helpful and worked me in.

I bought 2 new steer tires for my semi truck 2 weeks ago one of them started losing air so I went back to the raben tire store at popular bluff mo where I got them to get it fixed it had a screw in the very center of tread I told them to patch it they will not patch a steer tire and put it back on my truck even though it is perfectly legal according to DOT rules to do so I was forced to by another $600 plus tire so I could get on my way so I would strongly recommend not buying tires here unless you like buying tires every 2 weeks as they will not try to work with you on it at all I am VERY VERY upset will never darken their door again unless this is resolved

After my fathers funeral down in the bootheel...my truck (dads actually) broke down outside of Poplar Bluff...Dad had always used Raben in Kennett for service, so when I finally got towed I had it taken to Raben in PB after hours. After a motel stay across the street, I walked over first thing in the morning, and explained my situation and how I needed to get back to Springfield. ALL of the staff bent over backwards to get my vehicle taken care of. There were several issues (water pump, serpentine belt, fan clutch and a radiator flush) And though it took the better part of the day to get it done, they kept me in the loop and called with updates and a time line and estimates along the way (which they kept good on their word on both counts)! I knew enough to know what needed to be done, and they didnt suggest or recommend or try to do anything that wasnt needed! I appreciated their professional, yet empathetic way that they handled my experience. They took the time to test drive it after and make sure all issues were taken care of and even checked the tires and made sure I was good to go without any other problems back to Springfield. I only caught the names of two of them, but Bryan Sisco Sisco was in contact with me several times and assured me they would take care of things. And Justin Rousan I believe is the one who handled the final paperwork. Id give this place more than 5 stars if allowed. They made a hard time (that was on top of a very hard week) a lot easier for me and got me back on the road as promised. I cannot thank them enough!!!!!!!!!!

Raben Tire & Auto provided my wife and I with the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. While traveling home from Tennessee our truck had a wheel bearing go bad, which obviously made further travel impossible. Eleven hours from home and with no idea where to find help, we limped back into Poplar Bluff. We were unable to find a mechanic to help us out (especially given that it was a weekend) and although it should have been our first stop, we eventually made our way to Raben Tire. Even though it was just after hours and over the weekend they jumped at the opportunity to help us get back on the road. I know they were swamped, but they refused to leave us stranded. We got a hotel room for the rest of the weekend and were back on the road in no time. We are very thankful for everything they did to help us out. They are a commendable, honest, and hard working group of people. If you’re in the area and in need of automotive service, save yourself the hassle and go straight Raben Tire & Auto Service!

So I got to Poplar Bluff after my wife let me know the van had a flat around 4:45pm and traveled to three different places each of which was too busy or not able to fit me in. Bryan(aka Sysco) was willing to get my wife’s car in and two new tires put on with only 30 minutes left in the day. I forgot the fella’s name at the front, but he was nice enough to come out and ask what I needed when I discovered the doors were locked and was walking back to the van. Well I was there for a silver oil change and after an hour and a half I was told they cannot rotate my tires cause I was missing a lug nut, and the stud was waisted and I would need a new stud, i had a new lug nut so I asked the manager to look at it and he said the stud was fine, and he said he would have the tech take it back in to rotate the tires and had to wait another 45 min, and after that I had the right front was at 32 lbs of pressure and after the supposed rotation my right front was still 32 lbs, thinking bout not goin back

They got to my emergency really quick.

I went in on Tuesday to get my tires repaired and they had to specially order them. They had them in by Thursday but when they were about to put them on one of my rims were bent so they then had to expedite in a rim. It was there by Friday. They were super helpful throughout the whole process and I am very happy with the service they provided!

The folks at Raben’s are fantastic! I blew a tire on a trailer and just barely limped into town as they were closing. I had called around and other shops in Poplar Bluff either didn’t have the right tire or were going home. I got to rabens about 5 or 10 mins before my appointment. They took the keys to my truck an started on it. The people were friendly and courteous very helpful and very nice. The employee that worked on my truck explained what he what he found on my trucks air conditioning and explain to what he did where are some places they just dont care to the Ravens I would recommend it did anybody

The wait time was almost an hour after my appointment, the work was good but the appointment times need to be better calculated, one doesnt wait to be seen by a doctor that long, so a 3 star is a truthful rating. Would I go back? Yes I would. But only if I had the spare time to wait, otherwise Id would have to take my vehicle to Ford where appointments are within 15 to 20 minutes once your signed in.

I had a 8:30 a.m. appointment. I got there at 8:15. The Manager was at the desk and never acknowledged me. A man who was outside washing windows came inside to assist me. Which I appreciated. Many people came in and were waited on. I would go outside to see what was happening. They had my vehicle up on the lift for almost 3 hours. Just to change tires. At 11 o’clock I went to the desk and asked about my vehicle. A different person waited on me. He took care of me and seemed shocked that I had been waiting so long just to have tires put on. I was finally able to leave almost 3 hours later. The service was embarrassing and abysmal. I have done business with Raven for over 20 years and this was the worst experience I have had there. On a side note, the guy with a mouth full of chew/dip that spit into a cup that was kept on the desk was a lovely example of pure professionalism!

Raben was great with social distancing while getting me a new set of tires. I didn’t have to go into the store at all. Car drives great too

Just a basic tire rotation and balance. Glad to see that you can make an appointment for this now instead of a walk in only. Very timely on getting me in at designated time. A little mishap on a valve stem leaking and no reset on the orientation of valve stem locations, but came back the next day without an appointment and they got me in quickly. Fixed the mishaps and purged all the tires and refilled them with nitrogen because of the leak. Not perfect, but a very nice try. Still worth 5 stars in my book.

Staff was very nice and no wait time. Was very please with how quick they were.

Truck was missing, new it was plug or coil. Rabens solution was to replace all 8 plugs and all 8 coils for cost over $500 because they could not find out which plug or coil was acting up. Told them I would take it somewhere else as there is no reason to replace 7 plugs and 7 coils that are perfectly good. Very disappointed and have traded there for 35 years.

Raben Tire has been honest with me since the day I walked in the door. I thought I needed brakes for my vehicle so, that’s what I told them. They put my car up on the hoist did the inspection come to find out it was a rock stuck in the rotor grinding. That’s good enough for me to keep going. Unfortunately I will be moving out of state and to put my trust into a different company and someone else that I’m not familiar with is a very hard thing.

I have been using Raben since 2003.They have always taken good care of me.The work they do on my vehicles has always been good. You have some excellent employees there.Yesterday, I had a 1:30 appointment and it was 2:00 before they pulled my car in. I have a spinal cord injury and can’t sit for long or walk very well. I know they get behind sometimes and i’ve never minded waiting before. Yesterday was hard for me,but they were still very kind and polite. Until I get better, I’ll call to see if my appointment is running late.I would still give them 5 stars out of 5.I WILL BE BACK. Thanks.

Tire man rotated tires but failed to reset onboard tire pressure sensors nor did he check the tire pressure one only had 20 lbs in it the worker who aired up the low tire did😁 check the other ties and added air as appropriate. He was unable to reset sensors and said would if I returned today

Went into Raben, very helpfull. I have been a Raven customer for several years. Had a lighting problem, got some pricing info from around town, very expensive, so we decided to order parts online from Rock Auto, less than half the price. Took 2 days for parts to arrive got an appointment to install and was done very soon. With all the parts installed we are back on the road safe and sound. Very good service.

The front-end alignment took less time than anticipated. The only problem was a scheduling confusion on appointment time. Customer service was very good.

We highly recommend Raben Tire. We were visiting from out of town for a funeral and our vehicle started making noises as we neared Poplar Bluff. We left the vehicle at Raben tire that night then cella’s them the next morning to explain the noise.By 10:00 the next morning, Raben had diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue at a great price. They also offered condolences on our lose. We truly appreciate Raben Tire.

I walked in this store as soon as it opened with a severed brake line. They took it in without an appointment and repaired the vehicle the same day. I was on the road after I got off work. They have always done a great job on all three vehicles I own. I highly recommend this store.

Since the new management has taken over, it seems that they are doing some shady business dealings. Three of my associates and i actually had a conversation prior to or board meeting last month about the increase in “needed” services, increased wait times and the increased amount of times we’ve had to go back for additional services for the same incidents. I actually switched from Plaza Tire to Raben several years ago for the same thing. I constantly felt like they were trying to cheat me or get me to do things that weren’t necessary which is how i am feeling now and especially after the nonsense they tried to pull on me last night. I’m thinking it’s time for a change again, and that makes me terribly sad

I am from out of town, but i have been to Raben in the past. I have brought other people vehicles there and they were capable of finishing what i asked of them.My car however was a different story.It was a Saturday. I know that for an oil change that you its first come, first serve. They are open from 7am to 1pm. I called the day before to make sure that they were open and able to help me. They said yes. I dropped my car off at 8am. I called on its status a few hours later, and they got it in at noon. Like most places, they say its about an hour for oil change and tire rotation. I went to Raben at 12:45, and my car was not finished.This is why i give 2 stars. It was getting to 1pm, and i was told that my tire rotation will not be completed. They said that they previous person to tighten my lugs tighten them to tight. My oil change cost $75 and i was told that i could come in Monday to have to tire rotation finished. (my oil change was a full synthetic. That is about what it costs to get anywhere.) My thought process is this. If all it took was a few more minutes to properly rotate my tires, they should have done it instead of trying to get out at 1pm on the dot. I was already over my rotation and really needed this to be completed. The ( i think ) head of the shop that day was confused with why they didnt complete this task along with me. I left dissatisfied.
