Great place and the employees are so helpful!

Every time Ive been in here, it gave off depressing vibes. Wanted to look at the mice, and all the cages were filthy. None of them had food, one cage had a days-old mostly eaten corpse in the food bowl. There were starving mice eating a freshly dead mouses head off. Another was literally being eaten alive by a swarm of his cage mates. Nobody here cares. Horror movie stuff. Wont go back.

I recently got a turquoise green cheeks conjure and also got a XL ratBoth are healthy and are already starting to calm down. My conjure is already learning to trust me and Im super happy!You guys do a good job!

I love love love this pet store! I get mice from here ever other week with having to spend 5 dollar for a mouse! Other then that it is a pet store so prices are kinda high they should really think about have rewards card kinda like in JCpenny or something for loyal shoppers!

The workers were really nice and helpful and overall I had a great shopping experience. Will shop here again in the future.

Decent selection of pet products but the staff leaves much to be desired. While a few are knowledgeable and somewhat helpful I don’t think I’ve ever run into an employee there that was friendly.

Very fond of this pet store! I feel that most retail stores have been more about sales rather than the customers, but here it is not like that. This store is more personal with their customers. I do believe that the store could use some TLC and updating, but I enjoy the environment and friendliness of the managers!

Located in the mansion mall area. I havent been in here in a bit so I cant give a truly fair review I feel. All I can say is the last time I visited the staff wasnt very helpful and just guessed at answering my questions. (It was about fleas on my dog) Im sure theres all new staff by now.

Will not got any where else. They treat people like they should be treated, they help you out, if you have questions they have answers, they also have a wonderful groomer she knows her stuff. Thank you Petsway you wonderful place.

Amazing animals and employees willing to give you info about the animals. Tanks are clean for the most part and all animals are taken care of. I have purchased or know people who have purchased multiple animals from them including mice, hamsters, fish, bunnies, and ferrets and they all lived a good while after purchase. Overall very pleased:)

If i could give them 0 stars i would. They have the saddest looking blue iguana that’s practically starving. That clearly shows how well maintained the rest are. Ppl have called them on this situation and absolutely no fix!!!

Its awesome!! I am at the bright futures luau fundraiser and decorated a pet rock for $1!! They also have amazing pets for sale inside!!! By far my favorite pet store in poplar bluff!!!

Love this place.Need to promote unwanted pets in area tho.I feel all pets deserve a good family life.

Staff is fantastic at the least. Very kind and helpful. The on staff groomer is wonderful. Not to mention their products are quality!

Thought it was pretty cool to learn they can order you any fish youd want even if the particular wasnt at their store. The staff are friendly, helpful and awesome!

This is where I get my dog groomed and buy his shampoo/conditioner that I like. They are the cheapest in town.

Good place to get my pet supplies. Very helpful staff as well as very knowledgeable on the creatures they have and even some they dont have.

The groomer I talked to was very rude, kept sighing and seemed angry because I wanted to get my cat groomed. Love the store but will not use their groomer.

Over charged me TWICE this week and refused to correct it both times. They also do not always honor sales signs. So ask questions before hand and watch them ring you up. Pitiful service...we are now Pet Smart customers!

Just bought 2 more parakeets 1 at petco and 1 at petsway we are gonna raise them breed them and sale them. We have 2 females and 1 male we are going to sell birds and cages.God has been so good to us.

Way better than Petco. Tge staff at Petsway are a whole lot nicer, friendly, and know what great customer service is. Also Petsway is way cheaper. I will always go to Petsway and never again go to Petco. I love Petsway so much better. Thank you guys!

Staff was off-putting and rude... such an awkward atmosphere.

This store has an iguana right now that is so sick and emaciated the owner should be ashamed. The photos of how sick this animal is have gone around in Facebook groups and the public is ANGRY. this animal should receive immediate veterinary attention and be taken out of the store ASAP. Shame on this store.

I would give zero stars if it I could, they have made up several different excuses for this poor malnourished iguana that is currently in their care. He needs immediate medical treatment and food. If any one can take that poor baby out of these awful people hands so many people would be grateful to you.

Sold me a chameleon with a respiratory infections. They kept it in a glass aquarium with causes respiratory infections. They dont have a dropper for it to drink from. Chameleons dont like to drink from bowls. I wouldnt buy anything from them you dont want to die. Feeder mice and rats only

Didnt find any Christmas materials for pets. The selection of pet clothes were for tiny dogs & made of thin material. Its December. Couldnt tell it by the merchandise.
