Great selection friendly staff

Great customer service. Very little selection. Upper end pricing. The selection they did have was about 30 years out of date it felt like. But once again, the employees there are always helpful and polite. They are the only reason I keep going back to buy a pair of shoes.

I love the store but today I had an incident with a manager. He came out and confronted me about my parking in front of his store. Alright, thats fine, right? No, he was very rude to me. He said Excuse me, do you work for me Walmart?I answered with a yes, and also said I just moved up there. He didnt allow me to finish my explanation and demanded I move, so I did so. Without any disrespect from my end.Little does he know, since he didnt bother to ask, I was about to go into his store and shop. I park there nearly every night, because my car cannot lock and has been robbed three times since I started working at walmart. But thank you Shoe Carnival Manager for understanding.

Expensive

This shoes store is still fairly new to our area. I have purchased shoes on two seperate occasions here. I am very pleased with my purchases. The staff were quite helpful, cheerful, and helpful when I was looking for shoe styles. I am a confessed shoe addict. (smile) I have waaay to many pairs. However, with a new store in town - who could resist?? They often have buy one- get one half off sales - and I got in on one of those sales. Its really fun to be able to purchase two pairs instead of one!!! Really the staff are lively - curtious, and always ready to help. I will definately go back again!!

This is a very nice shoe store with a wide selection but does not carry larger sizes in New Balance (larger than 13) so I didnt make a purchase.

I was helped finding my shoes and sizes l felt dizzy and was offered a chair, helped to the cashier and a young man who carried my bags to my car. I want to say thank you for everyones help.
