Products were back in stock and the workers seemed to be diligent in stocking the shelves! Everyone seemed to be all masked up! The beautiful weather definitely helped the shopping experience! The employees were helpful in finding items that had been relocated as well! Thanks, Wal-Mart!

Walmart is a good place to shop but since covid there is trouble getting some of my kids favorite or my favorite. And can never seem to have enough cash registers open. I always find helpful employees when I am looking for something I cant find though.

Delightful the employees were nice and helpful and they all wore there face masks.

This particular site had a large, fully-stocked auto center. Open floor plan allowed easy access down aisles. Quite busy with patrons yet, was still able to get in and out of store fairly quickly. Ample, courteous staff that for the most part wore covid masks regardless of vaccination. Restrooms, merchandise areas, and parking lot well maintained and clean! However, entrance and exit doors located in front of building were oddly small and compact. No biggie tho...overall 5 stars!

This is a huge Walmart set up modern style easy in easy out self check out. Store not as busy at 1030 on they close at 11.

It seems that all Walmarts are starting to carry the more expensive products instead of the value deals. I feel that theyre being bought by big ad companies which is a shame. Theyre cosmetics are geared more and more toward the younger generation which I agree are the best majority that purchase makeup but they are leaving the rest of us out I plan to start shopping elsewhere all together

Clean, well stocked store (Stocking is better now than at the beginning of the COVID Pandemic but they did as best as they could considering).Always friendly staff and great specials.One thing that causes an irritation is that 50% of their checkout lane space has gone over to customer scan & pay, if they are going to institute that type of checkout as their MAIN CHECKOUT policy, then they should give the self-checker a 10% discount, since they are not paying for labor to check you out and pack your bags! Just a thought!

This is amazing. They have almost everything one can hope to find. Although prices may very all around good.

Would like to give a shout out/recognize two employees, Alan on night management and Zoya a night cashier who was on register 4 tonight. They were so kind and more much more, Alan helped provide some clothes to Hannah a person in need that me and my family have been helping out who has lost everything and has no family and Zoya was so patient and respectful in waiting on Alan to make it to register 4 to finish the process we are so grateful for everything that was bought and the love, support, and acts of kindness that were given tonight. Hannah is also grateful by all that was given to her....

Made an appointment with the Tire Center for 4 new tires, mounted and balanced. We were advised it would take an hour (which is normal). We specified NOT to use the Impact on the lug nuts that two other times the lug nuts have been damaged and they are expensive to replace. The guy said that was fine.An Hour and 10 minutes later they call and we went to the center only to be told that over half the lug nuts have been damaged because they were swollen. They told us it would be $2 per lug nut to replace and we had to replace them to have the work completed.1. After the first lug nut they should have stopped and called.2. Why after an hour were we just being told AND the tires were not off, not switched no work completed other than the vandalism of the car?3. If the Impact had not been used the damage may have been avoided... completely avoided?.. probably not... but they also forced a 21 (instead of using at 22 to loosen them due to swelling) thus ensuring the damage would occur.Before you agree to service make sure they write any specific instructions on the work order and make sure they are instructed to call and ask permission on anything that is atypical of the service being completed.Even then. Do not accept responsibility for something they did incorrectly.In the end I will give the Center Manager Tyler recognition. They didnt have replacement lug nuts, they went to another auto parts store, bought them and we were not charged and the service was discounted. (They had to do this twice because they bought the wrong size).3.5 hours later we got the car back and with the work completed. Annoyed at the ordeal but otherwise satisfied with the end result.

Due to no one wanting to work because of all the free money given out Wal mart cannot keep enough staff. E e had two wonderful employees try and succeed at helping us

Its better than the Walmarts you find in big cities, but its still hard to find help in electronics. If their going to lock everything up where you have to ask an employee to get something out for you then they need more than one person working back there. One employee selling a phone while the line keeps getting longer. But its still your only choice in PB for some stuff.

My mom likes going there. But the pregnant pharmacy lady is rude.If you use the app, it says they will contact your doctor for refills, but they dont actually do it.Every single other Walmart actually calls your doctor.I love the pick up service though, the shoppers are super friendly!

This was like most, although Im giving only 4 🌟 because of the lack of customer service and the poor service we received as we were there. Bump up the friendliness as well as teaching the employees that customer service is important and youll have you a great store. Thanks

The loss prevention people followed me all over the store. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

BOO!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 The attendants working in electronics are as helpful with their department as my 87 year old grandma is as at helping me with my computer! Since there are only like one or two cell phone service businesses in Poplar Bluff, no Best Buy, and people in all the rural communities surrounding Poplar Bluff all have to drive here for cell phone and electronic needs, I feel this Wal-Mart should have people working in electronics that actually know their product. They have less knowledge about the products they sell, the cell phone services they provide, and really, electronics in general than a person working for McDonalds. Either train those employees, or hire people who are knowledgeable about electronics and cell phone services.

This is one of rhe best Walmart in the USA as far as customer service goes. I mean its still Walmart and a pain to go because its so big, but the consistently friendly staff make it all better.

Everytime I come here, it seems like the staff is rude.Lines are always backed up.I do my best Not to come to Walmart but theres just some thing ya cant get anywhere else.I dread going into this WalMart.It always takes forever.And Im not sure but to me people just get cranky coming into this store and take it out on others.I will say, the pharmacy was great.Very slow... But they were busy.But great. They were all really helpful and attentive.They were really sweet to my son. And talked to him, as well carried on real conversation.I wish the experience could be better, but everyone being low on workers just makes more people and more problems.

Horrible! Was charge for grocery pickup but bc order is at super center and associate doesnt see it on his computer system. But the Custer service representative sees it and the girl at neighbor marker Walmart sees it. There is nothing. None can so bc it is at the super center store...

I believe Covid has made it difficult to keep shelves stocked. Early mornings and evenings are the best times to shop.

I love the deals I get here, I just wish they were still open all night, Im not a crowd person and Im not really into the self checkout but to avoid the crowded check out lanes Ill use it

This store has ONE positive thing going for it, as far as Im concerned. When items are out of stock or unavailable at my Neighborhood Market, I go here to get them, and theyre usually available. However, the employees are, mostly, some of the most unfit to be working for the public. They act like youre bothering them, or they just kind of look right through you. Cashiers act like theyd rather be any where else than there. It USED to be my favorite place to shop, for everything, but not any more.

My order is always correct and the girls are so polite and friendly.

There is a lot of room between isles & not crowded with people. They have great online shopping with a ridiculous number of choices. Store personnel are very friendly too.

Walmart in Poplar Bluff is the worst walmart to shop at. The employees are rude and the customers are unhappy because of it. I dread having to shop there.

My mother left her purse in the cart outside and I called for 20 minutes straight and no one in customer service would answer the phone. I finally got through to lawn and gardening and she hung up on me. It was really important that I got through as she keeps all her keys, money, etc. Whats the point in having a phone line and customer service if youre not going to use it.

Not bad my checker at the self checkout was a little slow though.

Normally I give this Walmart a 4.5 to 5 starsBut 😲OhMyGoodness! idk what was up... not only with the crowd...but the staffing too!!! It was like someone gave them all the same moody/rudeness meds today! Love this store they always have just what I need.

They dont have the soda cold enough its individual container 20 oz and its very hard to find the photo that we are looking for it took at least 20 minutes to find one there was only one left of mountain view zero planning of Dr pepper diet just not cold enough to suit me the music wasnt loud enough it needs to be louder to be heard on the inside was great about time to put it on the inside and not on the outside

I hate this wal mart, never enough checkers at registers. I dont work for wal mart so I refuse to use self checkouts. Self checkouts are putting people out of work, and what ever happened to dress codes. Feel like I walked into a costume party. Took my business elsewhere.

Walmart expects you to go back into the parking lot and get your own cart. They have fewer employees to answer questions, and arent stocking shelves.

Man by the name Jeff Grimes run the sales dept for cell phones, stay away from this clown as he will try to make some stale jokes to cover for his lack of knowledge about product. Made deal for new phone if he could retrieve info from old phone, of coarse he screws that up and wants to change the rules. Stay away from this Clown.

Great place for all hair services.The Manager is so sweet and works hard everyday. All the stylist seem to be very professional and friendly.

This is probably the best Walmart I’ve been to in a small town. And, I’ve been to a lot of Walmart stores. While traveling through Poplar Bluff, Missouri I always choose this Walmart to do my curbside pick up to get supplies. They are always attentive, and professional.

Usually can find the majority of what Im looking for. I do get frustrated with the amount of stocking that goes on during the peak shopping hours though. Used to be if you came early in the day the shelves were full. Now theyre not and the isles are full of items to be stocked by employees. Im not blaming the employees, but its difficult to navigate around them and I know it must be difficult for them to get their job done too.

The Garden Section was the worst Id Ever seen, them plants should b 75% off, & pray someone with lots of luck, can help bring them back to life!! No Joking Here!

I recently went to this Walmart and one of the items I was buying was clearanced. The worker refused to sell it to me because she said it was too cheap and proceeded to put it to the side and said she was going to buy it at that price. This is the second time this year that a worker has done this exact same thing! Terrible!
