Was told they ship all approved ups packages, showed up to ship some ammo to my cousin and was told they wont ship ammo for me. I asked why and the girl at the counter says in a very serious voice, ( maybe because it goes boom ). I told her that the ups webpage stated ammo shipped ground was fine, she then gave me the number to the ups hub and said that they could ship it then.P.S.At no point was a reason other than a sarcastic comment, maybe because it goes boom given. The owners reply to this comment is a lie and reinforces my reasons for the bad review.

The employees and management at this location are inept incompetent un -cooperative. Not only do they not follow UPS policies. They dont follow UPS store policies. But as the owner Mr Jeff Long will happily tell you himself, he is the private owner of a franchise so he doesnt have to. So my advice to residents of Poplar Bluff is do your UPS shipping at the UPS hub or just use FedEx or someone else.

I mailed an important Document from CA and it was not delivered. I called UPS Bluff office and Brook found my package and assured me She would make sure it got delivered. USE THIS STORE THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS

We just moved here from out of state and was shocked that this store wanted to charge $5 to print an Amazon label and $1 to tape the box. We are still living out of boxes ourselves or we would have done this at home. We were told that UPS stores are privately owned and can decide their prices but the one we used in our previous state never charged for tape and I can’t imagine they would charge $5 for a sheet or 2 of paper. FYI we went to the Office Depot down the road and paid 33 cents to print out the paper.

The only Reason theyre getting a one star is because there is not a negative. Accidents happen I get that but the owner was quick to point fingers and pass the buck very unsympathetic he will never NEVER get a dime from me.

Have used this UPS store at least weekly for more than a decade. I travel a fair amount so have used many UPS store locations and THIS location is my PREFERRED location BY F-A-R! Owner INSISTS on excellence. Have I had problems there? On occasion, yes, and owner ALWAYS responds GREAT when an issue comes up -- again, only on occasion that is rare.

I was surprised reading all the negative reviews about this store but gave it a shot because I had a amazon return. I went in with a soundbar, packed in its own box. The store clerk decided to charge me 3$ because the box wasnt taped. Also told me we are a private store so we charge for tape. As greedy as you can get I guess. Lost me as a customer. I would avoid this store.

I would leave negative stars if possible. The Clerk’s were rude to my daughter and grandson. They took it upon themselves to get on to my grandson for running around and then for making noises while he was sitting. They didn’t give my daughter a chance to get onto him herself. Then they asked my daughter if he’d been drinking coffee and they played doctor and diagnosed him with ADHD. This was extremely unprofessional and absolutely none of their business. It seems to me that the owner needs to clean house with some of his staff because they obviously do not know the meaning of being professional and caring about their customers. I really hope no one else has to go through this with those two Clerk’s. I spoke with the owner and he said he was terribly embarrassed and would handle the problem but then I found out he was in the store when it happened and did nothing so who knows if he even cares how they treat customers. I hope he handles the issue like he said he would but I’m not counting on it. I do not recommend this place at all. They don’t deserve anyone’s business.

Very rude manager called Jeff. His coworker is of the same style. Money is their language but their service is horrible. They could not provide me with explanations on why my international package was not delivered. They ask for nearly 140$ to get it back to me. In other words, I would pay for 200+ $ for my shipment to cruise through Europe for 6 weeks and get back to me not having been delivered.The manager clearly lacks common sense and seems to only care for the green note. No customer service manners or potential. A couple of professional friends reported similar experience. UPS should reconsider their affiliation with this private store.I have experienced opposite behavior with FedEx or with “real” UPS store.

Stopped at this store to ship a box NDA, for work. (I ship between 150-200 boxes per year.)The girl behind the counter said she couldn’t print my prepaid ups next day air shipping label. Then after acting like she was ignoring me I explained every ups store prints them, asking if their printer is broken? She then rolled her eyes and rudely stated she could print it for a $5.00 charge??? And that taping my box would be a $5.00 charge as well! No thanks scammers! I will keep my business in Cape Girardeau, Mo. where they have great customer service and print my labels for free. Poplar Bluff ups store you just lost a customer permanently. #Neveragain

It would greatly benefit the Manager to not be defensive or offensive:To realize that a Review is the recorded impression that his customers-internalize-- following an experience in his place of business....Reviews are just that-----Be it Good or Poor-- it is The Customers recorded experience.The manager would profit to attemt to improve on some areas of the complaints.Doing so could improve :The Businesss Customer Public Relations and demonstrate the Owners appreciation for his Business and Customer clientele.-------Unti Then, We will continue to use :KeyDrug Post Office-where we find Postal and Shipping services in a very friendly business environment !

The decals were crooked, stuck together and ruined due to being stuck together, the staff was hateful when confronted or questioned, they were hateful and snobby to each other. Just a awful in general would not recommend at to anyone.
