Waited ten days like I was told. Returned for my prescription and was then told by the SAME person that I was supposed to have it called back in. After I told her that she was the one who told me to return l, the story magically changed to they could have it ready in 2 hours. Cannot wait for the cvs to open.

The pharmacist Jasmine, was very unprofessional, brought my son for Menveo vaccination which he needs before he goes back to school as a 12 grader, and she refused to give him stating it didn’t meet the protocol, but with the prep act it doesn’t require from his MD, but she insisted that he needed a prescription from his doctor. I don’t like coming here when she’s working because of her nonchalant attitude. She didn’t even make any attempt to check other pharmacist for clarification even when I mentioned it to her it’s been administered at my store for 12 graders without a prescription.

Worst drive thru service EVER!!! Everytime I come here I get stuck in the drive thru. Sitting here now, havent moved in 15 minutes!! Was told there is an issue with a customer ahead of me .....then they need to go inside!!! Cant wait for CVS to open in town!!

This pharmacy is horrible. You can never get ahold of anyone and my prescriptions are never sent per Rite Aid. I just had surgery and the Surgeon had a prescription sent over and apparently to Rite Aide it was never sent. I called multiple times and no one answers. Meanwhile Im here in pain.

A decade later and still not a very good place to go.I just picked up a prescription that was called into this Rite Aid (without my approval). I decided to pick it up as I would otherwise refuse to go there.I received a drug that was supposed be viable for one year, but behold the pharmacist tried to cover up that, according to the manufacturer, the drug was expiring much sooner at six months.This Rite Aid pharmacy added their own label that indicates the drug expires in one year.

They will fill your prescription, call you and tell you its ready, just to have you wait another 45 minutes in the store. Then they will charge you for 3 medications while giving you two. When you call and inform them they mishandled your prescription, they will argue with you before realizing youre right. On top of being lied too and overcharged, Rite Aid pharmacy will work slowly to ensure your time and patience is wasted.

Janet was a wonderful worker and rite aid is lucky to have her! I hope that rite aid hires more people like her because I love going there while she is working

I’ve never had a problem with their service here. It’s a Rite Aid, so it’s going to be overpriced. But the pharmacy is good and they’ve been kind while being quick in the past.
