I was taken care of here. The staff exercised a lot of patience working with me, especially Payton, I appreciate how kind they were and the timeframe that my vehicle was fixed. The folks were fast, friendly, did a great job, and did some nice extra services. They polished out scratches from bushes and pulled out a shopping cart bumple just because they could. These are the folks you want when you need auto body repair.

A tree fell on my car as I cruised 60 miles an hour down the back country road. Thank goodness - I could swerve a little and get slightly under the high side of the tree and avoid a head on collision- but it ripped the kayak off my roof- along with the racks- and a lot of cosmetic damage to the roof, hood, and both sides of the car. My insurance sent me to Evergreen. Evergreen made everything so EASY! I worked with Aaron and he was fantastic. Walked me through all the steps of my claim....from when is best to turn it in, where to get my rental, how long things would take etc- he answered a million questions! I got my car back and it looked brand new! I did have a computer glitch that happened during the repair- but they immediately went into action and took care of the problem! Customer service in that place is fantastic. I highly recommend them. Thank you to Aaron and his team. GREAT JOB!

Took Subaru there. They replaced and painted both passenger side doors. 2 weeks after we picked it back up the door molding around the passenger window blew off on freeway. Stopped in and talked with Arron. Said he would order the part and call us. Still havent heard back from him. Not real happy.

My brand spanking new RAM 1500 pickup truck was rear ended by a Silverado which was totaled. After Evergreen worked on my truck it is essentially impossible to see that it was ever in an accident. The body work is perfect as far as I can tell. The only thing that might give it away is the weld joint on the muffler which wouldnt normally be there. Nice to see such good workmanship in the good old US of A.

Did exactly as expected with excellent customer service and decent coffee. Felt genuine but by the office standard obviously making farvyo much money.

Stopped in for a estimate, Aaron was fast and courteous. I received my estimate within hours and it was forwarded to the insurance company. Not sure if the work will be done there, but so far I really like the place. Other family members have had good experiences there .

Very fast and friendly service, did cost A LOT but in my particular case the expense was not a factor it just needed to be done. From Georgiana St a Ford Explorer towed on a flatbed to OBrien Rd (without keys) cost $170, was done within 45 min from the time the order was put in...was very convenient being able to process payment over the phone as well as not having to waist time running the truck keys to them being that I forgot them at home with was 45 min away.

I had an ugly parking lot ding in a door panel. They made it disappear completely and now it looks like new! And yes, they cleaned the van inside and out! Great service in a timely fashion.

Extortion. Over $300 after getting our car towed from next to a park and ride. Must be nice to make easy money legally stealing people’s cars and charging them to get it back. $60 impound fee for less than 24 hours? Must be nice to make $1800/month on a 12x6 piece of blacktop.

Really Really Expensive. They charged me a additional 150.00 to tow my boat behind the tow truck which was hauling my truck for 10 miles.

Terry was awesome! He responded and got myself and my 3 kids to safety and cell phone reception. And he went above and beyond by getting us waters, since we were stranded with out water for a bit.

The service here is undeniably the best you will get in town. The manager Chris is always so friendly and eager to help. The staff on one occasion fit me in last minute because I had a concern. They were booked out a week in advance but fit me right in and put my mind at ease. This is where to take your business. You will not be sorry.

This place is hands down amazing their tow boss went out of his way to help me at 5 am to get all the way from Port Angeles to Lynwood using one of my last AAA calls I had left because I’d called the night before for a jump AAA wanted to count that call as well. This man took is upon himself to go out of his way and tell AAA to give me one of my calls back. He was so thoughtful and beyond the best customer service I have ever received. His name was Joe or Jon couldn’t quite read the name tag 😉

We have taken two of our vehicles to Evergreen for repairs and both times we were completely satisfied. The staff is very friendly and in all of our dealings very knowledgeable. After contacting them to do the repairs they pretty much took care of everything with the insurance company making it easy on us. Both vehicles came back detailed and looked flawless. Ive had to use Evergreen a few times now over the course of about 10 years. This is the best collision repair on the Peninsula. And they return your vehicle vacuumed and washed. 5 stars.

Quick service! Needed my car towed up the street to my garage. They took care of it promptly. However I did not have AAA at the time, and about chocked to death on the $113.00 charge for my eighth mile tow! Wish Id known ahead of time...I would have pushed it myself :(

I recommend against using Evergreen Towing.My experience: Our cars front wheels got stuck in a ditch, and the rear of the vehicle was sticking out into the east-bound lane on a local road. Under threat of having the vehicle impounded if it couldnt be moved within a few minutes, and Evergreen Towing already having been called to the scene, I was forced to accept the $150 + tax charge for the 10 minute job of the tow operator breaking the rear exhaust support system on our car on the first tow chain attempt, and dragging the car sideways back onto the road. I trusted the tow operator to know where to connect the chain but I should have known better. When I complained, I was ignored. If you need a tow, call someone else.

Thankful for the kindness, professionalism and advice my wife received yesterday when AAA sent Evergreen Towing. The gentleman who arrived quickly took a few minutes to rule out the problem & he made a few suggestions for us to try before having the car towed. We are grateful that we were spared a costly tow/diagnostics fee & possible repair costs at a dealer. He saved us time, money & further frustration!

Honestly would not know where to begin the disrespect and dishonesty was absolutely astounding as I have always had good encounters in the past while bringing friends and family to the establishment I will no longer recommend repairs to be done here and I hope that they train their staff better soon and can turn things around as we need locals Employed and we need a repair shop in this town that is trustworthy good luck I hope you guys can get it together

I called to ask if they had simply towed my car. The lady on the phone was quite rude, and made me feel as if I was stupid for even asking about it.

After colliding with a deer in our newly purchased Price Ford Escape, we were understandably upset and discouraged by the damage. I was calling from out of state talking with several towing companies in the Sequim area to get some assistance in loading a forklift on to my semi flatbed truck. It seemed like every other tow company was not interested, skilled or helpful in taking care of my needs. This is not a difficult task but takes someone that has the skills and the right truck in moving equipment. I only wish that I would have called Evergreen Towing/Collision first. Brandy was very prompt, polite and professional in the way she took care of getting what I needed. They got the job done without any more brain damage. I would not hesitate in calling these guys again.

The BEST towing experience I have ever had. We were lucky to have been paired with Jim who was on call. We had a flat tire happen at 9:30pm near Lake Cresent on a windy and dark road. With no phone service and 29ish miles from Port Angeles we somehow connected with 911 and they sent Evergreen Towing our way where Jim arrived less than an hour after the call. We were so grateful that Jim arrived so fast because we were parked in an unsafe area with the sun fading fast. Jim was very accommodating, he drove us back with him to Port Angeles and even dropped us off at our hotel after dropping our vehicle off at the service center. I thank Jim and Evergreen towing for their friendly and prompt service. I’d give ten stars if I could
