Great service tonight replacing a Duralast battery from out-of-state that was still under warranty, and answering all my questions. They ordered the battery for me yesterday when I called in, it arrived today right when expected, and they replaced it for me quicky and efficiently. And in the process, the one helping me gave me tips about another issue I was having with the blower motor.

I like that they always seem to have my parts in stock and the staff is professional and friendly

1st the customer service was great. They are good people doing their job to the best they can.2nd I ordered caliper and brackets for my vehicle, they came in and were the wrong size and part. I reordered and confirmed my vehicle make/model. The new part was the wrong one and didnt fit. I returned it and they said my vehicle must be a different year because the model sub type didnt show on their system so the 2011 caliper would be the correct part for my 2009 vehicle. I will not be ordering any parts from autozone again. If it has to be ordered I will order from rock-auto. I will still buy from them but only in store items. I have kids and both parents work, we cannot afford to go 3 weeks or more without 2 vehicles again.

I highly recommend that you go to AutoZone if youre having any issues of finding a part or even something with your car. Ive been having a loud squeal in the back of my car and I went to AutoZone and they directed me to the right answer! For free the people here are extremely nice and they are willing to take the time out of their day and busy life to come out and help people. if you go to this AutoZone in Port Angeles you will not be disappointed they are by far the greatest Auto company Ive even went to including mechanics, and theyve always almost been right. I trust them more than a normal mechanic or even less swabs go check them out!

Super helpful with helping us solve the problem of our check engine light. I’m not a genius with automotive repair so Johnny walked me through the diagnostic process. Johnny Blaze at the Port Angeles Auto Zone was extremely helpful with a headlight replacement and wanted to give a shout out for great customer service!

I was in the store yesterday and purchased what I was assured was a universal air conditioner coolant. After going home and “opening” the can it wasn’t universal and did not fit my car so I went back fully expecting to have to purchase another can since I had popped the seal on the first one! I explained to the teller what had happened and asked if someone could check the other brand fits my car prior to purchasing another one, the gentleman looked it up and said not sure what to tell you says it’s universal. Was very short and rude never came out to see if another brand would work just saying it should... needless to say I went across the highway and got what I needed after the gentleman working walked out to my car to make sure he was selling me the correct product instead of just assuming one size fits all.

The service was great. They troubleshot my alternator and my battery. I didn’t even buy anything and they were pleasant the whole time.

Came in to auto zone earlier today and purchased everything I needed to replace all brakes and rotors on my Tahoe. Came back because one of the hardware kits for the rear did not fit. Travis K saved the day because the computer said that they did not have the part for my truck. He went the extra mile and looked anyway and found the kit that I needed. I would have had to keep my truck disabled for 2 days while the part was shipped. Thank you Travis K you are the best!!!!

Auto Zone in Port Angeles is the very best store for your auto parts needs. The stake are friendly and knowledgeable. I recently purchased windshield wipers and new bulbs for my car. They asked if l would like them to install them. They installed my wipers and bulbs in the parking lot for me at no charge. It just does not get any better than that.

The other manager went on the be a golf pro somewhere. But this one guy there used to work on F-15s and has some pretty awesome stories. They charged my batteries and tested them FOR FREE. That kind of service is hard to come by. And if youve never watched an F-15 take off and you have a handful of extra nuts and bolts after youve worked on it, talk to my buddy. Hell tell you what its like. 90% of the time I work on stuff I end up with extra parts.Duralast parts have gotten better in the last 10 years. Front end parts are sturdy, brakes are quality and all the extras like ketchup packet size brake quiet, brake cleaner, gasket sealer, are ideal for small jobs. When you wont really use a nine dollar can or container, pick up what you will use and get to it.

Today, on July 5th check engine light unexpectedly came on. I drove to the Auto Zone to see what is going on. A young gentleman did help me. He told me what was wrong. Based on his input I made a decision that saved me about $200 - $300 . Since I am not wealthy that advice was/is very much appreciated. Thank You Auto Zone. Came through for me again.

AutoZone in Port Angeles went above and beyond!! I appreciated their friendly greeting and willingness to help me find the right head light lamps that I needed. The staff member who helped me also asked if I would like assistance in replacing them? It was pouring rain and no cover to work under, except the hood of my vehicle. She said it was not a problem and would be glad to do it. WOW!! I am sorry I cant remember her name, she was awesome! Instead of me waiting in the car, I wanted to learn how this works so she let me observe and taught me how its done, I thought it was fun!! Thank you AutoZone!!

Whenever I need supplies for my car I always choose AutoZone over the Oh Oh Oh store (just their jingle alone makes me not ever want to go there). I live in Snohomish so this Port A store isn’t my usual one. My store has helpful people; equally to the Monroe Wa store as well. But the customer service I received today from Johnny Blaze (mainly) and Travis K was exceptional and worth writing this review. Not only did JB (hope he’s ok with this nickname) sense what I needed, he immediately informed me of the special that was available for the stuff I was buying. So at a near 50% savings, he pointed out I would get a whole bunch of car care with the offer. There was just one problem. They seemed to out of one of the sponge scrubs that came with the kit. After apologizing many times over the time he was taking to find said missing sponge, Travis K came to decision to upgrade me to a better item. At no extra charge I might add. If I was a local, I would’ve happily come back for it when it came back in stock. As a business owner, I understand the woes of inventory during COVID and did not see this shortage as any lack of supply on AutoZone’s end. Quite the contrary. It tells me I wasn’t the only one who saved money because of JB. So, I hope you share this with your staff at the store. And wouldn’t be great if JB got another one of those customer service pins for his upcoming birthday. He told me if was coming up while ringing me up and pointing out my savings. Now just clone him and send him to Snohomish county.I also sent a copy of this through your feedback option at AutoZone.com. Please share this again if it didn’t appear there. Or I am happy to do it again. Website just reset and didn’t give any indication it went through or an email confirmation. Want to credit where credit is due.

I bought some oil and did an oil change on my car at home, when I realized they had sold me the wrong oil, I called and they sent someone right away to fix my car. So thankful for the concern and quick actions of AutoZone employees. Thank you Chris!

I do often get parts wrong because lets just say some of these people that order a more a little over the hill and 10 to miss small important details but very friendly very polite professional but youll get some things wrong

First time coming here yesterday, needed new headlamps for my Santa Fe. The sales associate was friendly. She walked me through all choices they had in stock, and got me checked out in less than 10 minutes. Will definitely be coming back.

I dont recommend this place first off i put in an order for a specific part the employee orders a different part from a different company and tells me tjat she orderd what i wanted.i recieve the part and go to install it to find out its wrong when i take it back the employes were very snobish to me like thay were offended that i was bringing it back thay didnt even look up the item i wanted to order it for me thay vwry rudly gave me my money back afyer fallowing me around the store as if i was shoplifting. Ill nevor shop there again!
