For the prices of their boots you would think they would be more willing to wait on you. Go to acadamy their work boots are good quality at a way cheaper price.

Store is supposed to be open at 9:00 am. There are people waiting outside and the staff are chatting at the checkout counter.Obviously the boss isn’t around and they work there own hours.Looks like adult supervision is required.

Cant go wrong with Boot Barn in Port Arthur. Not all stores greet you when you walk in or check on you during your visit if you dont need help. Theres always someone near if you have a question which I love about this store. You dont get that anywhere else. The staff is knowledgeable as they are friendly. The store is always clean and neat. Because of the guest service I experienced from Kristy in this store is the reason I keep returning. She went above and beyond what anyone has ever done for me in a store. If you havent been in here, you should!My only two complaints is the concrete floor and how its always hot in there. Its unattractive and a site for sore eyes for such a lovely store and its sad when its cooler outside than it is inside. We were told their ac hasnt been working for awhile now. Get that store some cold air so we can shop longer.

Most of everybody in there was helpful and informative great show me how to pick the right pair of boots one lady followed me around I got about to rob the place Steal there little cowboy boots not looked at her and told her look here woman here to buy work boots that have no clue what I want if you like I will help you I dont know they get commission or not but I asked her for somebody else I got somebody else bog boots got reimbursed happy camper

I like this place I do because they have nice boots and selection. We have the credit card so we get perks and points which keeps us going back, also military discount, we which they have forgotten a few times in th he past but lately its been done.Most of the girls that work there are very nice and helpful, Emily, Desire, the manager is really nice, I believe his name is Donald, sorry if I got th he name wrong. But they are all really helpful.They have a good selection of items to choose from, but yes it stays w arm in the store.

Beautiful clothes and boots! I bought some chunky necklaces here and there was a good section of clearance items. The employee was very kind and walked me around the store to help me find some things I was looking for. Store was very clean and well organized.

Randall at the Port Arthur location was insanely helpful, its been years since i bought a pair of boots and i was essentially clueless, he spent a good 30-45 minutes with me getting me a nice pair of boots without being annoyed in the slightest, super nice guy.

Great lair of young ladies working there very helpful. But would recommend a better selection of smaller fr clothing for women.

I ordered boots from Boot Barn online . They came in too small, brought them in to yall and yall reordered them for me . They came in too small again, and yall reordered . Third time was great, perfect fit with your expert help . Not all places would have done this, thanks to all that helped, went out of their way for me . All employees were nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Thanks again love my new boots.

Bought a pair of arait boots for $330 a month later the steel toes were showing I wore other boots a lot longer and more work out of them I went there to see what they can do pretty rudely said nothing it’s wear and tear really I was on Christmas break during the month as well!! poor customer service I went to cavenders and spent 400$ and they were a lot better to deal with boot barn lost my money

Found everything needef for hubby for work vlothes and reasonable prices.

Tried to returned a pair of boots and them policy said no,they got a section that says work boots,trust me they are not made for heavy work you will destroy those boots in less than 3 weeks,they were 200$ boots.

They were well stocked and had a great selection. Adequate help was available.

This boot barn is much more friendly than the one in Beaumont. I drive from lumberton to go here. And they also price match too

Walked into the store on a Friday afternoon and there wasnt a soul in sight. As I went to the back of the store, the employees were too busy cleaning the store to notice a customer walk into the store. I proceeded to try on a pair of work boot and several of the employees walked by without saying a word to me. Disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, I walked out. Show some respect to the customers that walk into the store and give them a helping hand. Manners and common courtesies have gone out the door.

Well went in to buy some boots and man the girl that came back to wait on me had no interest in selling boots and stood there like come on hurry your a$$ up i dont feel like standing here.She never even helped me check out my fit and looked at me as if i had $hit on me... sorry in my book !!! IN bebops the manager and ask if i need some help when i ask a couple of questions it looked like i was taking to much of her time she wasnt much better than the first person that stood there while i helped my self to find boots ..... None of them are very knowledgeable about boots anyway they need help and some new employees ............

Its ok.... usually my husband buys all his work stuff thereBoots dont last very long husband goes thru 3 or 4 pair a year where at cavendars 1 pair last almost a full yearMy biggest complaint is when my husband and i go we get greeted and asked 1 maybe 2 times if we need help..We went a week ago (Actually friday Jan 26) because it was the day before my wedding and i still had not bought my boots for my weddingMy daughter and i walked in... we were greated as usual.. then asked if we needed help upon walking in the womens boot section.. we said no thanks... and kept just looking on the shelves... literally 30.seconds later a different employee ask... we again no thank you... this went on about every 30 seconds for 5 mins.... my mother in law meets me there to help find something i might want to wear.... again the same 4 employees circled us every 30 seconds... after 20 mins of that nonsense we left... we literally felt as if we were being treated as theives... i had my wallet and phone on me and so did MILNow if we had huge bags i get it... but we literally had nothing on us...I never was so embarrassed in my total life...

The customer service is terrible. The prices are okay, but the sales people are useless. They are obviously there only to watch people; not a single person asked if I needed help. I was trying on different work boots for over 45 minutes, while two of the Boot Barn associates chatted with each other.

Bought a pair of ariats on Jan 15-16 after wearing one time, I called the day before I showed up to the store to return them while talking to the lady I told her I had taken the tags off and wore them once but they were too tight she said just bring them in and theyll give me store credit since I had taken the tags off, went in the following day to that and Spoke to a lady name Keshia and explained what the person told me on the phone, she takes my boots and takes off to apparently speak with a manager when she came back she said that the boots like they been worked on and wet, when it was raining outside, figured if the manager would of been smart enough to to realize that it was raining when I came in. Only worn them once like I mentioned before and they couldnt even give me store credit for the boots, the boots where like if they were new. I will never return to boot barn my experience there was horrible the manager didnt even came out to speak with me. Worst experience, should of went to academy they let me return boots that look like they been thru hell. Ill go to cavanders in bmt instead next time.
